I recently had to find a new nail shop; mine is currently temporarily closed . I have been forced to find a new one temporarily, and it has taken me five unsuccessful nail shops to find this one, which is literally in our backyard. My husband and I tried City Nails two months ago and had a great experience. He had a manicure and pedicure (I'm not sure of the tech's name), but she did a great job. His toenails and fingernails were perfectly even ( he's a nail-biter). He said the leg massage was very relaxing; he especially enjoyed the hot stones they used. I also received the same pedicure service: relaxing, calming, and rejuvenating. You can pick the exfoliating scrub you want, and I chose lavender. The leg massage was amazing, soothing, and breathtaking. I also had a full pearl set with buffing (no clear gel polish). Diane gave me the exact look I was looking for; she shaped and buffed to perfection ( in my opinion). I also requested paraffin wax on my hands; that was life! My hands felt so soft, brighter, and younger. I would recommend this at every visit; it's a must-have! They have several colors to choose from. They offer drinks, like water, Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, and Pepsi, which are nice and cold. The towels smell super fresh, not to mention the establishment is very clean. The prices are priced well! Overall, I recommend this place. read more

First of all it's false advertising... if you are going in for a basic pedicure with shellac they are going to screw u over. From a $30 pedicure plus$15 for shellac by the time you're done and they will not tell you is $52 and up. For a basic pedicure.. the cheapest...they charge you to take off your shellac and then to put it on. Smh freaking ridiculous. So if you wanna spend over $50 then go ahead. Service is fast and they will be sure to turn on that timer to only give u the 5 minutes they put it on for while "so called messaging " over all experience 2. The color was ok and they don't remove too much off your toes... read more

Me and my sister just got our nails done yesterday. I almost cried when I walked out of the salon with this nail set! They cut our cuticles a lot and I even bled two fingers. Before painting the top coat, there were 2 of my fingers that were distorted and lost a lot of powder but when I told her to fix it she said it was even. I was very angry and said that it took her 2 times to accept to fix it for me. Really horrible!!!! read more

I was in search of a new nail place and saw that City Nails was close by. Ive been coming for over a year and the owner/her staff are super nice and do a great job. I only get a pedicure when I'm here and it's been great, they aren't rushed and I feel so relaxed. They also open on Sunday's which is great! read more

Never again!!! 2 customers were finishing up when I got there and I felt like they were rushing to do a refill on my nails when the salon was empty which resulted in getting a pretty deep cut on my finger. Got my cuticles done and shellac on my toes. Looked good when I left. But as I was looking at my toes today, she did a HORRIBLE job. There are patches in the polish and on my pinky toe, the polish is clumoed. And I even tipped $10.00. Waste of time and money. Might be good for other people but not for me. read more

I was at this salon on Wed. Jan 8th at 4:30 and witnessed a rude customer. Her behavior was condescending from the minute she walked in the door. At one point when Mimi was doing he powder nails, the lady was telling the owner how to do the nails. Then she said "I know it all." Mimi handled this situation pleasantly and professsionaly. I ha e been going there a vouple years and alwsys had good results. read more

I needed nails done really badly and arrived on a Sunday. Upon arrival I discovered Mimi was visiting Vietnam. I asked for some special nail work and the staff immediately called Mimi's husband to come in. He arrived in less than 8 minutes. We had not seen each other in awhile and catching up was great. More importantly, I got a GREAT set of nails, shaped beautifully and walked out delighted. City Nails is not just a nail salon, but a gathering place for friends, de-stressing - and always some laughter. Go see Mimi! Or Mr. Mimi! read more

I have found a new nail salon! Ms Mimi did a Wonderful job today! Backstory: my previous nail salon kept getting more inconsistent each time. My nails were thicker each time. I even had a new full set put on, at the suggestion on a tech, to make them thinner and more natural. But to no avail. Today I went to City Nails. When I showed Mimi my nails she said they were much too thick. She took extra time to thin them and make them correct. So happy! read more

I have been going to City Nails for almost 2 years now because it was close to my house. I instantly liked the atmosphere because when you walk in everyone stops what they are doing and greets you (with big smiles on their faces), they offer you water.. ask what you would like done. I always get a shellac manicure and pedicure and each girl who has worked on me has done a wonderful job. They pay great attention to detail, make sure that my needs are met, and are so friendly while doing so. I actually enjoy spending time with them and chit chatting, and sharing some laughs. Going through the whole COVID-19 pandemic, I went in to get my nails done before we all got locked in our homes.. I was telling the owner Mimi how I couldn't find my son's size diapers anywhere in the stores. She immediately said that she had some that he son doesn't use anymore and that she would love to give them to me. I said no, no but she insisted. That was extremely kind of her and not your average nail tech would just offer you something like that. If you want to have people go above and beyond to make sure that you love your nails.. City Nails is the place to go! They will take great care of you read more

If you love your eyebrows...stay far away from this place. Horrible at waxing! She said she could fix them but I had rather walk out with what little eyebrow I have now. Not sure how they are with nails and won't be back to found out either. read more

Definitely will be returning here. Loved how my nails and toes looked. By far one of my favorites places.

