They take your phone number and reach out when the food is ready which is nice cause you can walk around town while you wait. It was such a beautiful day at Bainbridge Island, after taking the ferry my husband and I were met with his friend. Now, these were panko crispy but no SOOO crispy that you ripped up the roof of your mouth biting in. Onions were good and thick and their tartar is spectacular! Now negatives...I found the fries too salty. It appears that the fish gets sprinkled with a finish of salt and, if that's so, it also winds up on the fries and that was too much. I did find the fish crust a wee bit soggy which I wasn't expecting from the reviews. That was disappointing but it's how most F&C is. Prices were a little high...$60 for a lunch that we split (yes there was ONE wine and ONE beer involved). But everything is expensive which makes me glad I'm a chef.
