It took over 15 minutes just to receive a scoop of non-alcoholic ice cream. I also purchased a scoop for my daughter, but the wait and, more importantly, the poor customer service made the experience unpleasant. A simple ice cream purchase should not turn into such a frustrating experience. Customer service matters, regardless of how small the order may be. I expected a much better experience, but unfortunately, I left disappointed. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve better service.

She directed us to sit on the sofas in the back. After brunch, I did my usual payment and due diligence of making my own copy of the receipt. My credit card statement was posted and I noticed a big discrepancy. I was charged almost $10 more than what I agreed to pay. I contacted the cafe and was directed to the manager, Colt, who said he would look into it. I sent him an email with the information and picture of my receipt. I haven't received a response or an indication that they will be correcting the discrepancy and they will be discussing this with the server who generously tipped themselves extra. I'm sad to say I don't recommend this place due to the unfriendly atmosphere and the shady financial practices of their staff.
