A long overdue review for this company! Had the chance to get their service last July. There was a lot to pack at our old 2 room apartment (the guys will remember this place). Anyway, they informed us the possibility or not that the drywall will have a dent or a scratches here and there. We scheduled a Saturday morning move with 2 movers. Both inexperienced and confused. The move should have taken 2 hours to pack, 1 hour driving and 2 hours for unloading. Budgeted for 5 hours and $50 tip if happy. I wasn't. After 3 hours and truck not packed correctly, I went out to see what the problem was. They had furniture still outside the truck and shaking their heads. I couldn't believe it but helped and tried to use this as a teaching lesson. I helped remove half the truck to load it correctly. After another hour and a half it was finally loaded. The lead mover said that he would credit me an hour because it would have taken at least 2 more to finish. When we arrived at new address they were careless with furniture and chips/scatches. When the last item was removed he called in the job. He said the bill was $1600 including overtime and wanted me to sign on his cracked up phone screen which I could not read. He asked for me to sign anyway. I refused and asked him to call supervisor (actually owner). I complained about the damages to items and that I had to lead in helping load the truck or another 2 hours, his response was, "We didn't ask you to help." I signed because they already had my debit card on file. I called the next day to complain about the condition of my furniture. Response was to fill out a form and would take 6 months to reconcile. A call came a few days later that a repair worker would come to fix things. He never came and no calls returned. They also lied about pricing. I gave them a "1". Because "0" was not an option. . Worse service ever. Please don't go through what I had to. Try a different service for your own well being. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Dishonest owner and sales reps no use. read more

If I could give no stars, I would have chosen that for a rating. I hired Pro Movers to handle my move from a storage unit into my home. My move was not completed. The movers did not assemble all furniture, TVs, and they refused at the house to move my washer and dryer into the laundry room. My washer and dryer are currently sitting in the garage and I cannot use them. In addition, the driver took my son's credit card (who was not on the contract) and overcharged him an additional $339.00 The "Operations Manager" sent me a text stating they would reimburse my child's credit card for the additonal charges, but to date, has not done so. In addition, when my items were in storage, I had purchased 36 brand new moving blankets for protection while in storage. The Pro Mover driver took 35 of them. When I asked for them to be returned to me, the "Operations Manager" said he would get back to me, but to date, has not responded. The driver and 2 helpers took over 10 hours to take my items from a storage unit and partially move the items into a 1800 sq ft home. (everything was already shrink wrapped and protected with blankets. I recommend you look elsewhere for a moving company. I am in the Inland Empire area. Moving is not an easy task, however this company's driver traumatized a family, They were horribly unprofessional. read more

They did not return my keys and would not return my text messages. After calculating the hours , even with double drive time , they over counted by $200. As a college student with my parents across the country, it was 100% worth it to hire these movers to help me transport my many belongings on move out day. My roommate and I had heavy dressers, 2 queen beds, giant desks, a kitchen table, and SO many boxes, & Joe and Donovan worked nonstop and transported all of our items in perfect condition. Our apartment was on the second floor, and they saved us the trouble of carrying our bulky items up and down those stairs (and we didn't have to pay extra because of the stairs!!) Don't use this company. They destroyed 10K plus in furniture. They actually claimed they did the right thing folding my innerspring mattress, breaking it, and broke the thick glass on a very expensive dining room table. I filed an insurance claim through their procedures, and they laughed at me. Stay away at all costs. I don't know what these other positive reviews are about, but I would not believe them. If you run into trouble with these folks, you will get zero help or accountability. Stay far away In response to their response: This is incorrect Flat out Ask yourself, is this a company you want to work with? Who says your complaints are irrational and dismiss very valid complaints? also alarmingly sexist. - It was too late to finish the deliveries in one day because the company showed up 3 hours late - They didn't get full payment, initially, because they made an accounting error and undercharged me by about $300,. I think this was an honest mistake. However, they a asked for $300 tip, telling me that 10% per each of the 3 employees ( $300 ) was standard practice now. I was exhausted, and relented, since the bill was less than I budgeted anyway. When they told me I owed them $300 more, I asked the tip go to that, explaining the situation. they tried to use the fact that I gave a tip I was told was standard practice (like tipping at a restaurant, or now for grub hub and Uber and everything else that has changed about tipping after the pandemic -- I try to be a good person when I can be, so I tipped the requested amount because there was extra in the budget) to say that I was lying about the abysmal customer service and the broken items. I gave them the tip at the end of the first day, before I saw that any of hte damage had occured. After the damage was revealed the second day (that was the day with the table) the lead mover who had made so many mistakes, told me to "not worry about it" regarding the rest of the money owed. He knew how badly they had done. Considering they broke all of my stuff, and I gave them enough in total to cover the bill already, (if you include the tip which I asked to be transferred to the budgeted bill) I contacted them in February to file a complaint, did so within the correct time frame, and it took about 8 months and several phone calls for them to get back to me. They offered me $200 for $10,000 in property damage $.60 on the dollar is for accidental damage, not gross negligence Crating was never on the table! I told the team I was going to take the painting myself, but they *insisted* they could take it no problem, as-is. I noticed a few days later it was bent. Same with the table. They triple wrapped it in cardboard and secured it to the rest of the table. It takes extraordinary force (and negligence) to break a 1/2" thick 8 foot long glass table top clean in half. On the second day drop off was also late. Completely their fault. They truck showed up and it was chock full of items full to the brim thrown in pell-mell not secured to anything. They unwrapped the table, and it was split it two. - Purple makes multiple kinds of mattresses. This was a purple innerspring mattress that can't be folded. The assistant mover and I both told the lead mover not to fold it (and wrench it tight with straps) but he said that because it came in a box, it could be folded, which is true of *foam* boxed mattresses, but not *innerspring* boxed mattresses. It The owner refused to listen, flat out, and then wouldn't even consider the 3 other pieces of property (table, painting, and sofa) they damaged and were extraordinarily rude and dismissive. It was "oh yeah, prove it. So sue us" And I'm going to. YOU DO NOT WANT THIS DRAMA. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE MESS. I went with them because I was tired, and exhausted, needed to move last minute, and they were the first ones to pop up on google. I had a bad feeling from the beginning (considering they had an oregon phone number to connect to California...) but didn't have the energy, and frankly, just blindly hoped I wasn't going to get scammed. Maybe they will be great for you. Maybe just as likely you'll get scammed. Don't mess with these guys. If anyone is considering hiring them, message me. I will send you every one of those emails. They say they have recordings of phone conversations, and if they do, it's illegal because recording conversations without consent is illegal in California. I'm pretty sure this is one of those companies with an online presence that is actually 3 guys in a garage getting away with what they can. They operate out of Santa Ana but somehow also do moves in Oregon? Show up 3 hours late one day and 1 hour late the next, items bobbling around in the truck, and and have movers who don't know anything about crating, how to move mattresses. Look, you can go with these jokers if you want to take the risk with your time, energy, and possessions. It's on you. I don't recommend it read more
