I only had my "problem" windows tinted, the ones that get a lot of sun, but I'm so happy with how they turned out I may just get the rest of the house done. The tint cuts down on glare significantly and at the same time actually enhances the view, think polarized lenses. The product he uses has a lifetime warranty as well. I highly recommend BC Tint.

The BC Team showed up as they committed. Great communication all along the way. They worked with me to decide the best tint for the windows and keep us legal. The install for my convertible Camaro - rear window and all the side windows - took about 2 hours, just as they said. No bubbles...no streaks, everything looks awesome. Ben is very easy to work with, especially since he comes to you! Excellent job on the tint on my Jetta Sportwagen and that is no easy task with 9 windows to tint. He also applied the clear bumper protection on my car as well. The paint protection is fantastic, nice and durable and you can't see it unless you know its there. I've often gone to shops for tint in the past, but you can't beat BC Tint's service. Far more convenient than any other tint I've had on any other cars and a great person to work with. Ben did a wonderful job on my Subaru. And tinted 7 windows in approximately 3 hours. Thank you Ben. One thing to consider if ever you don't have an opportunity to discuss with the customer the post tint install do's and don'ts, leave a small informational flyer in their vehicle letting them know how soon they can use their windows, what to clean the tint with, etc. Just a thought. read more

Ben of BC Tint was very easy to deal with. BC tint came recommended by our Ford Dealer with excellent reviews from the dealer. I have to agree with our dealer. BC Tint was easy to set up an appointment with online, with a quick responds via email and text with verification of the appointment. On the day of the appointment Ben came to our house, he was timely and did the job effectively and efficiently. The window tint work looks perfect and as if the vehicle came from the factory with great quality work. I can not recommend BC Tint highly enough. BC Tint is great. Ben came out to our house, right on time and was excellent in removing the old tint from our Honda CV-R. He charged us his initial quoted rate, though we gave him the wrong info which should have cost us more. He was thorough, professional and even gave us some great tips if we wanted to put on new tint in the future. I would highly recommend BC Tint for ANY tinting work I'd get in the future. He was the best price in town and the ability for him to come to YOU and not have to drop your car off somewhere and waste 1-2 hrs, well you can't get better than that. He accepts cash or credit card too, which is nice. Thanks Ben! read more

I brought my BMW 540i in to have my windshield fully replaced, and I must say, they did a great job. The replacement was great quality, they calibrated my rain sensing wipers and front collision warning system. Unfortunately, this is where things started to go wrong. I picked up my car and drove it home normally, only to realize a few days later that there were huge curved scratches following the pattern of the wiper blades. Technically, they did not cause this, but I spoke to another windshield technician who informed me that when you have a cracked windshield, it is strongly recommended that you also replace your wiper blades. The reason being, they can pick up shards of glass from your cracked windshield, and as soon as the wipers turn on, they will permanently ruin your new windshield. I just think that as a company who primarily does glass work, they should be able to inform you or at least recommend to get new wiper blades when they see a cracked windshield. Unfortunately, this cannot be repaired and the only option is to buy a new $800 windshield. I have had other work done by them, and it is usually a good quality as well as good customer service. Let this be a warning to anyone replacing a cracked windshield before they ruin their new one.

Before a cross-country road trip, I took my diesel truck in for an oil change and paid extra for a general inspection. Since it was a diesel, I specifically asked them to check the fuel filter as well. When they called to let me know the truck was ready, I was told everything looked great. A few days later, while driving about 70 mph near Kingman, Arizona, the engine suddenly died. I had the truck towed to the Chevrolet dealership, where they diagnosed a severely clogged fuel filter as the cause of the breakdown. While inspecting the vehicle, they also showed me the air filter, which was so old it had started to disintegrate. It was packed with leaves and debris and clearly had not been inspected recently. Thankfully, there doesn't appear to be any lasting damage to the truck. However, the breakdown cost me half a day of travel, an unexpected overnight stay in Kingman, a towing bill, and nearly $500 at the Chevrolet dealership to replace the filters and get me back on the road. I understand that one employee's oversight doesn't necessarily reflect an entire business. However, after specifically requesting these items be checked and then experiencing a breakdown caused by something that should have been caught, I've lost confidence in the service. If you use this shop, I would recommend double-checking any maintenance items that are supposed to have been inspected.

Most detailers would have just taken the car at the first available opening -- Robert clearly puts quality ahead of his convenience and profit. As for the results, the job is perfect. The car shines brilliantly, and I'm confident this is the best ceramic coating application I could have gotten.