I've been here several times and have also been to several other local nail salons. City Nails has won my loyalty with consistent work, friendliness and better prices. Mimi and her team are all great. They have a lot of color options and I've never had to wait. I've done both the shellac and dip powders, they've lasted longer than any other salon I've been to and at a fraction of the price. read more

I got my nails done at City Nails today and I couldn't be more in love! They're so beautiful! I walked in the Salon and was greeted so kindly and was even asked if I wanted a beverage. Christy did my nails. And she was so nice, friendly and she took her time doing my nails. I had walked in for a full set because the Salon I went to prior had ruined my nails and did a poor job. Christy went over the mistakes the last technician made and showed me how it should properly be done. She was very clear on how my nails were going to be done and how much everything was going to cost. The staff were extremely kind and patient. Overall I highly recommend City Nails, definitely worth your time and money. read more

I just started getting my nails done again after years and the place I went to left me dissatisfied. For my birthday I decided to try City Nails!! I love them. The attention to detail is amazing. Christy was kind and super talented. Christy fixed my issue from a different nail shop and made them absolutely stunning. I received several compliments. I'm a customer for life. Like most women, once we find a good tech we stick with her. I went for my second visit and Christy was off so Mimi did my nails and I was just as happy as when Christy did them. That's rare!!!!!! read more

I was a little hesitant to come here for a pedicure but it was a great decision. It's literally down the street from my house so super convenient. It was rather slow for them when I walked in, so even better because I don't have to wait! They didn't have a lot of colors to offer but I knew exactly what I wanted anyway. My nail technician was an older lady name Ana. She was very friendly and courteous. Placed my handbag in its own chair and started to work on my little feet. She did a good job with the cuticles and polish. I was a little nervous because she was a little rough on the buffing but it turned out great. Nails were polished perfectly white and even. My pedicures usually lasts about a month so hopefully this place does the same! not bad for $30 with a 7 min hot stone massage! read more

I used to be a customer of City Nails a while back but I stopped coming cause I moved away from the area. Well I'm back in the area so I decided to stop by. I'm glad I did because it's under new management and the shop looks great! And of course I'm loving my dipped nails! They look so natural and beautiful. You have to ask for Mimi! I've been going to Linda for years. I usually come once a month to get my eyebrows, mustache, and stray hairs waxed. I feel baby smooth walking out each time. She takes her time which is so relaxing and important. I had this thought to get my eyebrows tinted. I told her about it and she ordered the necessities. They are immaculate. Her attention to detail is near perfection. I will never go anywhere else! The prices are reasonable and are treated like you are in a high end spa. I highly recommended this place for all your needs. Waxing, eyebrow tinting, false lashes..you name it LINDA can do it read more

City Nails is under new management since around March 2017 and it's my go-to nail salon. I drive about 30 mins to come here for my beauty necessities. They're currently running a summer promotion, 20% off manicure + pedicure combination. Take advantage of this promotion because that's a steal! The staff is very friendly. I generally do shellac (gel), but in the photo provided (excuse the shininess, they had just put on cuticle oil), was my first time doing dipping (powder) and I absolutely love it. The color is the lightest nude that they had in semi-shine. They have a variety of nice colors from neutral to bright poppin' colors and with the dipping nails, you can actually choose how shiny or dull you want the end result to be. It holds up to several weeks, nor does it peel. They also do waxing services and I'm not sure what kind of wax they use, but if you have sensitive skin, they're great to go to. Definitely gentle and painless. Check them out! They also take appointments and walk-ins. read more

OMG I love Linda. I have such a hard time finding people that will do my nails the way I want them done, and not the way THEY want to do them. The very first time I walked in here, Linda listened carefully to what I wanted, how I wanted it, and was careful with my delicate skin. The second time I walked in, she remembered me, remembered what my preferences were, and had even set my color aside for me so we didn't have to keep hunting for something I liked. I also had her thread my eyebrows and do my brazilian wax. She was excellent at both and again very gentle and attentive. I cannot recommend her enough. She is such a sweet person and really makes you feel like she's going to take care of you. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they should be a little better about the upkeep on lights and hardware in the place. Sometimes it looks a little disheveled because they are doing maintenance during business hours. read more

The sweetest ladies ! Very good pedicure. But... the shop is dirty! The bathroom was dirty. Light switches were dirty. If they deep cleaned and kept up with it I would go back. I won't go back because of the filth. Sorry. read more
