Cameron and Charlie are lifesavers! We originally used a company through uhaul since we rented a uhaul truck, horrible experience. We had short notice that I was being transferred to a unit (Cal Fire) 12hrs north and had to start work in a week. We had it all planned out to get the truck loaded on a Thursday and arrive at our new house on a Friday, well the original movers had zero idea what they were doing. Three guys showed up late, smelled of weed, and were so slow I needed to pay for an extra hour (3 total). And at the end, they couldn't get all our stuff in the 20' truck! I had to rent a 26' truck and park both of them in a parking lot. My wife then called Pro Movers Inc and explained what was going on, they immediately sent Cameron and Charlie to our location. They moved everything from the 20' truck into the 26' truck, then followed us to our house to finish loading. They got it all done in an HOUR! And when they were done they said they could have made it all fit in the original 20' truck(just to show how incompetent the original uhaul movers were). Did I mention it was pouring rain non stop? (You know how stressful this can be when life throws you fun and unexpected things!) Diego did an excellent job with all the quote breakdown costs, and everything was explained well. I just love how organized everyone is here and you get your own personalized info page after your first call by which you can always check on your move status. On move-in day I got to meet Anthony and Darren, who handled my quick and seamless local move within OC! So, we moved on a Sunday morning and our movers Joe and Jesse were on time And ready to get to work right away. They were methodical and intentional with every aspect of the move. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business as they are unreliable. I called on Monday to request movers for Wednesday, and the gentleman I spoke to advised they would be available on Wednesday morning. About an hour later I received a follow up call from the dispatcher, who let me know they would not be available until the afternoon, and because my time frame was tight I agreed. Around 4 PM I began attempting to call the office. I called approximately 6 times between 4 and 5 PM and no one answered the phone. Finally, around 4:50, someone answered but did not appear to have any idea what was going on. Joe called me around 5 and let me know they would be another hour at least. I received no communication prior to this and Joes attitude was essentially "tough luck". I requested a call from a dispatch manager or office manager and as of now have not received one, and have had to adjust all of the vendors I had scheduled for tomorrow. This failed move has cost me time and money, and I wish that they had declined my request for service rather than attempting to overbook themselves, turn off their office phones and completely and utterly blow me off. This has put me in a huge pickle and I will absolutely not be using their services ever again and I strongly recommend you think twice before booking them - they may not show up or answer the phone. read more

So I am writing again because apparently the new managers have made a complaint with yelp that I "embellished" my experience. Asking to either remove it or edit it. I will not be bullied. You have no idea who you are dealing with. I explicitly wrote my review in detail so that others would be warned and for someone who is trying to get bad reviews removed who wasn't there when this happens to me is plain pathetic. I was contacted by police after this all happened and I filed a report and the men were arrested for doing the same thing to someone else. The lady who owned this business at the time stated that she would compensate me the expense of my move and I never heard back from her. I list valuable family jewels that belonged to my father who is long gone and things he gave my mother. I even gave those movers clothes and shoes that I was going to have to get rid of anyway and they took that. Which I did permit. Why steal from someone? I have already taken pics of my previous review and this review and hope that the bullying stops or I wills take further action. read more

BEWARE! STAY AWAY! These guys deserve 0 stars. I had an absolutely horrible experience with these "PRO" movers. Complete scammers. I had to pay $919.50 to move a 1 bedroom apartment (has large elevators)that took 2 guys 8 hours! That's after them giving me a "discount" (When I moved in, it took 2 guys 4 hours) I also already had all my stuff packed. All I needed was them to move my boxes plus 9 furniture items: 1 large wooden bed. "Pro" movers disassembled and assembled 1 TV "Pro" movers disassembled and assembled 3 tables. I disassembled and assembled myself cause these guys work too slow. 2 shelves to be disposed within my apartment complex 1 L couch 1 tv stand Out of the 2 items "Pro" movers disassembled and assembled for me, they have a 100% chance of breaking my furniture. My bed frame is crooked and not straight. You can see the slant in the beams. There are gaps in between where the wood should fit smoothly and nicely together. There are screw holes without screws in place. This bed was a nice and sturdy bed. Now it squeaks and the sturdiness is no longer there. The TV is even worse. "Pro" movers misplaced the screws for the TV stand. In a pathetic and weak attempt to try to hide this, they put the tv leg stands on with 1 undersized wrong screw (there are suppose to be 3)and leaned the TV against a drawer to make it appear like it was standing. The 65'' TV would have fallen flat onto the ground if I had not caught it in time. I got Brad and Brandon as my movers. Brandon is a good hard worker although not the most experienced. Brad, the driver and the one who seemed to be the in control, was just bad all around, from starting with "we appreciate tips", to missing for up to 40 mins during the move, but not uncommon for him to be gone 15-20 minutes regularly. I even overheard Brandon in the hallway ask Brad, "where the hell were you." I had assumed that Brad was moving and loading the things in the hallway and into the truck but when I stepped outside everything was still sitting there. I actually called "pro" movers the next day to give them a chance to fix the situation. They said they take these situations very seriously and they escalate this to manager level. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE LIES. Talked to someone in upper management but they were just as unprofessional. They actually requested that I called them in an hour or so because they were busy at the moment. When I did call, they never took down any information nor did they explain to me when it will be resolved. Was just told on the phone we will fix this today. Got a text at 5pm the same day saying "Ok. Looking to get this squared away." Since then I have heard nothing back from them. Honestly "pro" movers should be ashamed of yourselves and how you conduct business. Stay the hell away from this place. Brandon if you see this I suggest you get a new partner or manager, cause this Brad guy is dragging you down. Brandon you pretty much moved my 1 bedroom apartment by yourself.
