I walked into the salon around 11 am on a weekday for a spur of the moment Shellac Manicure because I was in the area. There are many, many, MANY color choices to pick from which is always a plus. Kim did my nails and I have to admit that this is possibly the best manicure I've received! I felt pampered and taken care of the entire time. She took her time, removed my old shellac gently, doing her best to preserve my nail bed. (This is opposed to other salons that use burs to remove the old shellac quickly even though it weakens your nails and makes it more brittle.) Kim also did a great job nipping my cuticles, no deep cuts or bleeding. I chose a blush pink shellac polish and it was applied perfectly. Lighter colors are harder to apply since nail imperfections are more likely to show. Kim also threw in some Valentine's Day nail art for me which I love. I will definitely be returning here regularly! Kim is extremely meticulous and will give you flawless nails, doing her best to pamper you! I'm quite picky with nail salons and I have nothing to critique here at all. I would recommend making an appointment with her if you want to see her at a specific time as she's a one woman show at her salon. read more

I came here to get a spa pedicure and a shellac manicure. I called to book an appointment but was notified that Kim was running late due to traffic. Despite the tardiness, Kim treated me like royalty for my spa pedicure and made my feet look pretty! I have never seen my dry, rough-looking feet look pretty in my entire life, in fact even more expensive nail salons were unable to make them look soft and delicate. Kim is very caring and thoughtful, and she takes her time in doing her work. She also made me several cups of tea and gave me a massage. Apparently she has been in the industry for 35 years and I could really tell after the pedicure. Fantastic work! I came back a few days later for my shellac manicure. Maybe I asked them to do my nails too early in the morning (9:30 AM) but I feel as though not as much TLC was put into my manicure. I could see some nail polish on the skin next to my nails and I don't how to clean it up myself (I was also told it is impossible to remove with acetone). Nonetheless, this is just me nitpicking. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and was the only customer in there at the time, so I was a bit spoiled. But, the ladies that did my manicure and pedicure were probably the nicest and most accommodating employees I've ever had interaction with at a nail salon. I got a basic pedicure and a shellac manicure. Each was $25. I'm over 9 months pregnant and wanted my nails to look good for pictures with my baby girl (because Lord knows what my hair is going to look like after labor, LOL). I must say, they have a VERY WIDE selection of shellac polishes to choose from so you won't be disappointed in that department. Also, they offer you something to drink (tea, coffee, soda, water). Ok so... I honestly don't know where to start. My sister and I are looking for a new salon. We found this one on Yelp and decided to call based off of the first picture with the nude stiletto nails. We called and asked Kim when would be a good time to come. Kim said to come at 2:30pm. We got there a little early maybe 2:05pm so I knew we would be waiting for a little bit. Kim knew exactly what we were getting when we called before even coming so there is no excuse for me having to be in a nail salon from 2:00pm to 7:00pm!!!! Anyway back to me review. My sister went in about 10 minutes before me so when I came in she was already sitting in the pedicure chair. I walked straight to the chair next to her as no one even greeted me or asked what I wanted. My pedicure started about 25 minutes after I got there which was fine because we were early. I chose from the amazing catalog of colors that they have. My pedicure went by quickly and the older lady that did it was wonderful. Next Kim sends her daughter over to us to let us know that my sisters nails would have to be soaked off before Kim started on my them. Why didn't Kim decide this before so that she could be soaking during the pedicure? Because Kim was trying to by time for the 3:30pm appointment that she failed to tell us that she already had scheduled. We'll go ahead and skip through the rest of the waiting because I'm sure you get that point by now. So she is finally starting on my nail after 5:30pm. I got a refill and she fixed 2 nails that I had broken. The job was absolutely horrible none of my nails are the same shape and none of them are the same length!! I told her that I wanted to go from square to coffin. She shaped one nail and I could she that didn't get what I was saying so I showed her 2 different pictures. She said this would be difficult because I wasn't getting a brand new set. Ok, I'm a very understanding person as you can see since I waited 3 hours for her to even start my freaking nails! So I told her just try and get as close as possible because I was not about to sit and soak off my nails for another hour. She does my nails and the 2 that she fixed look worse than my other nails! They were polite and offered me water and soda on many different occasions. Kim's daughter did actually try to blame my at the end of all this saying "next time you should make an appointment." I informed the 12 or 13 child (that so rudely offered unwarranted advice to an adult), that my sister and I had called ahead and were told to come at 2:30pm and that I was very tired and did not was to talk to anyone else until it was time for me to pay and leave. Jacob gave the best mani/pedi massage with really nice pressure and even put some white flower oil on my legs and arms to help with my breathing. The other nail technicians there were very nice.
