I unexpectedly had several issues with various parts of my car, and as someone who is not very familiar with car terminology, they were diligent in explaining everything to me. The older woman working there explained to me that they like to do this with all of their customers who aren't familiar with cars in order to ensure that they don't get taken advantage of at another shop if the issue were to occur again, and I found this to be incredibly unique and caring. When they discovered there were more repairs to be done and the cost would be higher than initially expected, they took the time to source parts for my car at a much cheaper price than normal so that I would be able to afford the repair.
