I can only say how amazing this place is. After my bad experience before with another salon, I came in asking if they could fix the bad job I had gotten elsewhere. Kelly was so nice and offered to examine my nails. She removed my previous nails and gave me a whole new set. Rude Rude Rude. I went in to use a punch card for a free pedicure so my daughter and I could also get manicures. I incurred about getting tips put on and the lady was helpful but as soon as I pulled out my card this older lady came up and nearly started yelling. The other lady translates and says those have to have a signature and date so it's no good. I asked if they even take them anymore and she said no that's why she is saying that. No thank you, any business that doesn't honor there coupons they give you and then lie about it has zero integrity and I wouldn't support! read more

My nail technician, Amy, did such an amazing job on my nails. I walked in one day and she took me right away. I would give them ZERO stars if it was possible! Ed & I went in tonight for a mani & pedi. They up sold us and did not tell us until the end how much this was going to cost. We learned our lesson. I am very disappointed with this nail salon. If there is a zero star rating, I would give it a zero rating. My friend and I went there about 3 weeks ago, and they did the worst job ever on our nails. The nail tech cut my cuticles too much that it bled and got really swollen. I was already pulling my hand away from her when I started feeling that it was hurting already and would probably bleed but she still continued and pulled it back and made it bleed. As for my friend, she told the nail tech before she started with her nails to be really careful. Nail tech said OK. Unfortunately, nail tech was not at all careful as she made 3 of her nails bleed! The next day, my friend could not move her fingers well as the nails are swollen! She went back and asked for a refund. Good thing they gave her, her money back. read more

I'm not one to question the price of a service; I guess I'm just too trusting, but since the same services have quickly increased with each visit, I feel I'm being taken for a ride. I just was here not too long ago, and they really helped me. I just got acrylic nails not even a week ago, and I needed them removed. I first went to the place where I got them put on, and they recommended I wait a little longer because they were too new to remove. I went to this place, and the lady said she would be able to remove them, and she did. The removal process was not that bad, either. It hurt a few times, but there was no blood shed to report. I also got a pedicure which lasted more than they usually do, so I'm really happy about that, too. read more

I also enjoy my conversations with him and feel like I'm treated like family. He's very professional and always ensures sanitary conditions and great services. I called today and requested a "very good pedicure". My appointment was scheduled within a couple of hours with 'Hana". I received the 'deluxe pedicure". Hana spent considerable time on the pedicure. She did the routine tasks plus extraordinary massage, callous lessening, various lotions, heated rocks, etc. I have had massages from Orange County to Beverly hills and on cruise ships. Hana's far exceeded my expectations. I am Hana's new customer....a regular who will have a pedicure every three weeks. read more

I live out of the area and came to visit my sister along with my mom. We had the great idea to come get our nails done and my sister stated she knew of a place. We came in for mani pedis and were taken care of right away. While i was getting my feet done, which she was very friendly and did a great job but i didn't get her name, i told her that i would like to get acrylics instead. I showed her the picture and she said ok. Another lady came over, skinny Lady with short black hair, i showed her the picture of what i wanted and she said ok. I made sure to ask if she was able to do it and she insisted she could so i believed her. I showed her the picture a few more times just to be sure that she could do it and she always said yes. As she gets to the point of painting on what I wanted she stayed she couldn't do it and that she could put polka dots and that it would look better. I stated she told me she could do it and she than said sorry I can't but I can do polka dots. I told her if anyone else would be able to do it and she said no. I asked her if she could ask and she didn't ask and just answered no one can do it. I had her just put glitter to try to fix it but it was just a mess all together and I was already irritated. As I walked away I was looking at my nails and they were just messed up. My nails were not filed properly and I had glue on the side of my fingers. The edges are all rough and nail was glued to my actual skin underneath my nail. A nice older lady came over to try to fix them after I kept trying to fix them myself and it just wasn't helping. As I'm going to pay I let the lady know I don't like them. 2 ladies walk over, the one who had messed them up was one, and she was not the nicest so I just said to leave them alone and I just wanted to go. I ended up paying regardless because the one who did my feet was amazing but I will never be back to this place again. She was rude and it was either her way or her way. Worst experience ever. Don't say you can do a design and then change your mind and at least try to be detail oriented. It was expensive as it is to not get the proper service. read more

My mom and sister recently went here and they loved it. They insisted I try it, so I walked in and they sat me right away. Unfortunately, my experience was truly uncomfortable. I am unaware on who the owner is, but i believe it is the male that works there. He sat me down for my gel fill (for acrylics), and automatically asked where i had got them done previously; I told him Magnolia on Spring. He started giggling and said he knew the owner there and that she was "the sexy one". MIND YOU, I am a 16 year old girl. His comment was just weird and uncalled for. Continuing, He had finished buffing the powder and was about to start painting, but throughout this whole process he was gripping so tightly on my fingers. He then nearly yelled at me "RELAX" and many women in the salon looked over. I apologized to him, and told him i was not trying to be tense it was just hurting how hard he was gripping. He then said to me, "You are so hard to do nails on. You're too tense and then you relax. Such hard customer." It was so rude and embarrassing. I apologized many times because I felt i had done something wrong, but he continued to be rude and grip my fingers so tightly. I love this nail salon, the staff was friendly and the manager was really nice. The salon seems really clean and their spa chairs were really good. I reccomend this salon to all my friends and they have not been dissapionted. they sterilize all there instruments and only use the filing and buffing tools once and ask you if you wanna keep it or not, if not they just throw it away. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and the services are good. They don't try to pressure you into anything, if you say no they leave it alone. I like that cause sometimes I don't have the $$$ to go for the upgrades, and if you have any questions about anything that your technician is doing they will try there best to answer it and if the english was a barrier the manager will come over and put you at ease with whatever your question was.
