I will…read moredetail the experience: INITIAL CONTACT: We were looking to replace the carpet in our home with vinyl laminate flooring. We contacted 4 flooring installers for quotes. Marek was responsive to initial calls and quickly scheduled an appointment. He came to my home for the estimate, his knowledge about flooring and detailed conversation about the topic set him apart. He examined the carpet and thought he could feel uneven concrete, so he told me about it and possible remedies so I wasn't suprised once the carpet was removed. He provided an estimate promptly. He was straight forward and came across as honest and dependable. We had lower cost estimates from others, but went with Select Floors because of the interaction with Marek, we felt the job would be done right. He also gave me insights and where to purchase good quality flooring and specials companies were having. SCHEDULING: Marek was up front and detailed on how long the flooring would take. He told me what he had on the books already and gave me options for scheduling the work. We picked dates immediately and we were booked. Very smooth. He also picked up all the materials for me for a nominal fee. WORK DAYS: Marek arrived each day exactly on time or early with his son. His son is a hardworking, polite, nice, knowledgeable man. They make a great team. They removed the carpet; repaired/removed uneven leveling from the concrete and then leveled the floor; installed underlayment; and cut and installed the vinyl, T-molding and quarter round. Both Marek and his son did an OUTSTANDING job, they were efficient, professional, and did great work. They communicated with me along the way and answered questions. There were no surprises, Marek discussed price upfront and the pros/cons of each decision on the floor. The final job, which was suppose to take 5-6 days finished in 4 days because they worked hard every day 8-10 hrs/day and didn't even leave for lunch. Solid professionals! OUTCOME: Absolutely love the floors, the workmanship, and overall experience. I've done varying degrees of remodels in the past and this was one of the best experiences with a contractor. I would highly recommend Select Floors!

Chris is one of the kindest foremen I have ever met with a delightful skilled crew to match. We had a change of plans midway through a home remodel and were scrambling to find someone to take over the project, vinyl plank flooring through three bedrooms, two baths, living room and kitchen, seamless, no transitions and simple modern trim, install and paint. My goodness did Chris and crew pull through for us! He accommodated us by giving us a quote in the late evening that very same day. Working with us to accommodate our very tight schedule for completion, an uneven foundation between two rooms, and occasionally working around other vendors. Their prices are more than fair and worth every penny, we have zero regrets about hiring Satisfaction Flooring. We were also on site very frequently though the project, and always noted the Satisfaction Flooring crew's cleanliness and diligence to their work. I thought their re-use of an old cardboard box as a makeshift doormat was genius! The truly cared about taking care of our home and delivering a beautiful product. I must note that I'm writing this review four months out from moving back in and our floor is holding beautifully!

The only change made after his work was installing a standard shower door on a walk-in shower -- something any homeowner would reasonably need in order to actually use the shower. Expecting a family to shower without a door is unrealistic. A shower door is a simple surface-level addition and has no impact on plumbing, waterproofing, or the behind-the-wall work that later failed. Multiple professionals have since confirmed that the leak originated inside the wall, not from anything we installed afterward. I'm adding this update so future customers are not misinformed by the business owner's assumptions. My original concerns remain the same.
