A year later I find an AVG Security alert preventing me from accessing my e-mail. After spending several hours rebooting, calling Dell Premium Service and contacting my e-mail provider, I was at wit's end. I texted Jeff having saved his phone number for just such an occasion. Jeff called me about an hour after my text. He had me let him remote into my computer screen to see the problem. After a few key strokes he removed the offending security alert and I was back in business. Mind you I never met Jeff, he did all of this remotely. And bear in mind too, we never talked the cost of the service. He asked if I had an app called Zelle? I didn't but agreed to install it which allowed me to pay Jeff's fee (which I thought was surprisingly low) via the app. No muss, no fuss. A great way to get minor problems fixed expeditiously.
