I don't leave reviews lightly. But I wouldn't hire this company ever again. The two guys that showed up moved quickly for the first 10 mins but as soon as my husband left ( he went ahead to prep the storage) they started moving slow as molasses. I tried everything I could to get them to move faster but they wouldn't. Not only that but they broke our custom headboard, our new dresser (was ikea so could file a claim per their rules) and scratched our entertainment system. Also they stacked our storage with huge gaps in the back and we ended up having to unload a 2 bdrm home worth of stuff just to find that they packed it so terribly. Outstanding with one flaw, which accounts for the missing fifth star. They worked quickly and efficiently and were cooperative and pleasant. The price was very fair, and I tipped well. However, when I went to close up my old place, quite a bit of stuff that should have been moved was left behind, including air cleaners, full boxes, paintings and more. If you're looking for moving help, look elsewhere. Pro Movers failed me on so many levels. I went with them for a peace of mind (thinking they were a bigger moving company) but ended up with an oversized bill, severe damage to my furniture and house, and zero willingness from the general manager on covering the cost of damages. They are inaccurate in their initial estimates and criminally raise prices behind your back. For a 3 days of packing, moving and unpacking, I was quoted costs being UP TO $6,945 ($230 per hour for 4 movers x 8 hours per day x 3 days + $1425 highest packaging materials). Actual cost ended up being $10,000. They added costs around overtime, extra packaging material even though I ordered their top bundle, long driving hours that didn't make sense. The movers damaged some of my furniture in ways where I can't use them anymore. What's worse is when I filed a claim (which was a purposefully difficult process that required certified mail), I was only offered $175 when they did about $1,500 worth of damage to my furniture and belongings. And the $175 was contingent to not leaving a bad review. Here's the damage I went through: -Broke an outdoor couch in half down the middle -Took my brand new step ladder and left me their old one (who does that?) -Damaged my front yard walking path by completely chipping a huge stone piece -Dented my glass coffee table -Destroyed a lamp -Broke several glass wares They can keep their measly offer. I'd rather leave a review so others know to steer clear from this business. If you care about your belongings and don't want to break your bank for a move, then run far away from Pro Movers. A message to the business - instead of spending time trying to remove my negative review, why don't you spend more time giving quality service to your customers. Movers were great, Robert and his teammate helped moved my stuff on August 2, 2024. The customer service department team is also great, they answer the phone and reply to emails on time. Dennis quickly booked my job for a Saturday at 10am. The day before my scheduled move, he called me to ask if I was flexible and could start between a window of 12-3pm instead. He offered me a $50 discount for the inconvenience, to which I agreed. 3pm came and went. I received a new window of 4:30 to 5:00 pm. That came and went. I called Dennis several times but his phone went immediately to voicemail. I left messages for Dennis but he didn't return my calls. By the time his employee arrived around 6pm, I had another commitment and was forced to cancel. Bottomline: Dennis wasted my entire day so he could book a more expensive job over an hour away. Dennis was dishonest and didn't have the integrity to respond to me personally, but cancelled my job promptly through their service portal once I cancelled over voicemail. I wouldn't recommend this company if you need a mover you can actually count on. Your time is worthless to Dennis. I would leave negative stars if it were possible. read more

I needed a queen mattress moved from my garage to 2nd floor bedroom. This was one of the electric beds that move up/down at your head or feet. The bottom portion of bed was the electrical portion and VERY VERY HEAVY. MIND YOU, we had narrow stairs to get the bed up to 2nd floor. I am so very grateful, pleased, happy that Omar and Robert did one amazing move! They make a great team, were fast and efficient. I'm so happy they didn't hurt themselves or damage anything. A long overdue review for this company! Had the chance to get their service last July. There was a lot to pack at our old 2 room apartment (the guys will remember this place). Anyway, they informed us the possibility or not that the drywall will have a dent or a scratches here and there.
