He replaced the part then made sure all indicator messages were cleared. I then said I would just like to pick up the car and forget about the work they claim they couldn't release it to me. I called my insurance and the agent called them immediately. Until then they needed to release the vehicle because it was my property and they had no right to hold it. They then backtracked and made some excuse of their misunderstanding And then charged 300$ for the" estimate " Terrible communication and worse situational awareness and their response was simply "negative" when it was indeed the truth.
