Then they wouldnt pay for it.... other companies have come in with super cheap bids and told me in the middle of the move I would have to pay another 2k to move the stuff in the garage. If you want a good deal, your stuff from point A to point B in one piece, and a lower level of stress- this is your best bet.

We wouldn't have known about it had they not completely destroyed our bed frame which they are not taking responsibility for. We are without a bed. They damaged my apple thunderbolt display. At first they took responsibility for the damage they caused and now they are not. They damaged the leg our couch. They said they would have it fixed. It's been almost 2 months since and nothing has happened other than the runaround. We paid for insurance and they are not covering most of the damage inflicted on our property and ultimately my family. Use them if you do not value your property or time. They will consistently overpromise and underdeliver. Example: If they say they will deliver 10 wardrobe boxes you may, like us on the day of our move, receive 3 boxes, 1 rod, and be left all of your work clothing wrinkled. They will drive off before even loading all your stuff and leave you there in bewilderment as you have now paid to be moved but you have only been partially moved until 7+ SUV loads later. My wife and I had high hopes because there were nice and thought perhaps this is company that we could refer to our fiends and clients. We no longer trust nice. The day after our move we found out that one of our friends (and colleagues) has used them and had the same awful experience. It was so bad we were questioning whether or not we were being hyper critical only to find we are not alone and were perfectly rational. If I had to describe this move surreal seams right. It was just that bad! Ultimately, if you like disappointment, to be told a bunch of great sounding things that are false, and generally have low expectations, this is the company for you! Do yourself a huge favor. Get a quote from more than one company (as others are faster, cost less, and do no damage everything) before you put you trust in them and regret it. In fact, get 3 quotes and scratch them off of your list.

Professional drivers and movers come in, take exceptional care of your items, pack it in nice looking trucks with lifts and everything and get you taken care of. I needed a 2 person crew for a 10 minute move from a 3rd floor apartment in South Austin to a relatively nearby home. Richard Bailey messaged me here on Yelp and to my phone number after I contacted multiple movers. I can only say one slightly negative thing here. At first contact, I wasn't entirely certain that they had accepted my job offer and date. I did have to message a few times to make sure the date and time was actually locked down. I, and so many of us, have been "flaked" on in the past, as I did a few times in Nashville somewhat recently. So I felt I had to reach out a little more as I had a very tight timeline and was just trying to get all my ducks in a row. However with a few messages we did lock in the day and time with a couple days to spare. I would just say that when we are here putting multiple offers on Yelp, you do end up getting blasted by some companies immediately, too much so, but it does make them "seem eager" to lock in the job. Just a little better first contact would be the only slightly negative thing I could say. On to the great: I received a call and message from Gio of their ETA the day before and on the day, which they met. The heat/humidity combination got really bad, still they had surprisingly great attitudes and asked all the right questions when they came up. They wrapped and protected all the furniture as if it was going in a cross country van/semi-trailer. Going down apartment steps, everyone's furniture has gotten scratched and bonked and movers have just said.. oh well. These guys knew exactly what they were doing and everything arrived perfectly. They even had me "direct" them to which room or area as they pulled carts of boxes up to the home. Gio and Josh were just good people, hard workers with real attention to detail and a positive attitude. Placed a quote request on Yelp and was bombarded with responses. A lot of the companies requested more information; some didn't respond. Spoke to one guy who said he would send a quote and never did. Richard Bailey gets 10 stars for price, communication; recognizing the sense of urgency and the crew he hired to complete my move. He actually texted me right away; then we spoke briefly. Based on the conversation he gave me a verbal quote and booked my move for the next afternoon. His crew showed up on time. We're very professional; had great personalities and got me moved in two and a half hours. Nothing was broken either. Assembled my washer and dryer too. One of the crew members even gave me decorative advice as I moved from a 2300 sq. ft. house to a 1300 sq. ft. apartment and my couch didn't initially look right where I thought it should be! This is my second move in less than two years and my last experience with Two Men and a Truck was horrible. MASH showed up right at start time and made magic happen. I thought I only wanted help with big items but I will be hiring them for the rest of the move instead because they were so efficient and worked tirelessly to complete the move. My old house, my new house, all of my stuff is in the exact same condition it was before we moved. I especially loved that they expertly took apart our ikea couch and then put it back together in the new place. They made communication super easy and are very responsive. This is such a great crew and it makes such a difference because moving is SO stressful and just ugh. These folks are the opposite of ugh! They are AWESOME! The value for the money is really great.
