We were on a tight budget and I let each service know our price range. Many companies did not even respond. Villa's responded immediately and was willing to work with our budget. They scheduled a walk through to confirm they could. They did an amazing job. The house sparkled. They even got the outside window and behind the washer/dryer/fridge/oven. The house looks awesome !!! Peter and his team are polite, professional, thorough. He set up an appointment to do a pre-bid inspection and arrived on time. We set up all-day deep-clean, and then one day before they were set to arrive our dog became very ill and had to be taken to the hospital. I texted Peter and he immediately offered to postpone the cleaning with no questions asked. We rescheduled when the dog recovered and I'm very pleased with the result. The team was nice, responsive and timely. However, we do not feel that our house was deep cleaned, which is what we paid for. We sent pictures to the company and we did receive about a 20% discount. Even so, we have been re-cleaning the house ourselves in addition to moving into the house. We've cleaned the prior owner's pee from the toilets, dead bugs and spiderwebs on the upper walls/ceilings, in the grooves of the closet doors and behind one of the toilets, dusted the doors and baseboards which were still dirty, cleaned the pantry and linen closet shelves which were still dirty, removed additional mold from the shower; I could go on. read more

What an amazing experience. I received a very professional walk thru appointment and estimate for a deep clean. They took good notes on my specific requests and gave me a fair quote. A few days later, a team of four came into my home, and literally cleaned every surface and item in my home. I dont think my appliances looked this good when they were brand new! The staff were very respectful of my belongings, worked very efficiently and quietly too. They went far above and beyond, cleaning things that I did not expect to be done. My house has never been this spotless, and I am now going to treat myself to bi-weekly maintenance to keep it that way. They broke one of our light pendants above the counter which cost us $315 to fix and we have been chasing them to pay us back for this cost and they never have. These guys were awesome! First of all, I really appreciated the fact that Peter came out himself to survey the house (we're in Santa Barbara) and give us an accurate quote for what we needed done (a move-out deep clean for a 4 bed/3 bath house including all of the many windows). He gave us a fair price for the job and we went ahead and scheduled for the cleaning. Peter and his team arrived right on time the day of and were really pleasant and easy to communicate with. I showed them a few problem areas I hoped they could resolve (such as stained tile in a bathroom and mineral deposits on a counter and the sinks), and they got to work! The team of 4 of them worked tirelessly all day on the house and were able to get through not only all of the cleaning tasks on the list provided by our landlords, but they also miraculously were able to out remove the stains and deposits I had pointed out. All in all a great experience and I'd recommend Peter and his team 100 percent. My only regret is that I didn't have them come before while we were still living in the house so that we could enjoy how clean it was. :) read more
