Arrived fast and completed the job well but the price is outrages. $386 to open the door and then he wanted to charge me another $380 to install a new lock. He ended up giving me a discount rate of $180 for basic deadbolt and wanted another $40 for the install. This is ridiculous pricing. When I asked ahead of time, will it cost me $500, he said of course not and then proceeded to overcharge me. I will never use them again. My regular locksmith charges me $150-$200 for the same job. Got locked out of my apartment. When I was called by the locksmiths after leaving a message, there were two people coming to my location at the same time. Their voices sounded the same but they were two different ppl. The number that appeared was just the same one, so they were probably using some connecting service thus of course I cant text an image. When the 2nd person came they demanded I pay them too. So I had to pay two locksmiths instead of 1. The second locksmith also repeatedly yelled at me for not texting him a photo of my door. Not only will you lose money, you can be yelled at by the very person you're paying. However being a female at night locked out with some guy who can pick locks, I paid the 2nd locksmith out of fear for my own safety.
