They secured a builders permit, but the last step in the process for a CO is a final inspection - they never took care of that. What would have cost $100 at the time winds up costing over $1000 when you find out it wasn't done and you need to take care of it before selling your house. Luckily another pool guy who couldn't fix the issue recommended I check for a Hayward technician. So I saw them on the Hayward website! The owner Clinton answers and I sent a video of the issue and he gave me a quote immediately! That shows they are not bluffing and are highly experienced. Then he sent a tech Niko out today who is very knowledgeable and fixed my issue immediately, also gave me some more pool tips. I highly recommend! This is the pool company of my dreams! No BS and no price scrounging. In my 5 years owning a pool one of the best companies I worked with in terms of price, honesty and professionalism and timeliness.

Found company on-line and called up owner Evan and he agreed to come over and open pool. Spoke Monday to which he stated that he couldn't make it on Monday, could he come back on Tuesday for which I replied yes, that would be fine. Between Tuesday and Thursday of that week, I texted or called him a dozen times. he replied to me once that he got busy and couldn't make it over. I tried to contact him a couple of times' thereafter, to no avail. He only took cash, so I have no receipt for his work. So for 230$, I got a half opened pool for an open house with a green pool. My mistake for letting this scammer con me into paying him upfront. Do not let it happen to you. Had to pay another guy the same amount to open pool. He is a smooth talker who will show you pictures of the pool he allegedly put in the Hamptons. You can see it on his website. Good Luck if you choose to use this guy. Sleazy operator.

Which ended up being fall of 2020. We decided to not open the pool before the winter and push it off till spring. During building process never communicated when people would show up. Excavating showed up without knowledge to dig hole. Same thing happened through whole process. People would just show up with Arthur Edwards project manager showing up when wanted payments. Then when opened pool in spring cleaning crew had to be called back twice, liner also was not installed properly that actual company that produces it had to show up to stretch it properly. Never got demo of how everything worked and called twice. And recently ran into issue with permits expiring because they used there email address. When called to discuss was told sorry to bad. No ownership, asked to speak to the owner and he does not take calls. He was in Florida. I was told "If want to write a letter and mail it to the office they will make sure he gets it, BUT not sure he will respond or even read it ". That was Manager that told me that. No responsibility to customers. Seriously think hard if want to use a company that the owner is not accessable
