This place along with John "the manager" is trying to call my wife a liar when we only canceled on them because they were over 2 hours late for a 9am -10am appointment and we called all week making sure that we were solid. We talked to Diego the whole week and set up the time with him. We are mad about the service because it ruined our schedule when you guys were stuck in Irvine for over 2 hours and then call 2 hours later to give a call that they are on the way! Unacceptable and a miserable day all together. You said I canceled on my wife's page when she canceled with you so there's another lie and she has the proof to show our set time and date And John the manager is trying to call me out on my review. As a professional and owner , this type of professionalism should not be rewarded with business. Especially when John is be untruthful. Zero stars for this place ! read more

My experience with Pro Movers was great from beginning to end. I went back and forth between a few moving agencies and was going to go with someone else. I called to cancel and spoke with manager John Rose. He cared enough to keep my business and after speaking with him I ended up keeping my appointment. I received notifications prior to the move to confirm my appointment which was great. On the day of the move, the drivers let me know when they would be there. Almas and team did an amazing job. I was so stressed up until the day of the move but they took all my stress away with how they moved, loaded, and unloaded everything. They worked their butts off. I had recently used Pro Mover's service for my local move. First off, when I was inquiring Diego explained everything to the detail nicely on the phone, even though I ended up calling him again asked for more questions, he was patient, polite and made all information clear to me. On the day of the move, I had 2 great movers, Frank and Ben, both did an amazing job within less time than I had anticipated! All was great except for some miscommunication regarding the payment. I called back Diego after the move then he listened my concern and he had addressed it with his supervisor. Few days later his supervisor, Natalie called me to apologize and offer me the balance to be refunded. Though the difference was only a little $$, it was not about the amount but to do the right thing. I was impressed with their professionalism since I know a lot of other moving companies who are just nice till the payment time and do not deal with any legit issues afterwords, however it was not the case with this team. Natalie arranged the check to be sent to my new home address which I received within a week. I really appreciate the fact that they were trying to do a right thing to correct the misunderstanding from the mover. I just to want to thank Diego, Natalie and the accounting department for their prompt action. The Pro Movers are the WORST ever moving companies we've had hired. I don't recommend them at all! They took our stuff as hostages, they did provide a wrong estimate and charge us almost three times* more!!!! Their crew ran away with our stuff we didn't have a place to sleep for nights and each time they hung up the phone on us and being super inappropriate to us! So many wrongs doing going on with this company and their managers are unprofessional and useless crew. SO SLOW! SO Unprofessional! DO NOT Trust them! I called up Pro Movers when I needed to move locally within the OC area, and Joe and Donovan delivered what was promised. This two person team moved a 1.5+ bedroom worth of furniture and items down 2 flights of stairs and delivered to a location w/ 3 flights of stairs at the end of a long day, their second move for the day, within 4 hours. Impressed would be the word I'd use to describe their meticulous method of packing and careful transport of my items up and the down stairs. After pickup, they followed us as we drove by car to the new location and delivered the items to the 3rd floor quickly from the truck. When moving older, cheaper, Ikea-like furniture, they are, of course, most susceptible to nicks and damage, and it's simple common sense to expect this during any move. From talking to Davin and John who were easily reachable before the move to watching Joe and Donovan move my stuff out and over to the new place, I'm very satisfied with their work/service. This was my first time using movers and was referred to me by a friend. They were so quick to respond after the initial quote request and I was provided all the information up front so there were no surprise fees. It was also very affordable compared to the other moving companies I got quotes from. The movers were on time and the communication was seamless. They packed up everything super quickly and carefully and even wrapped up my furniture so I didn't need any covers since they were going into storage. I didn't receive a full service from ProMover, but they are quick to respond to phone calls and booking your move as well as your concerns if you have any. I had a big misunderstanding and the owner called me and very apologetic (even thought the fault wasn't on their end) and explained to me of the situation. This moving company would of been great for our move if we had used them. read more

