My friends and I came to see Shakesbeer, so thank you Prost for hosting the show! We all laughed until we cried, and had a great time! I got the chicken diner, which was good but missing the spicy sauce. My friend got the same dish and did get the spicy sauce, so I think it's just a consistency issues. Another friend got the spaetzle Mac and cheese, and that was the winner for sure. I am going to get that next time. The beer is always good, especially the Vienna. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the little spots to take photos![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I always recommend this brewery, but especially if they continue to invite Shakesbeer shows.

We stopped here on our way back in from lazy river tubing in the mountains, and it really hit the spot. I got the Reuben, which was fantastic. Really good meat and the sauerkraut was delicious. My gf got the wings, I can't for the life of me remember the name of the sauce, but it was the other option than the buffalo sauce. It was very good, I believe it was a sriracha base and I would choose it over the buffalo if you enjoy some spice. The summer lager wasn't bad, I wouldn't say it's the best beer I've ever had but it did the job on a wicked hot day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff was very pleasant, and the place itself was laid out nicely.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The outdoor seating is nice, although I was getting BEAT by the sun. There is shade, I was just not lucky enough to find it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, definitely a place I would return to! Intestinal Impact Index Rating: 3/5 Beer is gonna beer, am I right?

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Prost has a fun, lively atmosphere with tons of seating -- both indoors and outdoors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's super spacious, and I can definitely see why it's a popular spot, especially for groups or casual hangouts.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The outdoor patio is dog-friendly, and they even have water bowls out for pups, which is awesome![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's a huge selection of beers, which is a big plus. The food, though, was just okay -- not bad, but nothing that really stood out. That said, the service was good and the food came out pretty quickly.

Rating does not include any food. German beers are, of course, nut allergy friendly. We got here around 2:00 PM on a Saturday afternoon. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's ample indoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]As we were hanging out, several big groups came in, but it never felt overcrowded.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was very easy and quick to get drinks at the counter. I asked for the bartenders' favorites and ended up with a 0.5L of the Summer Lager (recommend) and a 0.5L of the Hefeweizen (VERY banana forward). I really enjoyed both and the price was reasonable. A lot of people complain about the 18% mandatory gratuity, but it's pretty clearly stated eveyewhere. My recommendation is to use inKind for a discount (happy to elaborate). I paid via inKind with no issues at the end; they just need a card up front to hold the tab. Overall, I'd definitely come back to hang out with people. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The UFC fight was on a TV too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only hiccup is that the parking is quite tight.

Prost never disappoints. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the beers, love the people, love the atmosphere![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The parking lot is small so don't try to park your big ol' truck in there, ha ha ha. Ask me how I know...

Lovely place for a German style beer and eats. I had the Vienna Lager, which recently won a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival, and my friend had the hefeweizen which is always a solid choice. They also have a great happy hour! The $5 pretzel bites were too delicious, and came with mustard and beer cheese. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The patio was decorated like Oktoberfest, and there were many German decoration accents throughout the brewery.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bartender was very friendly and helpful.

Prost is always a great spot to stop! Daytime or night! Good food (kitchen is open until an hour before close everyday). They have a kitchen indoors now and the food truck is gone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]During the day it's super kid friendly and it's dog friendly from open to close![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They even give treats to the dogs, and have a water station with plenty of bowls for the doggies as well![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All of the staff are fun and kind people. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Make sure you check into their events- whether is a band, DJ, Oktoberfest, GABF, or many others there is always something going on around here![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's conveniently located just outside of downtown in LoHi so it has great walkability. Parking is limited though, so be prepared to pay for a street spot. Happy hour has great deals and is ALL DAY LONG on Mondays!

Amazing food and authentic German beer. Thoroughly enjoyed my day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The music was great[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service quick and ambience fun[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] - I will definitely return.

Prost Brewing is straight up one of the most impressive spots in the game. The people here? Unreal. Some of the best personalities you'll find in beer. Just genuine, passionate, good humans that clearly love what they do. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The facility itself is a technological marvel. You walk through and it feels like a damn symphony of stainless. Everything dialed, spotless, efficient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have a vacuum boiler (I've been in the game for years, never heard of that) and they double decoct almost thier entire menu. You can tell every piece of it was built by people who really really care about the craft, not just the aesthetics, hype, or trends. And the beer? Lazer precise. Every pour hits clean, consistent, and balanced like it was brewed on a stopwatch. No fluff, no gimmicks, just absolute mastery of execution. Prost is the kind of place that reminds you how cool this industry really can be when the right people are behind it. Cheers boys, thank you again for your hospitality.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Fun patio with heaters and gas fire pits- sometimes have a food truck and have a small food menu.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Mostly lagers- gives a real German vibe. We had the brat and sauerkraut and it was awesome!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place has a big open social gathering with tables, fire pits with seating around it, an outside patio.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of seating but when we went it was still hard to find a place to sit since it was packed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered one of the cheeseburgers and it actually had some type of sweet jam on it which was different but I really liked it...although it did make a mess. We also ordered the pigs in a blanket which was also pretty good. Food came out fast and it wasn't too expensive. I also got an Italian Pilsner which was pretty good beer

    Can kids come here?

