I came in for a tint on my Tundra and was not up-sold on anything but rather pointed in the direction of what fit my needs the most. I ended up also getting N-Fab side steps and a Tonneau cover ordered and installed later. The whole process was simple and in an appropriate amount of time. Couldn't ask for anything more! Roger had a surprise for me which included a rebate for the Tonneau cover that I could claim and a pair of floor mats that I could also claim that he went out of his way to get the information for so I could apply for them. I've been wanting to get my windows tinted for awhile now, but I had to wait for things to calm down at my job and have a few regular days off so I could schedule something. Meantime, I did my research and decided to come here for my window tinting. There were a couple cheaper places I found, but one of them had less than stellar reviews. I wanted to go with a place close to home, in case they didn't have a waiting room, and I would be able to walk home. I called on the 5th and they made an appointment for the 8th. I've heard some good things about this shop but after getting my front, rear, and back windows tinted I was pretty disappointed. I made an appointment over the phone and asked to get my car retinted due to my current fading tint and was told it would cost $300. Showed up for my appointment and after they realized that I still had my previous tint on the car (not from this shop) they said it would be an extra $200 to remove it. Wasn't a huge deal due to the fact that I went in knowing I'd spend $300-$500 but thankfully, they said they'd be willing to only charge $100 since that wasn't specified over the phone. They were all super helpful because I wasn't sure what percentage I wanted. The car took longer than what they estimated timewise, but I'm sure they were just busy. After heading home I discovered some sand/dirt (or possibly dust) stuck between the film and the window, along with a hair on my rear window. You can see the grains of sand stuck in the center of the bubble. Overall, disappointed with the outcome since I spent $400 in total. read more

Awesome customer service and incredible quality! I had two cars tinted, a BMW X5 and a BMW 550. I asked them to install tint on the front windows of the X5 and match the factory tint on the back. It was a perfect match!! On the 550 they replaced tint on the front windows that I had to take off. Again the color match was perfect, however, the tint ended up sucking up some of the guide felt while it cured. I have never heard so many apologies and they hated that I had to wait a week to get it fixed because that was my next availability. The replacement tint was flawless! I will definitely use Velocity again and have already recommended them to two people. read more
