I used this establishment for a tan prior to my bachelorette party in July 2022. I have had many spray tans previously and the results have NEVER been anywhere close to what I received here. I bought a two tan package hoping to use for my wedding day but I will definitely not be doing that. I followed all of the pre tan and post tan instructions. It got all over all of my white clothing for days after my first rinse ruining almost all of my bachelorette outfits. When I attempted to contact the business for a refund/explanation of what went wrong they blamed me for everything. They asked if I had called the salon to get the tan fixed. I recieved the tan the night before my flight to my bachelorette so I was unable to go back in. I did attempt to call the salon twice and they did not answer. The response was that most people come back in to get the tan fixed -- well I couldn't do that because I was going on a trip. We finally came to an agreement that they would refund my two tan package from my horrible experience. This was in an email on August 12th and it is August 30th and I STILL have not received my refund or a response to my email inquiring about the delay. I have since had to dispute this through my credit card. Definitely not something I wanted to deal with right before my wedding! read more

Great place for massages (and admit it, we ALL need to know reputable places where you can get a truly great massage). Prices are on the higher end but understandable when you recognize the quality and skill of the masseuses Ninotch keeps on staff. Their online scheduling tool makes it super easy to find a slot (including if you have a preferred masseuse) once you're an established customer. Front desk staff are always pleasant and happy to answer questions about the services and products offered here. Parking is available but hard to garner on the street. Better bet is to park, oddly enough, in the garage under the building next door across the street - it will let you walk across underground and back out on the right side of the street where Ninotch is located. read more

Just an update on one of my favorite places --- I first started coming to Ninotch in 2016 and met Tatiana, the owner, who did my first ever spray tan. Tatiana is amazing and she literally does it all (spray tans, massages, facials -- not to mention RUNNING two amazing locations and expanding soon?!). I could go on and on about how well this place is run, but the quality of staff and services offered is remarkable. For years, I just came for the spray tans. I was terrified to get a spray tan the first time (I was worried about looking orange/fake -- something my friends had dealt with at other places), and Tatiana and her staff made me feel so comfortable. Each time the tans were perfect -- I looked natural, but like I had spent a few days in the sun. It was just what I wanted. I got spray tans for just about every wedding I was in for several years -- including my own!! In the last few years, I branched out :) and started getting other services at Ninotch, like massages and facials. Because I have chronic back pain/issues, I am a bit particular about my massages. At other places, I could not just see anyone -- often there would only be one person I could go to and see and get a decent massage. This isn't the case at Ninotch. Every single practitioner I have gone to has been incredible. Each of them listen to where I am hurting and carrying more tension/stress and every single time they knock it out of the park. There have been times where I've walked into Ninotch with a headache and a body full of tension and I've walked out feeling more rested and relaxed than I've felt in years. I've seen Gray, Maday, Hannah, Sha (I truly love them all) and I feel confident that I could go to any practictioner at Ninotch and they'd also be fantastic. You really cannot find this kind of quality (and consistent quality!) anywhere else. Because the massages (and tans!) were so great, I also decided to try out the facials and my two facials so far with Ana were also amazing. It was relaxing (even the extractions!!) and Ana provided such amazing guidance for my skin and different things I can try (at-home and services at Ninotch) to care for my skin long term. I'm telling you -- this place is amazing. You can not find consistent, quality, and amazing care like this anywhere else. And I know that whatever service I try next (I just saw they added 1 on 1 yoga, which I want to try soon!) will be just as great because Tatiana is so passionate about her business and meeting the needs of her clients (you should book a service with her just to meet her -- she's amazing!). I've wanted to try this place for a while, finally got the chance and it lived up to all my dreams. a) Convenience: You can schedule online, by phone, or in person; I wanted to use a gift card so I called and they made it so easy, especially by texting me a confirmation and then a calendar reminder b) Customer service: I got myself a horrible sunburn on Memorial Day weekend two days before my appointment. I knew it was my mistake and felt bad about calling to reschedule but they were incredibly sympathetic and sweet, and made it no problem to reschedule a week later! c) Massage itself: Perfect! I worked with Hannah, who read the well-designed intake form I filled out and asked me a few questions, but really quickly knew what to do. I've only had a couple massages in my life so I don't have the full vocabulary to describe exactly what I'm looking for, but Hannah had the experience to look at my notes and feel my knots as she worked. I need deep pressure and I have particular areas where I carry stress, and both were thoroughly addressed. Cannot recommend enough, will definitely go back. read more

