My daughter needed three pairs of pants hemmed before returning back to school, but I'd forgotten about them. All the other places I called said they'd need a week to do the work which is understandable. Prompt Cleaners told me they'd take at least two days to hem all three, but had them done in just one. The quality of their work was very good as well as the pricing. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The owner is so compassionate and that's hard to come by now days because everyone is trying to make a living. So my dad had recently passed away, I had a flag from his services that was really dirty I brought it into this place to have it cleaned because I have been going to them for a while and they've always done a good job but wasn't sure if they could do flags. I explained to them that my dad passed away and this flag was very important to me. The girl called the owner to double check and make sure the colors won't bleed and that they could do it. So when I picked it up 2 days later not only was the flag folded perfect and cleaned but the owner put paid on my receipt and did it for free. This has been a hard time for me and I will never forget the kindness and compassion this person has shown! Thank you read more

Ii had the worst experience here. This place ruined all my designer white dresses. Not only all my white clothes turned dirty grey color, it 's left with weird brown stains all over after they dry cleaned. Owner doesn't apologize and kept on accusing me for all those stains and asked me to go somewhere else. She is ridiculous and outrageous!!!! Don't go to this place. It's horrible in every way!!!!!!! read more

If I could give a negative rating, I would. I took some uniform shirts in here to have patches applied, and I was told that the seamstress knew what she was doing. When I received the shirts back, the patches were not in the right place, and I didn't discover this until I got them home. I returned to the cleaners and talked with the seamstress who insisted that she had done them right she would not listen to me, and she would not accept that they needed to be fixed. They charged me over $100 for 10 patches. Of the 10 patches one patch was applied correctly. If I could dispute the charge, I would, but I do take some responsibility that I didn't make sure that I made marks on the shirts and the seamstress doesn't speak very good English. Very expensive mistake on my part. read more

Took my daughters prom dress to be heimed got it back yesterday and I'm not happy. It's a double layer and the top layer looks like a grade schooler took scissors to it. Called the place we got it done and no offer of refund they want me to bring it back so they can try again. Price tags still on dress... $229. read more

I took in two of my husband's uniforms that needed to be pressed and needed new patches sewn onto the shoulders. He needed the uniforms to start paramedic school the following week, and so I needed them rushed. I asked the woman when dropping them off if she would be able to press and sew them in time or if I would need to take them somewhere else. She said they could be ready that weekend and put the charge on my receipt for both the cleaning and the sewing. When I went to pick them up, the patches were sewn on but the shirts were wrinkled in a ball and hadn't been cleaned or pressed. Since I picked them up on a Saturday, they said they couldn't press them since it was the weekend. I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else. read more

I asked her staff member to sew 3 pieces of my dress that got ripped, she only did 2, she said her staff member didn't tell her that, but yes I did. Horrible service, she could of at least said let me take care of that for u, but no she said its extra.....bad place to take your garments, never again. read more

I have been using them for years but I lately when I pick up my clothes the buttons are all cracked or gone. When I questioned the owner she got defensive and said she loses money by replacing buttons. I suggested they stop breaking them and that solves the problem. How about "Sorry Sir, I appreciate your business and I'll take care of it right away." Geeze. I'm looking for a new place I can't affford to have my clothes damaged every week. read more

Just picked up my dry cleaning, never use this place. I had a $60 white button up shirt and two pairs of dress pants. I payed then looked at my short and the stains were pressed into it I stead of being removed from the shirt, so they ruined my $60 button up. I asked to speak to a manager and all she could tell me was "they don't answer the phone on the weekends". This happened before 5pm on a Friday. Completely unexceptable and unprofessional. She stated she didn't have the authority to return my money either. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. read more

Great friendly cleaners. They do alterations. Anything from suits, dresses, military chevrons. The owners use to own El Camino Cleaners in San Clemente. Their previous location was voted one of the top 3 cleaners in Orange County. They also did most the military sewing for Camp Pendleton including the two 4 star generals stationed there in the past. God Bless our Marines!!!!!!! If you want your clothes cleaned right this is the place to go. read more

