I called the office multiple times and at first they said that they would either replace the pieces or refer me to a furniture repair company. I received a quote from the furniture repair company they referred me to for $650. I sent the quote to the company and they said that they would only pay half. They dodge my calls, refused to respond to me, and I'm now left with furniture that is broken because of their carelessness and inexperience. Do not trust this company at all. They are the absolute worst! I am now planning to sue them in small claims court.

We were moving from Austin to San Antonio and I was surprised how quickly they go everything done. Einstein movers charged us almost double a few days before the move by adding an additional person. They were allowed to do that because they did not provide us with a contract. Michael quoted us right away, generated a contract, both of us signed, and his team was able to move our apartment completely on such short notice. We arrived to San Antonio and not a single thing was broken, they installed all of our furniture, and even took apart our door to make sure our refrigerator fit. When they came to shake my hand it was clear as day that they were high on drugs. Tony hopped in the drivers seat of our 26 foot moving truck and drove up and down our street going like 40mph almost side swiping both my car and my husbands. Trying to back it in our driveway. These guys are a clown show. We used them to move into our house and below is our experience in a…read morenutshell. Note that the distance between houses was less than two miles, and we only moved enough for a married couple, no kids: - We paid for and started the day with three movers. By lunch time, one of them left and we were stuck with two. When asked why the third left, he apparently broke our headboard and ditched the job. When calling the owner, no replacement mover was en route thus increasing the time and cost of our job. - The repairs for the damage to our headboard was an all-out shouting match with the owner, who wanted nothing to do with making things right. He got testy and in our face about 120 day lead times, and he was doing us a favor for fixing our stuff that his guys broke! You could not ask for worse customer service. The owner could care less about your move and your valuables, and he certainly will not fix anything without making you feel like you were the one responsible. It was even a chore to have his guys put together our busted bed so we could sleep for the night, even though we paid extra for that service as well. I would recommend looking elsewhere for someone that actually delivers what they promise from start to finish. It is a travesty these guys are still in business breaking things in Austin.
