My muscles definitely needed a hard touch, not just a relaxing massage. I appreciated the extra attention to the sore spots I noted. The process upon arrival was unclear. It was about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time that I made contact with an employee and was immediately helped. I'd return again in the future and recommend Tonya to anyone not afraid of a more pronounced touch to the massage.

Five people reserving and 1 person reserving all get the same one room. There were 4 of us in our group and we got this room for 30 min. It is pretty small but would be fine for 2 people, I feel. The water was very hot and we did have to add cold water at intervals. It's our fault for doing this in the first week of June (weather was about 85 and sunny outside!) I can see this being a spot of refuge in the colder months! There was a tank of cold spring water for drinking. This bathhouse just had 1 bathroom that was roomy enough to change in but no other changing rooms. The receptionist and staff were very nice. I appreciated the printout with all the minerals in the water listed. That was informative and so interesting. We also additionally bought a jug to load up their mineral spring water! This was not a cheap activity but we loved the park and the attraction and history behind everything. First person is $32 and then additionally $22. There are age discounts.

My locker had hair and trash inside; when I brought this to one of the three attendants I was ignored and forced to use my cousins wipes to remove the hair and other dirt before securing my things. This already had me turned off for the price tag of $160 on a Friday at 10am. The next thing that I noticed was that there were three bars/beverage counters but only the one on the rooftop served alcohol; this was an inconvenience. We migrated through the rooms but due to loud talking and the limited number of rooms it was over crowded and I worried about sanitation. One thing I can say about the other spas I mentioned is that people are constantly walking throughout cleaning. During my visit the only cleaning we witnessed were of the surrounding indoor pools. Even the locker rooms were not being cleaned continuously. I can see the appeal of this place as it is a place for those who wish to feel like they are on vacation without actually going on one but as a traveler I would prefer to travel and be served. Service was not top tier here as we were not offered a reusable tote during our stay until we mentioned this to a wonderful employee named Arien. Arien was the only employee that was there to meet the needs of the customer. At the bar each drink was $18-$30. One of my friends whose drink of choice was mimosas asked to just purchase a bottle of orange juice and a bottle of brut and was told their is a three drink maximum. This further implies that they are used to serving a more immature, young crowd that need to be not only policed but parented. We ended up cutting our day short and making a Trader Joes run followed by a nice dinner at Red Stone. I have no desire to return. And the final kicker was as we were leaving they requested the totes back...EWWWWWYUCKKKK how are you cleaning these totes, this is unsanitary and for $160 you really should be able to spare a tote for every patron that walks through the door. We have decided to continue our journey of resorts but this one is by far at the bottom when you think of the korean spa concept.
