I searched on Yelp, read the reviews and found this nail salon on a Sunday afternoon. And I am So Happy I did. This is what I call a "Bougie Salon" and I Love It! It brings out the Bougie in me! It's like how you feel when you go to France and speak to the natives in English, lol It was quiet, super clean and My Nails Look Flawless!! They are a bit more pricey by about $5-7 dollars more on services but the results made it worth it. I would have given 5 Stars but I took one off because Sara(h) wasn't the friendliest nail tech at all (she didn't offer suggestions on color, was somewhat short in conversation like she couldn't be bothered and didn't even look up to say thank you to accept my tip that I was handing her while she was doing someone else's nails which was somewhat rude). That part was too bad because I am an Excellent Tipper so she definitely lost points on the friendly customer service factor. But she knew what she was doing with my nails so I just put my headphones on and enjoyed my music to let her do her thing and I just zoned her out completely! All in all I will try this spot for a minute to determine their consistency and just remember to bring my headphones!

During my husband's pedicure, the technician was talking instead of paying attention and scrubbed his foot down to raw skin, causing an infection. The salon initially offered both of us complimentary manicures and pedicures and agreed to refund the service that caused his injury. When I later stopped in to use my complimentary service, they went back on their original offer and said it applied only to my husband. However, he is so stressed and shaken by what happened that he has been unable to get another pedicure. He asked me to use the complimentary service instead, but the salon refused. We have decided not to return. This business did not honor the resolution it offered after injury, and the lack of attention from its techs is a serious concern. What happened to us could happen to anyone.

There's no service that should be over 20 dollars for less than an hours worth of work. they didn't even do a spa pedicure .. just regular stuff. I've been coming to Elite Nails for over 5 years for these exact reasons. It's located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking in a lot. The salon is small and a little outdated. It could use a paint job and new flooring, but at least it's not unsanitary. There's around 6 pedicure chairs and 6 manicure stations. If you want a luxurious ambiance, this isn't the place for you. Their prices are very fair and lower compared to other salons in the area. I always get a gel manicure ($35) and regular pedicure ($23). There's plenty of nail colors and brands to choose from. Just a heads up, they don't do acrylics or very intricate designs. I always call to make my appointment and the owner, Joanna, is very accommodating. She's squeezed me in last minute with no issues. I don't recommend coming as a walk-in because they are usually booked. The best nail techs are Joanna and John. I usually go to John. He's gentle, has good attention to detail, and works efficiently. He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust! I'm not as picky with my toes, so I'm happy with any tech doing my pedicure. The ladies are really sweet and make my feet look ~pretty~ The quality of their nail products are great. My polish lasts for a looooooong time and doesn't chip or lift. They even have a rewards system. Gain points for every $ spent and you get free services. Looking forward to my next appointment!

After coming here since it opened in 2017, I have to change my rating…read more I get regular manicure/pedicure but the nail polish selection has been HORRIBLE for several years; they are old and gooey so I bring my own base coat, nail polish and top coat. Never got a discount for that, but to me it is worth not having the polish chip a day later. A few months ago I bought my husband a gift certificate and asked if it was more for a male and they told me $34. Today my husband used the GC and they asked for $3. After I asked why they told me it was $37. We went back and forth with you said, I said and they walked away from me twice. Finally they gave me back $3 and asked me not to return. Their service has been going downhill since they changed owner and apparently losing a longtime customer over $3 is how they do business. DO NOT recommend this place if you are looking for a good nail salon.

But first and foremost... my toes looked a mess. I mean a literal hot mess. I mean they were such a mess I had to stop myself from yelling "don't do it girl" to a woman walking over to the pedi chair. Also, this was the longest and I mean longest pedicure in history. And not a luxuriously long pedi. There was hardly any massage nor was there any leg mask or hot oil on my heels...it's just a gel pedicure... It was a long and tedious pedi that I could have done at home with similar results. It was not cheap. I was out of more than $50 by the time I walked out of this place... How'd I end up here? I had an event and they were the only place near me that's open on Sundays..... I could've kept my same gel pedi and saved myself time and money because it didn't look that bad... especially looking down at my toes right now. Oh and yes as noted in other reviews- the guy at the front was indeed extremely rude. Rude and abrasive even when we were just asking to look at the gel colors. They scrub with the correct tool to remove dead skin but they did it so lightly that it didn't work. Sorrow sorrow prayers for my toes... Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Seriously. PS This was a one star but bumped to two because they did actually have another nail tech finish and it ended up just a teensy bit better. So I ended up having to tip two people. The guy massaged and put lotion on one leg only -but by that time I was just so ready to leave I didn't care. I won't return. Not posting my struggle toes for all to see either! Just don't do it.
