I came here often for a pedicure. They were fine. I recently broke a nail and made an appointment for a soak off. During which she continuously ripped my nails off w a nail tip. I reminded her 3 times during my service about soaking off and asked her to soak them instead. One hand was fine but when she got to the other and it hurt she still refused to soak my nails off, said i was "crying" and proceeded to rip through my real nails. I came in bc i broke ONE nail. It doesnt mean my nails are lifting to the point you can just take them off this way. Then to say im crying? After youre not even doing what i asked for in the first place? I asked for a soak off specifically to avoid further nail damage since acrylics are already harsh enough. I left before she completely finished. They were very rude and tried to get me to buy more services than I asked for after repeatedly telling them no. The management is so persistent you feel pressured for services that aren't even that good. She was cutting and burning me and when I would make a noise she would tell me I wasn't in pain because she wasn't "even on my real nail bed" however she was drilling so fast and so long that she definitely was hurting me. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Dangerous to your health!! After one lash extension session with Lynn my eyes swelled up like I had been punched in the face. My conditioned worsened over the weekend so much so that I had to call an emergency appointment with an eye doctor. He told me it was a reaction to the glue they used which is similar to crazy glue!!! I had to get prescription medicine/drops to help clear up my condition which he said will take 5-7 more days!!! I had to take off work b/c of this. I went back to Pro NailSpa Lash to show them what happened and to get my money back. I really thought they would be apologetic but instead they blamed me and refused to reimburse me for anything. What idiots. I have already reported them to Texas Licensing and Registration TDLR for a health violation. Oh and the regular manicure they did on me started to chip after one day!!! I had high hopes for this nail shop but they didn't quite deliver. I came for a pedi and full set. My pedicure was amazing. They had lots of choices on the kind of pedicure you would get. I got the Deluxe and it was just enough. My feet came out perfectly. My full set - no, no, no. I will say that I had very short nails to begin with and that may be why I have 3 nails that have already broken. Today is exactly 1 week away from when I originally got them done. The third nail broke today. The quality of my full set was not that great either. The nail tech used wayyy too much shellac and now I have puddles in my cuticle beds and that really wavy look. Ugh. On top of that, my nails were done while getting a pedicure and the shellac kept sticking to the towel so I have little lent pieces stuck in my nail, which the tech just painted over. Yep. I tried to like my nails but today when my nail broke and I actually looked at them, I told myself I will likely not go back. They have mimosas and wine so it hurts me not to go back lol oh well. I expressed my frustration to the front desk lady and asked her to please set me up with someone that could fix my horrible nails. In a matter of two minutes I was sitting with Andiez and the receptionist brought me a Mimosa. I could not believe how helpful and friendly the staff was. This location is now renamed to De Mood Nail Spa. I've been twice since under new name/management. Both times, once entering a nail tech has yelled to me while servicing others, asking what I'm needing and point me where to sit. No receptionist whatsoever, but the unprofessionalism is that there's been more than 1 tech who is sitting down not working, I would assume they could walk to the front to greet customers. It's extremely hot, not sure if the A/C works and there's no music/tv on just loud tech drills. No one has ever offered me a drink while getting serviced even though I've seen customers with beverages. I only come for acrylic refill on my toes because both times when asked for a pedicure AND refill they don't give a pedicure just the refill and I'm not reminding you for a service I already asked for. The pedicure chairs don't recline all the way back and the techs don't offer the massage remote. It's actually hidden behind all the chairs, unreachable. The only positive is they're constantly sending 20-30% off promo and my refill actually looks good! I would never get my nails done here because the chairs/tables are literally a dining room set. Nothing is nowhere near an aesthetically pleasing "nail spa" even after renovation so if you're coming here for a relaxing time. Don't. read more

I have tried to be very patience with this nail salon.... but here is my review # 1 every time i get my nails done here (gel nails) 2 days later they are peeling... ( when i bring it to their attention they offer to fix it) but the quality of their gel nails is really awful #2 I received a full set of eyelash and 2 days later they was falling out ... keep in mind i was on a cruise so i was stuck with 50% of my lash put for 7 days.. also 75% of my nails peeled off too When i got back in town I went back and they fix my nails and my eyelashes .... This is my go to place to get lash extensions. They're more affordable than most salons who offer extensions AND they seem to last a little longer also. I walked in today and they gave me 2 glasses of wine and sat me down in a massage chair while I waited for Lynn to be available to do my lashes. I'm not used to such hospitality so that gave them major bonus points!!!!! Also, Lynn finished in an hour when I'm used to other places taking a lot longer with lower quality results. PRO NAIL LASH 1ST DEGREE BURN I had to give one star to post this review If I could give this company NO STAR I Would. I got my eyebrows waxed a day prior to Mother's Day! When I walked in Lynn(owner) had just finished with a clients nails! She appointed another lady to do my waxing, a lady that I was unfamiliar with to be exact. She put the wax on my left eye and it was so hot that I jumped. I told her that the wax was entirely too hot. She apologized and before she proceeded with the Right eye, she blew it 4 to 5 times before applying it. Even with the 4 to 5 blows it was not enough to cool the wax down. When she applied the wax to the right eye. I jumped and told her that was enough. Lynn (the owner) was walking by the door and I called her back I told her what had happened and she spoke to the lady in their language and the lady quickly left the room. Lynn(owner) came in and finished up. Using more wax, not as hot of course. After she was done, she applied cooling gel on my eyebrows. Which intensified the burning even more. I explained to her that my eyebrows feel like they were on fire. When I woke up the next morning my eyelids were purple, and I could barely open my eyes! I attempted to wash my face with plain water. Again, even water made my eyebrows feel like they were on fire! I went to show Lynn the burns ABOVE each eye. I had a extra eyebrow under each of my real eyebrows. Only the 2nd one was 1st degree burns. Her response was sorry! The tech that originally did the waxing came to look at the disaster she created and told me to have a seat. I asked why? She said she was going to get some ointment. At this time I'm furious, because they are acting like it was no big deal!!. I go back the next day. The conversation Started out good while I was talking to Lynn. I was asking her how would she like to handle this situation! I told her we could agree on somethings or we could handle it legally! When I said that word legally her husband became belligerent. It's like a switch went off in his head and he began yelling and throwing up his hands acting as if he wanted to fight me. At that moment I became terrified, His wife had to tell him to go to the back. This was UNPROFESSIONALISM AT IT'S FINEST!! MY SISTER AND I WERE SOME OF YOUR 1ST CUSTOMERS AFTER THE HURRICANE HARVEY..... I HATE WE HAD TO PART WAYS LIKE THIS LYNN. Lynn wants to be understanding, but her husband is a ticking #TIMEBOMB I really like Lynn's work. I went into this salon for individual lash services 80. was the cost such a mistake I couldn't tell after service because my eyes were burning so bad. The next day sore to the touch and NOT individuals!! They applied clusters to my lashes and they hurt and are falling off. Well, the white is showing on the side (maybe it was his design). The lady who did my pedicure started off really good.