My friend took a vintage dress to this location, it was a lovely baby pink color, when she got it back, the entire dress was turned a dingy grey! They tried to evade their mistakes by claiming it was the manufacturer of the dresses problem and not theirs. They refused to fix the problem and would not even give any sort of refund, again expressing that it was "not their problem." If you wish to have a problem free dry cleaning experience I highly recommend NEVER taking your business to this location!!!! Save yourself. read more

I've been coming to Prompt Cleaners since it opened. Great, friendly people who always do a great job on our clothing. I've been to other cleaners that just don't take care of your clothes like Prompt does. Taking good care of your clothing can help it last longer and Prompt helps me do just that! read more

I don't like putting negative reviews but I unsatisfied with how we were handled. I do want to say I love Bri and she was trying her best to be helpful. So we put in my daughters prom dress to be altered on a Friday.. on the following Wednesday, 5 days later, I get a call saying they didn't understand the directions for how to mend it and I would have to drive the dress to their location in Temecula off of Temecula parkway to have it altered. So we brought it there and I asked the lady to tell the owners that I wanted the dress pressed on the outside for the trouble and time it took to take it there. They did deliver it back to the Wildomar location and so I went to pick it up there on Friday. When I went to pick it up the lady told me I owed 80$ for the pressing. WHAT? I panicked and cried... I wasn't mad at her though! So she dropped it to 22$ but I got it home and it wasn't even pressed!!! Really? I had to press it. Not to mention the bottom wasn't sown well and the straps were uneven.. ugh!!! I'm so not happy but I'm sure they won't take responsibility!!! Don't ever take anything here to get mended! read more

My husband had a last minute rush with a suit he needed cleaned. They were able to take his suit in around 3pm and get it done before closing that same day. They were super sweet and had great customer service. We'll definitely be back for any other dry cleaning needs. Thank you!!! read more

I want to say how happy I was with the customer service and the service I received at Prompt Cleaners from Dolores. She was able to get multiple stains and gum out of two brand new dresses I had bought for a cruise. I was thrilled that she was able to clean them as good as new. Thank You Dolores!! You are a "Gem" this was my first time there and I will now be a forever customer! I went to 3 different cleaners and they could not help me. Thank You Thank You Thank You Dolores Prompt Cleaners Rocks!!! Sincerely Erin read more

Dropped my wife's coat off to be cleaned just as a thoughtful surprise to her along with my jacket and pants. We had a night out before this day, and I had taken pictures of her in the jacket. The lady at the counter and I went through the items individually to be cleaned and everything seem to be ok. We agreed all items except my shirt was to be dried cleaned. I was given a receipt with no remarks written on it. When I returned to pick up, the lady at the counter not the same one who took in my clothes took them off the rotating rack and hung them on the cross bar. All clothes were in plastic bags except my wife's coat. Immediately I saw on the left cuff of the coat sleeve was dark black stripe about 4"s wide. when I lifted the cuff to examine, I saw another stain that was off of the bottom pocket zipper same side. Unfortunately, more to myself than to the lady I said "WTF happen to this jacket and why is it not in a plastic bag"? She heard me, and said we didn't clean it because you brought it in stained and we didn't clean until we talked with you. See, she said we wrote on our receipt. I told her I'm not taking this back in this condition and said my wife needed to see this, she in the car waiting. Predictably my wife was furious, her $200.00 coat damaged like this. The clerk said ok you come back tomorrow and owner will be here. We returned the next morning, no owner, but the 1st employee immediately blamed us for the stains after showing her a picture of her coat and its previous condition, she didn't want to talk with us and passed off to another employee which reiterated it was our fault and I told her you have a security camera above the cash register did you or anyone look at it to see if what I was saying was true? Just stared at me no response. She then took my cell phone number and said the owner would call me. No call and my wife went back to see if the owner was there. After arriving she called me very upset saying the owner was yelling at her. I met her at the cleaners and was met with the same response that we brought the coat there in that condition. What changed was she said the black stain may have been due to it being hung on rotating rack with no bag but that did not matter now because the stain on the pocket belong to us. If so, I asked why was it not written on my receipt? She responded lady at counter was a beginner employee. So why was she alone? I was there she responded. I said I did not see you within the cleaners. She then walked behind a counter and sat down out of site, see I was here. I asked if the coat was that damaged why didn't you call me. We don't call, we wait until you come back. Did you look at your security camera to see what happened? No reply. Finally, we said our two choices is to have her clean the coat or file a complaint and decided to continue with the cleaning at this point. If it gets worse, we will toss the coat or by some incredible chance it comes out good. Been going here 12 + years, first time we have been treated so badly. Seems like the owner could care less about her customers, no apologies, no let's see what we can do. Maybe that's not part of her business model. Three times by employees and a 4th by the owner it was implied that I was a liar. Well, let's see what happens. If it does not come out, will file a Yelp, a BBB complaint, and probably a letter to the Wildomar Chamber of Commerce. Held this above complaint till I went back which I did, coat was not cleaned with a note on it "Coat not cleaned stain was not our fault". I told the lady at the counter can I just take the coat? She said no because she didn't know what was going on. Left and came back said I would pay the $12.00 for the uncleaned coat just to be done with this business and I did. read more

