It's the second time I've gone to this establishment and everyone is nice. I've gotten my pedicure done with Ena(Ina) two times and she has not disappointed me. First time I got a French manicure and was very pleased with how she took care of the thin line and pink transparency. When I walked in, staff was accommodating and the nail technician was very nice. Unfortunately, what I received wasn't close to what I asked for and paid $90 for the UV Gel set. Nasty nail technician. She did powder gel for 45$. She used the wrong color. The only way she offered to fix it was to put color on top that she said would look too thick. I gave the tips to the owner for both the manucure and pedicure techs through my debit card. I called to make sure one technician got the right amount. The woman who answered the phone was the woman who did my powder gel manicure; she kept asking what did I want in a very nasty tone and I told her I what I wanted to know and she wouldn't answer me and she speaks English. She did a terrible job and didn't offer to fix it while I was there. She was on the phone the whole time laughing while messing up my manicure. I will never return to this rude unprofessional business. read more

They do an excellent job with the nails. The staff is super friendly and nice, but they are struggling with the appointment schedule. There was not a one time I didn't have to wait for my appointment. The place can use some renovation. It's a little outdated. read more

I come to Nail Time about every 2 to 3 weeks. It's up the block and they do a good service, which are two good reasons to always come back. Yesterday I went in for a full service: gel manicure, regular pedicure, and eyebrows. I tried out getting a design. First time since I've been coming here. The original design I wanted (found on Pinterest) the nail tech couldn't do and surprising none of the other nail tech could do it either. That was disappointing. So the nail tech did a more simple design with the colors i wanted (purple and blue). See picture. It came out nice and I like it. Cute and simple. My only issue was that the nail tech only wanted me get one design on each hand, which I had to "fight" her and say no do the entire hand. That was annoying because I had to repeat what I wanted several times. read more

This is my favorite nail salon!! I've been going here for years. I moved to Hawaii in 2009, and every time I come back to visit I stop here to get my nails and toes done. The customer service is exceptional. If you want to get your nails done (gel or powder gel go to Angie she is my fave!! They have different pedicures besides regular. You can get a crystal, time spa, or a dream spa pedi. They are all awesome! I love the Crystal and the dream spa. They use a nice exfoliant and clay mud with an extra massage. The prices are reasonably as well. Angie also does great waxing. Sonny the owner is very friendly and always gives his customers a massage while you are in the chair getting your nails done. He also provides bottled water to customers. It is very clean and the staff are all friendly and provide great customer service. They have a private parking lot that is convenient to the location and they are located right next to the Bagel barn. Check them out!! read more

I usually go to a nail salon in Elmwood Park but I decided to go somewhere close to home because all I needed was a color change and my sister needed a refill. But I wish I took the drive to elmwood park because this was the worst experience ever. They charged my sister 45 for a refill and when I asked them why because the price that they had up says 26 they started making up random reasons that made no sense because she got a basic nail set . The first thing I love about this place is how clean and affordable it is - hard to find a place like that around this area, IMO. My usual is gel mani and eyebrows with Angie - I don't ask for anyone else! She is so sweet and attentive, but most of all, she does a great job. I can in for a regular pedicure and Manicure so Sunny directed me to Amanda for the Pedicure smh HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! She came in on the phone, never greeted me or anything and the whole time she's on the phone... She starts cleaning my nail and basically tried to pry my big toenail off I said ouch that hurts... she never apologizes just continues her conversation on the phone, paying me no mind... I drive 25 minutes for their pedicures. They do a great job, I feel very comfortable with the way they clean in between clients.

This place is absolutely disgusting. They need to gut the place and start over. It is very dirty in there. The I feel so bad for the women that work there, because they are over worked. They don't get to eat lunch. The owner that runs the place is so rude to his employees and the customers. He yells across the room and has no respect or regard for anyone. I had an appointment and still had to wait a 1/2 hour- that is crazy! The manicures are mediocre at best, I got a gel manicure and the woman did not even paint my entire nail. Each nail had missing nail polish. Probably because she was being screamed at to rush. So frustrating. Don't even get me started on the pedicure. The worst pedicure of my life. I rather pay double for everything and have a decent mani and pedi. There are other places close by that are far better and clean. read more

Had an appointment at 6:30 they told me i need to wait 15 minutes which was fine with me and then half an hour later they tell me now is my turn which was already late cause my friend was almost done with her nails. so i didnt end up doing my nails and they didnt even appologize. horrible customer service. do not go there. read more

I wish the salon were a little cleaner because I love coming here, the staff is very good at what they do and the products are high quality. My pedicures last about a month before fading (no seriously, at week three my friend asked if I just got my toes done) and the manicure lasted 2 weeks before its first chip. It's $25 for a mani pedi which is a great price, I've also always come in as a walk in and even when they're busy I can be seen within a 10min wait. If they re-did the salon and were better with the upkeep I'd rate it a 5 star nail salon. read more

Have been coming to nail time for years! Best service for your money! They are very clean and all the ladies are very nice. Nail time is the only place I trust for pedicures. They always make time to take you. The best part of it all while your nails are being done the owner gives you a little massage! The gel manicures last and the European gels are a little more expensive but if you tend to break your nails this is the best option! I tried to treat myself to a pedicure since with 2 young children I never get to do this. I usually go a couple times a year in my own town. The kids were w my parents in LF and I never went to this salon before. The girl that did my pedicure used some sharp metal pencil tool and kept scraping my nail over and over and finally hurt me bad- I yelled ouch! and told her to just stop and leave it. She looked annoyed that I got hurt and just turned her head - no apology:( I was shocked. As I was leaving I considered the tip situation and I hate leaving no tip - so I decided to leave a 20% tip as I do for most services. Yes I know- I learned my lesson now... That night my toe was really hurting and got worse by morning. The whole toe swelled up and turned red- it was infected and beat up. I called the owner the next day and told him the story - unfortunately I didn't know her name- he said he would try to find out and said he didn't want anyone like that to chase his customers away. I don't live in this town so I don't know if she still works there, but I would never go back (and he offered me a free pedicure) but no thank u! I was going to put a photo of my toe but I figured I'd spare you that site. After a week, my toe is better. But it hurt when walking that whole week. So much for my relaxing time to myself... my advice is to choose another salon. read more
