Went in on a Tuesday night with some friends for trivia night. 4 Noses in Broomfield has always been one of my favorite breweries in the state (love love love their El Jefe) and was excited to see a new location open in Denver. There was a food truck outside when we went, and seating inside was spacious. I ended up getting a fair few 6 ounce pours to taste - Nitro El Jefe was bomb! One thing that was cool - on the menu, there were several $4 can pours which seemed super cheap. The bartender explained its essentially beers that are long enough into their shelf life but not yet bad, but instead of throwing them out, they sell them discounted so people can still get to taste them. My hubby got one of their Death and Co collab cocktail-inspired ales that was pretty dang good! Truly love all their different beer options - from the hazy IPA, to the fruited sours, to the el jefe stouts - you guys are the best.

4 Noses brews one of my top 5 IPAs, the 'Bout Damn Time. So I've been wanting to try their new location for a while. I'm glad it happened on a sunny, 60° day in January. The garage doors were open to their large patio area, and lucky for us, the Blue Pan Pizza truck was parked outside. The new space is beautiful, airy and flooded with light, and the staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely planning on going again soon.

So stoked this location is now open! We love their beer and now it's convenient. The parking and seating is plentiful. The drink list is the same great list plus additions to the Broomfield location. Service is always friendly. Ambiance is chill with a small handful of games available.

Tons of seating inside and outside, great beer selections and we did see a food truck park outside. Fast and friendly service!

Could have been a five. Great beer and service. So many choices. Super clean. Ripped American flag was disgraceful.

I enjoyed my visit to 4 Noses. The taproom wasn't too busy. The bartender was welcoming and nice. I ordered a flight of five beers. I enjoyed 4 of the 5. So not bad at all. This place truly has quality beer and a beautiful taproom.

One of my favorite breweries in Denver. They have a versatile selection, including delicious sours and a michelada beer.

We sampled all the sours which were great and almost all of the IPAs, which were also delicious.

No mess no fuss easy peasy. We went on a Sunday at noon and it wasn't busy at all! All of our food was delicious - kids Mac and cheese, tenders, and OG sandwich. Bonus is that it was BOGO beer all day which we didn't even know about!

I brought my son and a family member to Waldo's one Saturday evening. No line to order food, but the bar was full, so we ordered and were seated right away. Things we liked: The mac & cheese was the best thing on the table. Tasty with good texture and plenty of cheese both in the sauce and melted on top. Kiddo reports that the tenders were great and the fries "ok." He cleaned up the former. I appreciate the beer selection. They have some solid local brews to go with the corporate swill. Everyone wins. I enjoyed my Avery Maharaja. They have plenty of TVs if that's what you are into. Service was patient, prompt, and courteous when ordering food. Not so thrilled: Adults were disappointed in the bone-in fried chicken. It's why we came to Stapleton for dinner. Oily and overcooked, one piece each was too much. It was closer to a TV dinner than a place like Tom's Home Cookin (RIP). I know this is a chain, but the quality and taste were not up to par. Noise was suited for a sports bar environment, but wasn't unbearable. Beer and food are ordered in separate locations. I stood where it says to order, then waited 10 minutes to be served. One person ahead of me, two struggling behind the bar, which was full and getting all the attention. My son came looking for me. It's their model. I just don't like it. Waldo's offers good beer, decent tenders/sides, and an upbeat vibe. It's hard to not rate it better, but the fried chicken was a huge letdown. I'd go back for a beer and snack if in the area again with watching sports on the brain.

The vibe is cool with music playing, garage doors that open up to the outdoor patio & a friendly staff. We arrived mid afternoon on a sunny Sunday for pizza. As the owner(s) say, why the name Black Shirt, "it's my symbol of rebellion- Johnny Cash". " Black shirts stand for rebellion, independence, and the courage to stand apart." And their pizzas do stand apart from others! We ordered the War Pig Pizza and a small Caesar Salad. The pizza was topped with a red sauce & a cheese blend, with cotija, pepperoni, prosciutto, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes & a chipotle-maple glaze - it was outstanding! The combination with these ingredients made for a delicious craveable pizza. I especially liked the glaze, more sweet than spicy. However, the salad was just okay, the dressing didn't have a lot of flavor & the lettuce could have been more fresh. Overall a great lunch & I look forward to trying some of their other pizzas as well as their beer.

What can i say aside from, they are THE BEST! I love their style crust! Thin and crispy but not TOO thin. More NY style which is my fave. The garlic bread was also superior. Get an extra side of marinara if you're saucy like me. I will say, the specialty pizzas get pretty pricey, but I felt ok when ordering the customizable. This is def going to be my goto when I am wanting to order pizza in. YUM!
