The tint has been exposed to Vegas heat as well as Tahoe's winters. I am still very much pleased with the quality of the tint and thank you to the folks at Imperial Tint for making my car's windows look amazing. I have been recommending everyone that wants a great place to get their windows tinted to this place because of not the only the way I was treated (wonderfully, of course) but also the quality of the tint and how well it's held up in 5 years. Also in the very back tint it doesn't line up with the headliner. And that it's wavy. He said they use a machine to cut it no cut on window. But then why is it so wavy if it was from a machine it should have been cut with precision. The font roof tint is lined perfect but not the back which is weird. Owner said when can I bring it in. It'll only take 5mins so I'm like I can bring it in this day. He's like oh I can do it at 430 today he said no that tomorrow would be better even tho it only takes 5mins. Explained to him that my next day off is Monday Tuesday he said Tuesday at 10. It's now Tuesday showed up on time texted the owner I'm here and then he texts me 20 mins later saying he'll be there at 11am. Poor communication on his part. The guy doing it said it'll be done in 20 30 mins far beyond 5 mins the owner told me. I told the guy my girlfriend is picking me up for lunch and that I'll be back he took my number to text me back when it's done 330 comes around still no text so I walk over and get my car. Also my car has sentry mode and this guy which I believe don't work there had my key card and tried to get into my car and he paint all over his arms. Maybe they did it cuz he wanted to see my car inside but still didn't have my permission or anything
