Listen, I don't "Yelp" or "Google" much, but when a business deserves it, I take my time to give the review they deserve, good or bad. In this case, I've worked with ProTint since I first arrived in Lompoc many, many- MANY moons ago. (Air Force) I didn't know anyone in town and wanted tinted windows on my car. I stumbled across this shop off H street behind the old Jiffy Lube one day when I was having the oil changed in my car. I thought, hmm , ok - I'll check it out. I wasn't sure what to expect out of such a small one man operation, but let me tell you, and listen carefully, I was greatly surprised at the "FIRST CLASS" customer service this young man provided me. He took time to explain the different options I had and what they thought would work best for what I was looking for. So, I did it. BTW - the tint is still on my car today and looks as good as it did over 20 years ago - even with all the advancements in tint. The experience I had stayed with me throughout the years and anytime I had a project suited for this company, they were first on my list. I've had contracts worth over $200K with this company, and what I've always appreciated is whether I walked in for a $100 tint job or presented them with a $200K contract, I was always treated the same - with respect. Nowadays, there are three traits I live and run my business by: Loyalty, Honor and Integrity. All of which this young man has grown his business to be. You want cut throat shoddy work, go somewhere else. You want work where you are treated with respect and know you are getting the best product and pricing, go with ProTint/WrapLife - PERIOD. Finally, - I'm a very loyal customer to those who treat me right without trying to put their hands in my pockets and tickle my undercarriage. I tip well, I return the respect and over 20 years ago, I walked in this business to have my windows tinted and have and will continue to use this business for all my business needs. Many of us have had the privilege of seeing this business prosper even when the market crashed, this business survived. - They volunteer their time to help others without expecting anything in return. - They go out of their way to gain your business, not as a dog and pony show, but to prove their loyalty to you as a customer... I came with every intention on getting window tints on my car, as I have used this business before. I drove up to see big, political signs.
