I came here often for a pedicure. They were fine. I recently broke a nail and made an appointment for a soak off. During which she continuously ripped my nails off w a nail tip. I reminded her 3 times during my service about soaking off and asked her to soak them instead. One hand was fine but when she got to the other and it hurt she still refused to soak my nails off, said i was "crying" and proceeded to rip through my real nails. I came in bc i broke ONE nail. It doesnt mean my nails are lifting to the point you can just take them off this way. Then to say im crying? After youre not even doing what i asked for in the first place? I asked for a soak off specifically to avoid further nail damage since acrylics are already harsh enough. I left before she completely finished. She refused to soak off my thumb nail, so i paid, and left. I wont be returning.
This spot is Amazing, Lynn does my lashes and has been doing them for the past 3mon. She does an amazing job! Her staff is super friendly and very attentive. I was a bit hesitant to try this spot out due to the reviews, but I went in for the first time and she right away asked if I wanted something to drink, as she was getting my drink she asked what it was I needed I told her what I wanted and explained how I wanted my lashes. She gave me my drink and and took me to the back. When she finished she gave me a mirror and I was surprised with the results due to the fact this place is very affordable! I keep going to her for my lashes I still have yet to try my nails. If your looking to get lashes look no further this is the spot!! P.S I won't give 5 stars yet due to the fact I still have yet to try my nails, lasI'll keep you posted on the nails. Ok ladies look no further for lashes and nails this is the spot !! I finally got my nails done! I love them Lynn did my nails and did an amazing job. I'm very picky, I like my nails thin and skinny, she did just that I only told her one time what I wanted and I didn't need to repeat myself. I have definitely found my nail and lash spot!
DO NOT COME HERE!!! Dangerous to your health!! After one lash extension session with Lynn my eyes swelled up like I had been punched in the face. My conditioned worsened over the weekend so much so that I had to call an emergency appointment with an eye doctor. He told me it was a reaction to the glue they used which is similar to crazy glue!!! I had to get prescription medicine/drops to help clear up my condition which he said will take 5-7 more days!!! I had to take off work b/c of this. I went back to Pro NailSpa Lash to show them what happened and to get my money back. I really thought they would be apologetic but instead they blamed me and refused to reimburse me for anything. What idiots. I have already reported them to Texas Licensing and Registration TDLR for a health violation. Oh and the regular manicure they did on me started to chip after one day!!! They are NOT GOOD at ANYTHING that's why they are cheap. You get what you pay for.
I had high hopes for this nail shop but they didn't quite deliver. I came for a pedi and full set. My pedicure was amazing. They had lots of choices on the kind of pedicure you would get. I got the Deluxe and it was just enough. My feet came out perfectly. My full set - no, no, no. I will say that I had very short nails to begin with and that may be why I have 3 nails that have already broken. Today is exactly 1 week away from when I originally got them done. The third nail broke today. The quality of my full set was not that great either. The nail tech used wayyy too much shellac and now I have puddles in my cuticle beds and that really wavy look. Ugh. On top of that, my nails were done while getting a pedicure and the shellac kept sticking to the towel so I have little lent pieces stuck in my nail, which the tech just painted over. Yep. I tried to like my nails but today when my nail broke and I actually looked at them, I told myself I will likely not go back. They have mimosas and wine so it hurts me not to go back lol oh well. In the pic you can see the quality of painting job it was and on my thumb can see where the lint was painted over. It's not smooth.

