Came by today and had a set of some delicious brews here. Guy behind the counter knew a ton about the beers (maybe an owner?) and we were there for at least an hour talking beer. Got there when they opened and there was already a flock of loyalists there refilling their growlers and talking about the upcoming brews. People who love them seem to really love them! For me, the Saison was the best, like the champagne of beers. Very good. read more

Proclamation Ale - Breweries Near Me - Warwick, Rhode Island

See all

It was a little difficult to find them since they're in a lumber yard and the sign is small but Google Maps got us there. They're a small brewery with plenty of room for expansion. We tried 4 of their beers, Tendril, Zzzlumber, Derivative and something else. They were all good but Derivative is an unbelievably tasty pale ale. I will be stocking up on it the next time it's available. Zzzlumber was my next favorite. It's a very smooth stout that isn't heavy. Sadly they didn't have any available to purchase. read more

Great beers on draft and a food truck outside. Old school arcade video games and a movie playing on the big screen. Cool, laid back vibe. Glad we tried this place out! We got the saison special and subtle art fruit beer (blueberries and mangoes)- both were good summer beers! read more

A very weird place to find, but luckily if you can read there's signs that point you in the right direction. The beers are really good, the staff was friendly, and atmosphere was very cool. read more

Just had tendril at flatbread in providence - a soft creamy IPA - unusual and delicious IMHO

Definitely beats out other breweries in the area, both in quality and atmosphere. I guess it's good to know its not really a place to hang out though - just a small room so don't go expecting a bar atmosphere. On that note, however, the space is really gorgeous and worth taking a look. Beers were delicious - brought some back to Chicago to share with my brothers brew club. read more

Proclamation Ale - Breweries Near Me - Warwick, Rhode Island

Tasty beer at a great location with activities and music. Families are welcome. Great vibe here. We will return

Awesome new space! There was a huge line when we first got there on a Friday night and it moved slow but the bartenders were very nice and not rushing anyone through. By the time we left, you could go right up to the bar and order. They had 4+ beers on draft and 3 to purchase. The prices were very reasonable ($6 for a pint) and the space is gigantic. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some beers! read more

Food truck night sucks and their beer prices are going up. If you like paying $8 for a beer in a plastic cup and watching drunk parents ignore their kids, it may be for you. Can prices went up too. Inflatiomation beer company! I might have to move to Maine where beer drinkers aren't price gouged. I'm very disappointed in a place I generally used to like. read more

my husband brought me here after visiting with a friend, because he knew i'd enjoy it. well, i definitely did. the space is big and open, but not too big. honestly, this would be perfect for a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, or just a birthday bash. i don't know that they do private events, but they should. there are picnic tables, and other long tables with benches. definitely a communal vibe. there is a clearly marked queue for pours, and they offer either a 5 oz. or a full 12 oz. pour. they'll also offer a quick taste if you just want to try something before you commit. i have to say, i found the staff here to be super friendly and accommodating. not all breweries are like that, and i'd come here again just for the hospitality. the oooh sour raspberry wasn't so sour, and was actually very very delicious. that along with their barleywine were my favorites. my husband really enjoyed their IPAs. i've visited enough breweries to say that i think they do a good job of providing a variety of styles, so you're sure to find at least something you'll like, and probably more than one. if you're in the area, i'd definitely recommend giving them a go. read more

Extremely rude service and inefficient setup with pours and to-go cans/merch in the same line with one person working on a Sunday. Plus, other breweries in the Providence area have better beer. Won't be back. read more

Really like this brewery. The beer is excellent! My absolute favorite is Galaxy Derivative! They have a good choice in the types of beer that they brew. Really like the bar at the brewery. It's enjoyable just to hang out and talk about beers with the owners. read more

Soooo excited about the new space. I am finding myself here on an almost weekly basis due to the increased availability of so many of their best beers. They do a great job keeping the beers stocked and consistently brewed. Don't miss a chance to grab Derivative Galaxy or Stalk when they are fresh! Secondly the added pop up food carts has been a welcomed addition for the post climbing visits. Central Rock Gym is right down the street and having both so close makes for a great evening! read more

