Well, a new place that specializes in craft cocktails is right up my alley. We walked across, found the door, and entered. I was really impressed with the interior space. It was cool and dark. Lots of places to sit with a small bar area where everything is made. The cocktail book is large and has a variety of offerings for every palate. The bartenders were very helpful to our friends who are new to craft cocktails. They stick with vodka martinis. I started with a paper plane, which was very well-made. I then tried one of their specials, the Fig Leaf Old Fashioned, which was fabulous. Everyone had a fabulous time, and we will definitely be back to try some of the Absinthe recipes. I hope my fellow Yelpers support a new cocktail place. We need more of them.

My partner got the buttermilk chicken sliders which were good too, and the fries were like a cross between chips and fries. The AC was great inside. The outdoor seating was so nice and right on the water. There's room for kids to run around so even though it's a beer place it strikes me as great for kids and families. We will be back!

I also had a fun mocktail with a dragonfruit (unfortunately can't find the name of the drink, but the picture is below) to pair with my food--I will say that while it was tasty, it was pretty sweet but was the perfect pair with my Bayview Burger, which was a bit on the saltier side. The only downside to our experience is that once it did start getting pretty busy in the restaurant, the service was much much slower (which is a given with how busy it was) and we had to ask a different waiter to help us get our check and head out.