The gel polish was see through, there was space between the nail and my cuticle that should have had not only acrylic buy polish. As nice as they were and pretty as the space is, I doubt I'll be back for a nail job. Pedicure was great though!
This past Sunday, I called to see if they had any appointments and the lady was so kind and they were able to fit me in right away. I have never gotten tips as I never really get long nails, but the tech convinced me and I LOVE IT. She took her time making sure all my nails were even and I loved the shape she did on my nails. I'll be coming back!
Great service and a lot of colors to choose from. I love how my nails look but it's only been 5 days and my nails are already coming off.
Overall good experience.My nails look pretty in the shape is nice it was affordable.. no extra charge for a normal shape, Unlike the Majority of places. Only complain is they were a little too rough on my cuticles I have a few cuts.
Not very pleased with my pedicure. The salon is cheap, it's quiet no music or tv. The color selection is horrible! The 2 colors I settled for, were out. I do not recommend if you are particular about color! The color I chose was suppose a"neon green" and after one nail I HAD TO TELL THE LADY to put a white layer to make it brighter. Hate the color. The pedi was plan. $30 and didn't even massage my feet and get all my callus!!! half ass and soft massage. Like she was touching my calves with lotion on her hands. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I have to go somewhere else to get the color I want. gave 2 starts Bc shape is decent. I get a pedi 2x a month and this is why I hate trying new places!!!!
This was my second visit to Pro Nailspa Lash and it was wonderful. The service is excellent, they treat you better than family. They're very professional and detailed with their work! I love my nails and my little girls nails. Phenomenal job guys! I can't wait to Go back in two weeks. They also serve mimosas and soda/water!
Since Lynn opened her doors in 2017, I have been a regular customer. I get pedicures, nail dips and eyebrow waxing. There is no reason for me to go anywhere else for nail services. I always get great service no matter which tech takes care of me. I use a walker and all the nail technicians are helpful with getting me in and out of the pedicure chair. I usually get a fairly conservative dip and color but last Friday I decided to get a bit fancy for Valentine's Day. I have included a photo. Now I think I will stay fancy and have Lynn do a holiday or seasonal art on my fingernails. If you are looking for a clean, reliable and talented nail shop, I would definitely recommend Lynn and her team!
Me and my best friend decide to get our nails yesterday because we wanted to try someone new. When walked in someone greeted us right away. Proving a great customer service is a great start. I had to wait a little bit because there was no one but I understand because they were busy. Plus my friend was doing her feet. They offer water/wine/soda etc. they also give you refills as well. They would try to build conversation with you & that's good. My nails did not come out the way I showed but at least the owner took her time and they came out good as well. They are offering 20% off services & they are barely open. Try them out , they are very sweet!

I'm so happy I discovered this small nail salon! I'm usually never a regular at any nail salon. I used to jump around to different spas. Because my experiences always varied. However with Pro Nailspa Lash, I have had an exceptional experience for the last three visits! I love how the staff never rushes to finish your nails. They take their time, and make sure all the details are just right and you leave happy. They also give you as many drinks as you request. They let you sit and relax as long as you want after the service is done. And you leave whenever you please. Cindy gives the best massages! She could tell I was tired, and told me to just sit back and relax. She played relaxing music off her phone and massaged my legs until I fell asleep. She goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. Can't wait for my next manicure/pedicure! read more

The first time I went for my pedicure it was alright. My gut feeling told me to not come here for my second time and I should've listened to it. The lady who did my nails did a horrible job and I will be coming back today to fix it. I paid $55 out of pocket just for it to come out horrible. read more

The service it self is great, the people are nice but I was not happy with my nails. They are so professional with exceptional attention to detail. The salon is very clean and comfortable. I had a mimosa and they have massage chairs. Needless to say, I was very relaxed. I got a mani/pedi and lip/brow wax. I have been here about 4-5 times now I will be returning here permanently. I usually get "boring" old French manicure. The last visit, the nail tech suggested something different and it came out beautifully!! All my friends, coworkers and even patients say how much they love my nails. read more

This is my favorite nail salon in Houston!!! Tommy and Lynn are the sweetest business owners in town. They use top of the line equipment and treat every customer like family. This is the only nail salon I have ever been to where I wouldn't mind waiting 1 hour to get my mani or pedi. It's all about customer service with nail salons since there's so many out there. This is my go to place to get lash extensions. They're more affordable than most salons who offer extensions AND they seem to last a little longer also. I walked in today and they gave me 2 glasses of wine and sat me down in a massage chair while I waited for Lynn to be available to do my lashes. I'm not used to such hospitality so that gave them major bonus points!!!!! Also, Lynn finished in an hour when I'm used to other places taking a lot longer with lower quality results. The salon is also very beautiful on the inside in my opinion. I will definitely be returning. read more

