I gave them another chance and I wish I never did. The owner talks down to people, does your nails very thin so they will break and you have to pay $5-10 for the replacement. I had 4 nails break less than 5 days of having them. The first one could have been of my doing so I paid to get it fixed 2 days after I got it but 2 days later I had 2 more breaks and 1 chip. I wear nails all the time and usually longer than the ones I had and there was no reason for all those breakages. After the first replacement I noticed how thin the other nails compared to the repaired nail & pictures of several sets I had before. I explained to Jason (the owner) the situation he kept talking over me, saying I shouldn't haven't been moving around so much and kept saying I was yelling at him, which I was not. He kept trying to gaslight me to anger which was simply not gonna happen. We all make mistakes sometimes and I just wanted him to right his wrong but INSTEAD I was met with rude comments, him speaking over me, calling me angry, loud ( and he knew what he was doing by saying that) and being told If I didn't have any money I shouldn't come back... anyways PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Spend it somewhere where the people got some sense and will talk to you and treat you respectfully. Alternatives: Inspire nail bar - loved it ! I have been going to this nail salon for 9 years and each time is better than the first. Jason is always fun and it's always a bunch of laughing in the salon. It's pretty much a family thing when you go. It's not very expensive and they can do just about anything you can think of. The atmosphere is amazing the nails tech are amazing and the prices are amazing. You can't get all of this nowhere else in my prospective. I love this place

They need to change the name of this nail salon to UNprofessional Nails. I don't know what Ken's problem was today but I definitely will be finding a new nail salon. He asked me what I needed to get done, and I told him I needed a fill-in, a cut down, and for him to make sure that my nails were sealed underneath, because they've been lifting up in between visits. Somewhere between me telling him what needed and him actually doing it, he caught a very nasty, very obvious attitude. I don't know if the sheer volume of work (note the sarcasm) is what made him mad or what. All I know is that he proceeded to do some very sloppy and careless work. I've been to this salon several times, so I know what he's capable of, but this was nowhere near the quality of work I'm used to receiving. When he reshaped my nails, they were all different shapes. Some were leaning to one side or the other. Others were curved on one side of the nail and straight on the other. I asked him politely (several times) to fix them, as well as explained as best I could what needed to be done. More than a few times I caught him shaking his head in frustration as he did so. Maybe if he kept his head still long enough, he could see what needed to be fixed. While most of the nails would have required a few extra seconds of TLC, some of the nails were blatantly crooked... I mean, Stevie Wonder could see how crooked they were. Even after I showed him, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. What was really frustrating is that he acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking him to fix his sloppy work. It's not like the shop was busy. There was no one else in the salon waiting for services. And it was a slow day, so I don't know what the issue was. At one point, his attitude was so bad that I told him I don't know what I did to piss him off, but that all I wanted was for my nails to be straight and done correctly. He acted like he didn't hear a thing I said. I could not wait to get out of there. Copping an attitude with your costumers is a quick way to lose business, and by the looks of this raggedy, run-down salon, they can hardly afford to do that. Either way, they've just lost a customer. If you want a salon that takes pride in their work and treats their customers with respect, go elsewhere. AVOID THIS SALON.

I absolutely love the work done by this shop. They are pleasant, hard working and always do their best to please you. I love coming here. They are COVID-19 friendly and take precautions to protect you as well as themselves. I will be coming again really, really soon!

Ugh, I loved my experience here! I used to come here some years back but I moved about 15-20 mins further out so I was going to a different salon... after finding Jason's page on IG I thought to myself like wow they really must have upgraded this place! So I made an appointment with Jason and I must say my experience was nothing but pleasant! Jason was super funny & outgoing - yes, he does have his character & sense of humor, which I personally LOVED! -- Oh and he definitely knows what he is doing and wastes no time accommodating everyone as best as he can. Keep in mind the shop is small and is in a high traffic area so I would suggest making an appointment a day or so in advance .. I did & bc I did personally did not experience any wait time but I can't say the same for some of the walk ins. The pedicure I received from an older woman was very gentle & soothing, she took her time & was very detailed about everything from the scrub, warm towel , fine painting skills... she took the time to moisturize between each toe and had the friendliest smile . I loved it here and will definitely be back . Side note: I told Jason I saw his IG I wanted a nude, multi color glow in the dark ombré & to just do his thing ... and I must say he did HIS THINGGG, Today is Aug.23rd (Kobe Bryant's birthday) and I'm sure it was a coincidence but never the less the set was a beautiful yellow & purple ombré tips and all the nails glow ...EVEN THE NUDE GLOWS! His technique of applying the crystals on my nails was so legit & I feel 100% certain that none of these stones are coming off before my next fill... now that I have moved back to Gburg I probably won't go anywhere else !

First time going. Will go back! Great service. Intimate facility/environment. Very popular, amongst the locals! So definitely make an appointment, if you can! At least for me: $100 for a full set of lashes (done by Tiffany). $45 for a gel pedi (done by Tris). $55 for a powder mani (done by Jason). Of course, ask for Jason, but anyone will suffice.

I probably deserve this horrible gel job for not being patient enough to wait for my usual place. Friday's, am I right?? The lady that did this for me, God bless her heart, was so shaky & im pretty sure didn't have the right prescription glasses on. The only reason I didn't complain was I'd feel badly if it were my granma & I didn't want to deal with the male technician's verbal abuse. He was there joking with the clients being mean/rude/running them off & I get it, customer-nail lady relationships or whatever but it was super uncomfortable. This was the worst $20 spent to say the least, at least here in MD. I remember coming here 10 years ago to get my prom nails done & they were lovely. I won't be coming back here & I thank them for reminding me why i should stay loyal to my salon :)

I've been going to this place for about 7 months and all I can say is that I am extremely happy with their work. I usually get them done by Jason or Tiffany because I love the way that they both work. They are both very professional. The place does get really busy so I would recommend getting an appointment so that you don't wait for 2 hours.

This is the second time I go get my nails done and I loved it, they last me a whole month, of course for this kind of nails and design That are a little more expensive because I am all about bling bling and designs on my nails and I landed at the right spot. All the techs are experienced and supported by both Jason and his wife. I highly recomen this place, they are good down to earth people and Jason is too funny haha. Brenda

I went in today to get a French tip and full set. My toes were done completely wrong even thought I stopped the lady to make sure she was gonna do it right. Ends up painting my whole toe pink with a white French tip even tho I just wanted a pink French tip line. We had to start over, it still was very sloppy. I had to direct her to have it right. I gave up after cause I didn't want to spend another hour, then I went to get my nails done. Full set acrylic, I showed them the picture of how I wanted my nails done. Tiffany then proceeds to paint my nails, it's not how I wanted so i let her know. She proceeded to have an attitude and got mad with me. Throws my hands down and tells someone else to do it. This is already 5 time I had to wait around. They made me feel like I was the problem, how this design is hard and etc. but like the picture I shown fr their ig they have done this. It's just sloppy and inconsistent. Also every time I wanted to let them know that I didn't like how it was they would speak in their language infringe of me. Tiffany had many stank facial expressions when it came to me. It's sad cause I always come here but I haven't gotten my nails done in months and for me to come in and they treat me horribly like I'm the problem. My bf goes in after to try to get some money back but they wanna say I had an attitude from The jump. Which isn't true I greeted everyone and waited for my turn. I only got upset after the fact that they kept messing up my nails. I will never come back again If I could give 0 starts I would
