They secured a builders permit, but the last step in the process for a CO is a final inspection - they never took care of that. What would have cost $100 at the time winds up costing over $1000 when you find out it wasn't done and you need to take care of it before selling your house. The owner Clinton answers and I sent a video of the issue and he gave me a quote immediately! That shows they are not bluffing and are highly experienced. Then he sent a tech Niko out today who is very knowledgeable and fixed my issue immediately, also gave me some more pool tips. I highly recommend! This is the pool company of my dreams! I tried to contact him a couple of times' thereafter, to no avail. He only took cash, so I have no receipt for his work. So for 230$, I got a half opened pool for an open house with a green pool. My mistake for letting this scammer con me into paying him upfront. Do not let it happen to you. Had to pay another guy the same amount to open pool.