We bring our kiddo all the time. They've got high chairs and many families are normally dining in when we've been.

Do they use German hops or American? Makes all the difference in German beer!

Hello Katie! Great questions. Prost ships all of its ingredients directly from German. For hops, we use exclusively noble hops grown in the Hallertau region. Prost!

The space has a great buzz to it--lively and welcoming without being overwhelming--making it a perfect spot for a casual hangout or a mid-week pick-me-up. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. It's rare to find a place where the service matches the high energy of the room so perfectly. On top of the great atmosphere, the prices are very reasonable. It's refreshing to find a spot in Denver that delivers this kind of quality and experience without breaking the bank. A group of 20 of us met here for lunch, and it was a smooth process, from parking to ordering! There was plenty of metered street parking, and when you enter, there are 2 counters: one for food and another for drinks. I am only giving it 4 stars because I felt like the food options were a tad limited. A few burgers, a few sandwiches, and a few salads/bowls (with a random poke bowl thrown in there?). It kind of gave me a sense of no cohesion to the menu. Nevertheless, the vibes are comfortable, and I would go back!

The outdoor patio is spacious, relaxed, and perfect for enjoying Colorado's nice weather with friends or coworkers. We ordered a variety of shareable dishes, including the giant pretzel, loaded fries, fried pickles, hummus, wings, and grilled broccolini. The giant pretzel was great for sharing, and the hummus plate was a nice lighter option. The grilled broccolini was also surprisingly good. The only dish that didn't quite hit the mark for me was the wings. They had good flavor but were a little dry. Overall, the food was good, but nothing that really stood out as unforgettable. My friend and I went here for a single mixer event and we've both never been to this venue so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The venue itself is huge! Plenty of outdoor seating enough room for everyone and then they have two separate indoor seating areas one on the top floor and one on the main floor. I would definitely suggest this place for a casual meet up with a large friend group or even hosting an event here. The servers and staff were all pretty friendly quickly, busing table tables as they saw empty drinks and baskets. They also brought out fries and chicken tenders as fast as possible. I was in the neighborhood for my side hustle shifts so the purpose of my visit was to grab something quick so I would be able to eat in the car after my assignment was done. When I saw the Chickpea Pesto on the digital menu, I simply couldn't think of anything else. I went with it without any sides. The price was $11. The food preparation didn't take too long despite being quite busy in the mid afternoon on Easter. Quick service is always a plus. In a matter of 10 minutes or so, the lady with whom I placed my order handed me my food. When I saw the inside of the container, I knew something went wrong. It appeared that what was between the buns was indeed chickpea basil but I ordered the wrap version of the Chickpea Burger as that option was indeed listed on the menu. Turns out, the manager (Mookie) who stepped in to correct the situation said that version was supposed to be taken off/out from the menu (or something along those lines he said) but it had still been remaining on it. He generously and kindly offered to get me something else with no additional charge so I ordered the Cobb Salad to substitute it. Right after placing it though, Mookie realized that his kitchen staff could still make the wrap version of the veggie burger so he had it quickly made and brought it to me. In the meantime, my Cobb Salad was never cancelled so he also brought that out. And all of a sudden, I had three dishes with the price of one dish ($11). Oh boy, I truly felt bad for this so I gave him my quick apology for all the confusion and mishaps. He was so pleasant about it and said I could keep all three with "Don't worry about it" comment. Since I didn't need three dishes, I gave the salad to my colleague friend who was in the restaurant with me (she ordered chicken tenders so she too, ended up with two dishes with one dish price!) m Thanks to Mookie and his kind staff for the excellent service my colleague and I received yesterday. As for the Chickpea Pesto.... As I got back to my car, I ate the much needed meal before I headed my way to what was next. I didn't realize that I was famished; I ended up devouring both the wrap and the burger in a matter of 15 minutes. And I was shocked as to how decent the chickpea pesto was. Well-marinated with overall light taste. Quite refreshing to say the least. Recess is mainly a young people's hangout place. Dog friendly where when we were in the restaurant the patio was filled with people with their adorable furry friends. Yesterday's pleasant temperature made the perfect opportunity for many to dine in outside under the sun. I shall definitely return to order me the same Chickpea dish. I hope to see it remain on it next time I go here.

I was already planning on what to drink next, since my first yummy beer was crunching my thirst and hunger at the same time. And then it happened. Our pizza arrived. Right away we could tell it was a frozen pizza, but not the new fancy kinda frozen pizza, you know the ones that are, "not too bad for a frozen pizza", pizza.