Great brewery hidden in an industrial park, great beers on tap and for purchase. Old school video games are a nice touch. There is food available from a rotating selection of food trucks and companies. I would say it's a must visit if you're in the area and want some great beer. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the staff I have encountered aren't the friendliest as a whole, a few are but the rest seem annoyed your speaking to them. read more

The new spot is great! We just wish they had their old stand by beers available for can sales. We're cool with the growing pains of a new space, but would recommend more tables for the giant crowds! The beer is consistently good and the staff is friendly... plus you can bring your dog! read more

This is a really fun spot. I love the free arcade games. They have some fantastic beers! My favorite to date is their nomenclature Double IPA. I kind of wish they had some lighter beers from time to time to cut through some of the heavier hopped up types. They usually have visits from some of the most delicious food trucks around. Definitely a great place to grab a few beers, relax with friends, grab some delicious foods, and play some old school games. read more

Great beers, amazing artistic tap room, and awesome staff. The classic arcade games are such a great addition!

First, the make an good solid beer. It's not my favorite, but they are local and we go fairly often. The lower stars are because they recently moved to an amazing space. It's large and seems to be designed to just hang out and enjoy your beer with a good group of friends. But I feel they didn't plan out their counter well. They do not separate the lines for pours or cans which makes it congested at times. Sometimes they have several people at the bar but not always. They also don't serve their own food but you can count on a food truck always being there. A solid local of you want to try a RI brewery. read more

Small brewery with some big brews. A little hard to find, but like an Easter Egg, worth the search. The whole operation, tucked in the back of a warehouse that could serve as the set of a Miami Vice-style drug bust, feels very laid back and laissez-faire, but the commitment to beer here is serious. With Four brews currently available (all quality, with zzzlumber stout a stand-out, really a calling card kind of beer that the brewers would be wise to keep always on the menu) and more on the way, this brewery joins the growing ranks of exceptional local small craft breweries in the state, and stands as a sterling example of a trend I only hope, as a Rhode Islander, will continue to gain momentum and notice. read more

Tendril and zzzlumber are my favorite. So glad that Proclamation is around. They are my favorite Rhode Island brewery. I've had their beers at several bars around providence and was looking forward to checking out the brewery. Located in a warehouse, the brewery itself was a basic spot. But the beer is great and the brewer is so friendly and genuine. Check it out and taste the beer! read more

PrettyGirl was an early fan of Proclamation. Unfortunately, their ego has gotten the best of them, resulting in inconsistent product. The disappointing armpit flavor in the latest batch of Derivative Citra is enough to make PrettyGirl throw her poop at Tiny Dancer (the barkeep). PrettyGirl couldn't help but notice the new poster behind the bar featuring the Proclamation crew giving us all 'the finger'. PrettyGirl thinks this arrogance has seeped into the quality of the beer. Pretty girl would suggest going to the Tilted Barn Brewery up the road. The beer is better and so are the bananas! read more

Picked up a growler of Process / Progress #5 this past weekend. The descriptor on the website was dead-on ... the dry-hop bill made it a very "grassy" but very enjoyable drink. Also had the taster of the Mosaic - also good, but I preferred the hoppiness of the Process a little more, hence my growler fill. Having seen some of their beer menu now, I think I'll be back to sample some of their Magi brews later this fall. Very quick service, great looking tasting room they have set up. Hidden gem - it's hard to find if you don't know it's there since its buried in a warehouse yard. read more

Had a great time Saturday afternoon. The beer tastings were wonderful and the staff was well knowledged! Look forward to coming back!

Good beer, truly a throwback to the days of jousting and swordfighting. Three girls in the whole place, and they were all nuns.