Jose E., Eric and Joe G. delivered some furniture for us earlier today and I was really happy with them. They were very friendly and respectful of our home and the items they were delivering. They even took extra care to make sure the newly redone wood stairs wouldn't be damaged when they were bringing a heavy dresser up to a bedroom. All of the pieces they dropped off were handled very carefully. They also showed up following COVID protocol by wearing their face masks. They were cautious and came prepared with tools, wrapping cloths and bubble wrap, boxes for clothes with racks, and extra boxes. It was fairly priced and the guys move quick yet still managed to do a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again. I am glad a lot of people had a great experience with this company. I wish I did. It started off well for me until my belongings were picked up. From the estimated rate of $2,000+, it ended up becoming a little over $6,000, despite of the fact that I did a thorough inventory, as well as a video of everything that was going to be packed and moved. Anyway, they worked hard in packing the whole place. The real problem was when it was time to move. I gave them a number or days I am free to receive my stuff. We agreed on a set date. No one came on that day or called me. I tried reaching out to Gabriel, Azalea, but no one responded until then ENS of the day. We agreed on another date. Same thing happened. No one reaches out or returned my texts. The following day, I received a text from the driver. He said he will deliver that day. I said I couldn't receive it because I was at work and out of town. He said it had to be delivered and told me to find a person that can receive. I told him I can't do that.forward to the following week, I received a call from Brian. He said he can't delivery at a specific time and should be ready at any time they arrive to deliver. I told him I had to work so I needed a specific date. He said that wasn't his problem and I should be ready at any time to receive them for the next 14 days. I can go on and on about my experience with this terribly unprofessional company but the moral of the story is that you stay away from them at all costs. They did not respond on time, they don't address your concerns, their delivery folks are disrespectful, most particularly BRIAN. read more

I was honestly not expecting them to be available for same day service but because they had multiple teams they were able to accommodate. They care about the minuscule details from start to finish. Josh is super technical, Donovan is very quiet yet very efficient, and jessie is a detail micromanager who will ensure that your furniture won't be dinged or damaged. In my opinion this company is completely unprofessional, awful customer service and are incredibly rude. The driver was rude and damaged my belongings, he was unfazed about it after I mentioned it to him. Of the two movers only one was working and the driver relaxed on my dime. They arrived unprepared and began to prep their truck from the previous move on my time clock. Not ok! The driver bulled me into a large tip that was not deserved. Felt like I was in Good Fellas being the one shaken down. I can't believe I allowed myself to be so intimated that I caved from the awful feeling of pressure and intimidation tactics. Makes me sick thinking about it. There were So many issues to list so I'll just say that imo run away and spend your hard earned money with another company that treats you as a valuable customer. read more

Carlos and Jose moved me from Brea to Santa Ana last week in UNDER 3 HOURS! It was absolutely amazing to have their help and expertise because I recently got injured and could not do any of the moving myself, even though my lease in Brea was ending. The called multiple times before they showed up on the day of and the days leading up to confirm the timing and location, and even though all of my packing was done unconventionally because of my inujury, they loaded my Brea apartment in 1 hour and unloaded it in Santa Ana in less than that time. They also made me feel incredibly safe and well-taken care of because they asked me questions and had a conversation with me. I booked Pro Movers a few weeks ago to help load a U-pack trailer for our cross country move. Initially the communication from the company was very prompt, and I was able to book two movers that were to show up at our home between 9-10 am. I even received a confirmation text two days before the scheduled move. Then the morning of, no one shows up by 10. I text Diego asking if they are on their way, and get no response. At 10:30 I call the company, and a guy tells me that the crew has already left Santa Ana and should be at my house in Huntington at any time. Then at 11 am I get a phone call from another number stating that the the crew that was scheduled for my move "did a move last night and got Covid and now can't do my move, but they are giving it top priority to find another crew". I call back at 12, in a decent panic, because we still haven't heard anything and our schedule for the day is completely going up in smoke. This time, the guy PROMISES me that he will get a crew out to me by 3, and to call him back in 30 minutes to confirm. At this point my trust in them is gone so I start calling other moving companies. I make one last call at 12:30 and the guy says he can't fully confirm that someone will come out, so if we have found another company to just use them. This was so unprofessional on so many levels. Why not just tell me at 9 am that no one will be coming out and to find someone else? I had booked childcare for that morning so our young kids wouldn't be underfoot, and we had to be out of our place by that evening. Moving is already stressful and this just took the cake. Luckily I was able to find another company that made it to my place by 3 and did an excellent job. read more
