What a great experience! I took my car in for a 4 wheel alignment and when Don was done, he explained in great detail that my car was within spec and didn't need any adjustments. He still spent over 30 minutes on the car checking everything. In the end he didn't charge me anything except for a small fee to flip a tire around that was mounted backwards. Brought my car in during my lunch hour because my tire had a major leak on my way to work. I was able to get AAA to come change to my spare tire and then I drove it over to American Tire to get the leak fixed. They were prompt and very helpful. Tyler helped me in the office and kept me informed about each step. Come to find out, there was a small gash close to the side wall but they still made an effort to fix it and then tested it for stability. I am thankful for the quick and friendly service. read more
