I unexpectedly had several issues with various parts of my car, and as someone who is not very familiar with car terminology, they were diligent in explaining everything to me. The older woman working there explained to me that they like to do this with all of their customers who aren't familiar with cars in order to ensure that they don't get taken advantage of at another shop if the issue were to occur again, and I found this to be incredibly unique and caring. When they discovered there were more repairs to be done and the cost would be higher than initially expected, they took the time to source parts for my car at a much cheaper price than normal so that I would be able to afford the repair. I can not explain how appreciative I was of this. This is now the only shop that I will be getting car repairs done at for the amazing customer service that they offer. Thank you to the Garcia team!

We got skeptical as we met Jose as he started naming off so many issues but he wasn't just saying what was wrong, but rather he showed us every single thing wrong with the car. I was very impressed and happy, he had us go under the car and look at the issues, he had diagrams to show how the car works, and he did his best to make sure we were not spending so much money. He was so kind, considerate and very funny. My mom and I were very pleased, unfortunately our van was more of a lost cause, but he had gave us very helpful alternatives to keep our van still going so that we're not spending so much money on a brand new engine. Jose is amazing, he listens, and does his best not to scam customers. Definitely would recommend going to him if your car is having issues, he's thorough and very understanding.

I noticed online they had an auto repair shop on the next street over. I pulled up and the owner came out, looked at my vehicle and diagnosed it right away. Mind you it's 2:30 in the afternoon. He tells me he has to order the part and he will get it around 430. I get a quoted price which was very reasonable! I also did not have to pay for the diagnostic maybe because the issue was obvious but either way I was happy. I got a call this morning letting me know my car was done. I didn't have a ride downtown so they offered to pick me up. All and all I am just happy to find an honest place that was an affordable option for me. I will be going to them from here on out.
