Appointment was made…read moreonline went after work told the guy what percent my first red flag was he didn't have enough 5% and talked me into doing two layers and it would basically be 5%. Paid 200 let the tint cure, didn't roll the windows down made sure to leave in the sun after a couple weeks of not rolling my windows down I noticed a lot of debris in and dust particles, air bubbles. All the windows needed to be redone. I made multiple attempts to make an appointment and reach out to someone on Instagram, finally got ahold of someone let them know what happened and mind you they supposedly have a "life time warranty" which is a lie. Upon getting ahold of someone through messenger i let them know what the problem was and I let them know I would like all the windows redone, asked when a good time would be to come in. For a couples days I would say weeks they would drag out the conversation and tell me they weren't available anytime I mentioned a day I was available until I mentioned someone that could fix it for me for free. They then asked what day I could come in. I let them know what day I could come in and what time. They said they were okay with date and time and told me that they were going to charge me for the labor and the new tint they were going to put on. We went back and forth and I let whoever it was that I was speaking to in messenger that I was told there is a warranty and the job wasn't done correctly, letting him know I didn't think it was right that I had to pay again when it wasn't done right the first time. The conversation went no where just back and forth very unprofessional I would not recommend this place. Bunch of liars doing mid work just to get a quick buck. I got my tony fixed by a different place and they only charged me 80 to fix everything and the new place I went to ended up doing it right the FIRST TIME. The tint has been exposed to Vegas heat as well as Tahoe's winters. I am still very much pleased with the quality of the tint and thank you to the folks at Imperial Tint for making my car's windows look amazing. I have been recommending everyone that wants a great place to get their windows tinted to this place because of not the only the way I was treated (wonderfully, of course) but also the quality of the tint and how well it's held up in 5 years. I bought a used Honda Clarity that was in relatively rough shape for the age (I…read moresuspect that the previous owner was an Uber driver) Every seat had a film of muck and the paint so swirled, it looked like it was run through a drive-through car wash every day. I drive a lot for work. I just needed something comfortable, efficient and dependable, so I wasn't concerned with aesthetic perfection, but the interior gets Hot due to the large windows, so I took it here to get the windows tinted. I figured while I was there I'd get it detailed to see if I could bring it back to life a little. It took a lot longer than expected and I was a little worried that they might have broken something and were scrambling to fix it, but when I finally got it back, that was not the case. I was shocked by how good it looked. I would say it looks brand new, but that would be understating how good it looks. It looks like it's ready to be in a car show or something. I can't believe how much effort and attention to detail they put into my car. Knowing what a great job they do, whenever I get a brand new car that I really want to protect, I'll immediately take it here for protective film and ceramic coating. If you want your car to look perfect, bring it here.

That said, the initial installation of my $1,000 bed cover felt rushed given the hourly labor cost. The fitment wasn't quite right at first and one side of the seal was pinched. I also noticed an impact was used on the rails, which are known to be sensitive to over-torque and can crack easily. While the pinched seal was corrected, I would have preferred more care taken from the start. I don't think they do bad work, but the shop's pace is faster than I personally prefer. For future work, I'd likely look for a shop that prioritizes a bit more attention to detail.
