Jesus responded immediately with an initial quote then asked for specific car details to finalize our quote. He came back with a clarified quote, but was still less than another big box auto service store who later responded on Yelp. He came out to our rental and though he had to adjust his arrival time, he came out and was super quick, clean and professional, clearly knew what he was doing. He replaced the part then made sure all indicator messages were cleared. I am so grateful he was not only affordable and professional but that he was available to work on this on a weekend when everything else was closed, making it extremely convenient and also helping us get back on our way to the airport on Monday!!

Received updates by text about every other day saying it's on track to be finished on the 9th. We will see you in6 days, ready for pick up tomorrow at 4:30 pm. I called the next day at 4:00 to see if it was ready and they went to check and then came back saying they hadn't even started. I told them that I had been getting texts updating me every other day that the car would be ready and they said negative as if I did not get these messages and their website still said the car was ready to be picked up that day at 4:30. No consideration that I need in my car that day and was expecting it. You would think they would realize that I would need their car on the date they told me it would be ready. I then said I would just like to pick up the car and forget about the work they claim they couldn't release it to me. I called my insurance and the agent called them immediately. Until then they needed to release the vehicle because it was my property and they had no right to hold it. They then backtracked and made some excuse of their misunderstanding And then charged 300$ for the" estimate " Terrible communication and worse situational awareness and their response was simply "negative" when it was indeed the truth.