Love this place! Being going here a year already and Im never disappointed. If I ever which rarely I do run into a issue Lynn and her staff always take care of it. Lynn, her husband, Kim and the other staff are just amazingly friendly and nice. Nothing like a good relax day getting pampered and drinking wine. Pedicures are also amazing. Lynn and Kim usually are the ones that do my nails. Lastly, I never have to wait to get my nails done since I been going. During the week or on the weekend. Just went today to get pampered read more

I was referred to Pro Nailspa by a co-worker. I went on my lunch break and I loved their customer service, they were kind and informative. I am very particular about my nails and dipped powder is a MUST. Pro Nailspa does the dipped powder so thin, which I love. They were also done within an hour which I love as well. The only complaint that I would have is how rough they were with my cuticles. But other then that, they did an amazing job on my nails. I love the color and the shape. read more

PRO NAIL LASH 1ST DEGREE BURN I had to give one star to post this review If I could give this company NO STAR I Would. I got my eyebrows waxed a day prior to Mother's Day! When I walked in Lynn(owner) had just finished with a clients nails! She appointed another lady to do my waxing, a lady that I was unfamiliar with to be exact. She put the wax on my left eye and it was so hot that I jumped. I told her that the wax was entirely too hot. She apologized and before she proceeded with the Right eye, she blew it 4 to 5 times before applying it. Even with the 4 to 5 blows it was not enough to cool the wax down. When she applied the wax to the right eye. I jumped and told her that was enough. Lynn (the owner) was walking by the door and I called her back I told her what had happened and she spoke to the lady in their language and the lady quickly left the room. Lynn(owner) came in and finished up. Using more wax, not as hot of course. After she was done, she applied cooling gel on my eyebrows. Which intensified the burning even more. I explained to her that my eyebrows feel like they were on fire. When I woke up the next morning my eyelids were purple, and I could barely open my eyes! I attempted to wash my face with plain water. Again, even water made my eyebrows feel like they were on fire! I went to show Lynn the burns ABOVE each eye. I had a extra eyebrow under each of my real eyebrows. Only the 2nd one was 1st degree burns. Her response was sorry! The tech that originally did the waxing came to look at the disaster she created and told me to have a seat. I asked why? She said she was going to get some ointment. At this time I'm furious, because they are acting like it was no big deal!!. I go back the next day. The conversation Started out good while I was talking to Lynn. I was asking her how would she like to handle this situation! I told her we could agree on somethings or we could handle it legally! When I said that word legally her husband became belligerent. It's like a switch went off in his head and he began yelling and throwing up his hands acting as if he wanted to fight me. At that moment I became terrified, His wife had to tell him to go to the back. This was UNPROFESSIONALISM AT IT'S FINEST!! MY SISTER AND I WERE SOME OF YOUR 1ST CUSTOMERS AFTER THE HURRICANE HARVEY..... I HATE WE HAD TO PART WAYS LIKE THIS LYNN. Lynn wants to be understanding, but her husband is a ticking #TIMEBOMB I really like Lynn's work. That's why I made every attempt to try and resolve this the easy way.....but her husband has made things very difficult!! read more

There's not too much to say but I absolutely love this place and everyone who works here. Lynn is my nail tech and always gives me exactly what I ask for. She introduced me to the dipping and my nails have grown out so much and are very healthy. Tina is my pedi girl and I get up feeling like I'm walking on clouds. Now Lynn's hubby is my favvvvvv. He spoils me with my favorite candy and keeps the atmosphere full of life. Try this place out, u won't b disappointed. read more

Came here for a new set of acrylics and pedicure. Tina did my pedicure which turned out great. Brian did my acrylics and I am very happy with how they turned out. Will be coming back for a refill with Brian. read more
