They've got the most amazing pizza with a thick, chewy, delicious sourdough base. It's a Roman-style pizza, so look it up because this is not your NY thin crust. A giant slice, a cookie, and a drink gets you very full and out the door in no time. My favorite slice is the veggie, despite the fact that I'm a full-fledged carnivore. Spicy pesto artichoke is also amazing, while my husband is the number one fan of their cupped pepperoni slices. One day I will try the margherita slice because that too looks excellent. Phenomenal sourdough breads!!! Brought home the cheddar-jalapeño loaf and finished it off in 2 days. Their twice-baked almond croissant is sinfully delicious. Do NOT eat the entire thing in one sitting. Staff is so friendly and cheerful! They obviously love and are proud of their products. Very contagious positivity! Proof bread is always one of my faves at the local farmers markets, and now I am so excited that they have a whole location close to me!! Today was the opening day for this location. Proof is not your grocery store bakery. One bite into their croissants and you realize you have something special. As someone who still bakes from scratch, the quality of the ingredients is immediately noticeable and the price reflects this. It is also a somewhat dangerous place. Came by to try out the carrot cake croissant after having friends rave about Proof. Sunday around 9am and there was only a small line so we were able to get our order in very quickly. They have a nice assortment of coffee options as well, I got an apple butter latte and it was great! The carrot cake croissant was everything I could ask for, filling was such a delight. First time stopping in & we needed a baguette so that's all we can rate, but everything else looked wonderful. This place is fantastic and we're lucky to have businesses like this that provide high quality food. Was surprised by the very few bad reviews. If you people are looking for cheap and consistent (industrialized and full of junk ingredients) bread, maybe go to your local grocery, lots of choices. The cost is justified by the product. I don't think the owners of proof are sitting in their mansions cooking up schemes to take advantage of their customers. Businesses like proof need to be supported and protected at all cost. read more

As I sit here in the open space with a hot americano and a killer morning bun(great baking, Easton!) I realized that I appreciate this spot for not only making amazing bread, but creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I have, more than once gone out of my way to come here to work on my laptop and bring my little human with me for a "mama and me" coffee date. They even have a little kids play kitchen she loves! Great assortment of breads, pastries and Roman style pizza. We ordered 3 pastries and a loaf of sourdough bread. Everything was absolutely delicious, especially the sourdough. The shop has some tables and chairs if you want to dine-in and a nice play area for little kids with a kitchen set up and some shopping carts. It's a great spot for hanging out and enjoying some pastries and coffee on a weekend morning while the kiddos play. Can't wait to go back and try some of the other breads! read more

Love this bakery! The space is open, airy & inviting. All the bread & pastries are sourdough which is heaven for me. I cannot eat regular wheat but it's not due to gluten -- it's something in wheat called fructan. I have an intolerance to it and the sourdough starter seems to render it inactive or somehow "kills" it -- like how people with lactose intolerance can get lactose-free dairy. I thoroughly enjoyed Proof's bread, croissant & pain au chocolate plus a pastry that had a center of pumpkin & one with lemon. It was all very yummy! read more