This brewery is a lot of fun. They have a nice tap list and it is a great place to hang out with friends to have some samples or full size pours. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We spent the afternoon sampling beers and chatting with friends. I look forward to coming back to see what is on tap next time! read more

My favorite brewery in RI! We have visited a handful of times and are always impressed with their beers. My favorite is the Sun Destroyer. We did notice that they have had some sour beers but we have yet to try them as they sell them so quickly. I am so excited that they will be moving to Warwick in the fall so we can visit and try their beers more often. read more

Only three beers on tap but the quality is very high. These guys have limited equipment but a lot of potential. They have an 8.5 % alcohol IPA with no bitterness, its delightful. Looking for big things from these guys in the future. read more

First visit was nice, great atmosphere and the selection of beers was great. Got a couple different ones to take home and the cans were just as great. The second visit had some misses but still promised a great evening, there was a food truck that had pizzas and they smelled wonderful, the vibe was more lively and we planned on getting one. The miss came when we got to the counter and the staff seemed a little rude, but it was hot out and they were busy so no big deal. The second miss came as two 12 oz beers and a charge of $6 for "in house" made the 24 ounces of beer come in at $22..... ??? The third miss came as the tastes of the beer was not drinkable.... I will get full ours even when trying anything new because in the end it is beer and only once before have I ever been not able to finish one. But the Spongefingers is definitely one to get in a taster, and Blaspberrie is a god share or taster too. I really enjoyed our first time and will return again down the road for Flummox or the Alpaca magi.... so come visit, get tasters of the exciting experiments and enjoy the atmosphere, question the in house charge if it shows on your tap like it did on our second visit since I didn't..... as for me, I will return down the road as the 2nd visit fades in memory...... read more

Hell yeAh, awesome beers and really nice folks. They have a small tasting room where they will pour a few tastes.

Great little brewery. Delicious ales. And craft beer. Soon to be in a larger place so they can make even more.

Visited the brewery on Saturday afternoon with my wife. Had not heard much about Proclamation, but we were in the area and thought we would try it. Very cool taproom with a good amount of space. All of the bartenders were awesome, very knowledgeable and super friendly. You can tell they truly love what they do, and are happy to converse with you. Tried the Mosaic and Galaxy Derivatives, both of which were incredible, and took a bottle of the Citra Derivative home, was not let down. Hands down one of the best breweries in RI, we will definitely be visiting them again! read more

I've been going to proclamation for years . Tried alot of different breweries around different states and I gotta tell ya we are spoiled to have proclamation. there beer hands down is the best I've had. read more

Always great beer on tap - solid. Arcade games available to play and kid friendly. Cool vibe. something for everyone

Excellent brewery and fantastic atmosphere. Great variety of food trucks and staff are friendly

Some of, if not thee, best beer in the state! Prices....well.....you get you pay for @ $0.27/oz for most choices. I hope to see their prices come down some with the (unfortunate) move to a larger scale (10X) facility. These guys are KILLIN it for good reason. If Mouth Breather and Stalk make it onto the regular lineup....Tree House and Trillium BEWARE!!! read more

One of the worst things proclamation could have done was come to Warwick....now they're only 5 minutes from my house and my poor wife has to hear me every Sunday asking if she wants to go to proclamation! It's not like I have to pull her teeth either! read more

There are no ales and only stouts and sours. Also waited an eternity for one overpriced beer that wasn't what I ordered. This place is horrible. read more

Fantastic beer and great knowledgable staff. Went in on a busy Saturday and the beers just keep getting better. Walked out with a growler of the progress 4 IPA. To die for. This is a must visit place if you are into craft beer. read more

Stumbled across this very cool brewery brew depot in the Dean Wharehouse area right at PVD airport....apparently beer likes to be kept in a fifteen degree temperature range while in transit...tasty four packs...ready to roll read more

Easily the coolest bunch of guys brewing local beer. Their White IPA is out of this world, smooth citrus flavors and exactly the right blend of hops. Hazelnut Stout has a fantastic bold flavor and hint of hazelnut which perfectly balances out. The Strong American Ale is surprisingly refreshing with none of the bite of a high gravity beer. Amazing location, totally kid friendly. Love the pool table and the different games they have set up. Plan to stay a while and chat with the brewers, you will want to get to know these guys! read more