This was my first time visiting Prompt Cleaners, Service was terrible and they do not own up to their mistakes and will argue with their customers. I dropped off a brides maid dress to have alterations as well as a press. The 'manager' of the cleaners took my measurements which did not come out correctly and I had to leave my dress there for the correct measurements to be done . I was told several different things from two different people neither ladies could own up to their mistakes. I returned a third time to pick my dress up and the owner was very rude and inconsiderate. I am unhappy with the service I received And I do not recommend anyone to have any services done here. The quality of their work explains the name of the cleaners 'prompt' they are focused on getting the job done immediately without having the quality you deserve for your money . read more

Took in pants to be altered. They never touched them, charged me $20 and then failed to return money charged. Run away from this business. They should be locked up. Please read the other reviews, nobody likes taking the time to write negative reviews. read more

I dropped off a shirt that had a few stains on it and showed it to them asking if they could remove them. They took the shirt along with a bunch of other items I needed to have cleaned. My husband picked up the items and upon looking at the shirt, the stains were even more apparent. There was no tag on the item saying they tried and when I took it back in they said that was the best they could do. I asked for a refund and they refused. I then said I would be taking my business elsewhere and they said "ok". I cannot believe their lack of customer service. Don't support this business! read more

Went into Prompt Cleaners for the first time and dropped off 10 items to be cleaned. When I went to pick up my items I was told that they had miscounted and that there were only 9 items...no...my suit jacket was missing. They never called to discuss the matter, just changed the number of items on my ticket. I was supposed to get a call back from the owners the next morning and did not receive a call. I have been trying to contact them for 4 days and they will not answer their phone. This was my first time using this cleaners and I will NEVER return. read more

Called to have a shirt and slacks pressed and cleaned. And the lady who answered the phone was rude and short with me saying it couldn't be done. Just disappointed in the customer service! read more

Used to love this place..convenient location, pretty quick turnaround and the prices were competitive for laundering and pressing men's dress shirts. Still don't understand why my shirts cost $1.25+ more than my husband's. Anyway...the main reason that I am not going to give them my twice monthly business is that brand new shirts are coming back to us with random dark spots and what looks like he beginning of iron/ press burns. The other issue is that if a button comes off they won't put it back on nor will they even acknowledge that the button came off. I've lost count of the number of times that my husband has pulled a shirt out of the dry cleaning packaging, put the shirt on only to realize that there is a button missing. I understand that this might happen occasionally but it seems to occur very frequently at this place. We were regular customers but I'm willing to go out of my way to one of the places on Murrieta Hot Springs because of the far better customer service and reliability. read more
