I also had no problem redeeming a gift certificate; it was automatically applied to my account. My only critique is that the walls are pretty thin and the treatment room is right next to the drying station. I silenced my phone but could hear another phone going off during my massage and by the end heard lots of talking and blowdrying. Maybe enforcing a quiet rule or putting soundproofing on the treatment room door would help that. Overall, I hope to come back and I'd recommend, especially Emma!

I had the most insane experience here. I had a Groupon for a…read more1 hour massage that I paid for in advance. The massage itself was fine. I tipped 20% on what the original price would've been. When I arrived I let the clerk know I had an appt for 11:30am that I had scheduled yesterday for today. It didn't exist. But they were able to still get a masseuse. I had offered to come back another time too. She said it would work. When we did the check in I let the clerk know I'm 19 weeks pregnant and if there was any issue with doing the massage because previously a Vietnamese nail salon had refused a foot massage on me due to their beliefs that it can induce early labor. Which I respected. She said no problem. I let her know my Groupon was for a regular 1 hour massage and I was having trouble finding it on the button for check in. She clicked the regular 1 hour massage button for me on my forms as I was getting a normal massage. LET me note that there was a whole other separate section for special maternity massages that she did NOT choose and I did NOT ask for. So on the same page- getting normal massage. The massage in fact was a normal full body massage like any other I have gotten in the 28 years of my life. I checked out after and tipped the masseuse. Then I asked to use the restroom on my way out and as I was walking out the clerk whom I had confirmed everything with earlier had the (I suppose) owner on the phone. Who very bluntly kept asking if I was pregnant "YOU'RE PREGNANT LADY RIGHT??!!?" over and over again and said how I had to pay more because I was pregnant. I told her I got a normal 1 hour massage not a pregnancy massage and she kept fighting me on the phone. She was blunt and rude and I told her I had confirmed my service with the clerk before hand and she even selected normal 1 hour massage on the forms. She kept telling me I need to pay extra because it was a pregnancy massage and I told her it absolutely WAS NOT. She then told me I needed to tell the clerk in advance that I was pregnant and I said many times that I did already. I told her this was absolutely ridiculous of her and they need to state cost of service in advance BEFORE the service and regardless she was just wrong- it was a normal massage and she just wanted more money. I stood my ground because honestly it was absolutely insane to beg for money in a scammy way after I was already done with service, checked out, & tipped. I don't care if I paid $200 for a massage in general but the way this was handled was not professional. I 100% was ready to get the police involved if needed. After I told her you cannot do this she finally said okay next time you have to pay for maternity massage but this time fine. I told her there's not going to be a next time because this is awful service and you needed to learn how to treat people better. I confirmed with the clerk I can go while the lady on the phone rambled on in Chinese and the clerk said yes. So I left and will never return.

First, the reservation process and finding the spot were both frustrating. The person on the phone spoke in a whisper and couldn't/wouldn't speak up when asked. The "near the courthouse" was completely unhelpful, since there are FOUR courthouses in Town Center (Red Brick, Grey, District, and Circuit). The room was fine, and thankfully, the bed was toasty warm on a rainy, chilly day. Zoe wore both a mask (fine) and gloves (less fine for me). She spoke softly and with an accent that made communication impossible. She didn't tell me what she was doing to my face or what type of products she was using. The 45 minute facial was less than that, despite paying $20 more for that location. And, unlike the outlet further south, there was no relaxing tea and biscuits following the facial. Sadly, I won't be back, even though it's more convenient.

I called to schedule with my normal masseuse and they gave me an appt. I showed up and they told me I didn't have an appt with her and had to go with someone else since she had a client coming in 30 minutes. When I pushed back and asked if the other client could use the other masseuse when they came, the front desk said okay. Then I began my massage, and after 30 minutes the masseuse was switched out without ever discussing this with me. When I said something upon the conclusion of the appt to the front desk the woman was nasty and unapologetic. She said the other client booked before me, so they had priority with the masseuse. She took no responsibility for the scheduling error and started attacking me, asking if the second masseuse wasn't good and what was the problem. I will not return to this establishment.