I have gotten massages my whole life, and this was one of the best I have had. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated when I left. All my aches and pains were gone. Every massage therapist I have ever used is top notch and the appointments are easy to schedule. My schedule is very hectic and they have always found time to fit me in. I can't recommend Hannah or Gabrielle highly enough. I've gotten lots of massages over the years. They are two of the most outstanding massage therapists I've ever come across. The owner Tatiana is a stickler for excellent customer service. It is reflected in every part of her business. She is also an excellent therapist--and used to be the team massage therapist for the Nationals. But I don't know how many new clients she takes these days and she's also more expensive. I'm not a huge one for spray fans--but any time I decide to take a break from my glow in the dark white legs, I don't hesitate to go to Ninotch. I wouldn't trust anywhere else. read more

I had never had a spray tan before for fear that I would look like Snookie, walk around for a week with orange blotches, and or break-out (my skin is extremely sensitive). I decided, per the reviews of my fellow yelpers, to give this place a try. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. My tan was a beautiful shade of brown, I had zero blotches anywhere, my sensitive skin did not experience any issues, and because I followed all the pre and post spray tan instructions; my tan actually lasted for 10 days!!! I will definably be returning here in the future. My only feedback is that the salon is a little hard to find. However, I was early for my appointment and the extremely kind receptionist notified me that Ninotch is actually located above Smoothie King. read more

After reading Ninotch's amazing reviews on Yelp, I knew I wanted to test their tan for my upcoming wedding in February. I figured a military ball was the perfect event to try it out. First, I was so nervous to do the airbrush tan with a person versus the booth. Needless to say, Lauren instantly puts my nerves at ease. She took the time to discuss what I was looking for, how my skin normally tans, what my dress looked like, etc.. The experience itself was very quick. After going home I got so nervous that the color would be too dark. In hindsight I just don't think I'm used to having any sort of tan. My tan turned out perfect! My spray-tan was super fast and super even--it was so natural that everybody was asking me what beach I went to! I was a bit nervous at first because I didn't see any change until about hour 3, but then it became very clear that I was getting dark. It was a little bit lighter than I had hoped though--it was no darker than I could've gotten on my own spending a week on vacation in the sun. I also appreciated the follow-up phone call I got the next day to make sure everything was even and normal. I might go back for another important event, but not on a regular basis. read more

I have utilized massage services for several years and have used the big names in the industry who I will not name today. My right shoulder had been bothering me for sometime. I could not throw a baseball or even reach behind my seat in the car without significant pain. I finally decided to go to my orthopedic doctor -- he manipulated the shoulder and determined that I had damaged the rotator cuff and that i could either get a cortisone or he could schedule surgery -- neither options sounded good to me -- so I lived with the pain for almost a year. I found Ninotch and decided to treat my self to a nice massage. In the initial interview Tatiana asked about any injuries and / or problems I have been experiencing. I told her about the tightness in my lower back and my right shoulder situation -- mostly so she would be gentle with it. . Tatiana worked on me for just over an hour and she paid special attention to my shoulder. When I stood up I was able to move my right arm in a throwing motion with virtually no pain. I went home and threw a tennis ball for my dog for the first time in over a year. I now make it a point to get a massage at least once a month and while they used to relax me -- the massages from Ninotch reinvigorates me and I am able to get more accomplished n less time.
