Jessie, the owner is funny but helpful guy. He gave me an estimate and a huge discount for being a veteran. Made an appointment, had to come back twice to finish what I wanted on my car. Tomas is the one who really did the work, and the other guy. They did good work, they protected the electronic part of the car from getting wet which was my concern, so far no issues with it. This is my second car that they have tinted, my first one has not had an issue on the tint, not worried because of the lifetime warranty. So I must say that if you love your car, have it tinted. When I Initially made the call for my appointment the gentleman that made the appointment for me was so nice and professional I couldn't wait to get my car done. When I arrived at the shop I was greeted by the owner who made the appointment for me. He was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I was a walk-in customer that needed the tint from my side windows removed so my teen could take the DMV driving test. The associate was professional & told me that they could remove the tint for a measly $30.00 & that they could do it right then & there! I had my 2021 rtr mustang tinted by pro tint, rear , 4 sides, I noticed the tint on my rear window along the heating defroster strip was not making contact with the strip which you could clearly see was not properly installed, I took my vehicle in twice to have them look at the damage of a improper install, the employee stated that sometimes on the weather strip there is a defect in the wire and that's the reason, 2nd time I took the car in was told the same thing by the same employee, he told me the owner would call me, i waited for two days with no return call by the owner, I called back and finally the owner was there to talk to , he asked to bring it in so he could see it , I arrived to his business , he looked at it and was questioning whether I had tape on the inside of the window , I told him I got the car with nothing on the rear window of any debris, the owner stated the defroster metal line was defect and that's why it doesn't stick, also said that happens on Lexus is sedans, funny thing is I just happened to have my Lexus is tinted by a shop in Santa Maria, show off tint, the same heater wire in the window they new they we're going to have problems , he had no idea I had a Lexus just done , perfect results on the install by show off tint, the owner questiong my integrity , he said there was nothing he could do , I asked him why did they attempt to do the job if they new they would have problems, he could not answer that, basically he told me that's not under warranty, show off did did the same window and it came out perfect, the job was done at 1/2 of what I paid for at pro tint , this owner Jesse has no knowledge of a business he claims he has been in business for years, my thought to you consumers, don't waist your time with this business owner , Dissatisfied customer....... To make a long story short, I made a appt, took a day off work, drove an hour just for this, for me to walk in and have them say "We called you a million times to cancel." I only received a single call the day before but never any messages about canceling! I even checked my cell bill, only a single call, no voicemails!!
