Don't do take out! The pizza gets extremely soggy to the point where it rips when you pick it up. But if you choose to eat there, seating is limited to 2 tables, 4 chairs each. There's a center courtyard with more in-n-out style outdoor tables but shade is limited depending on the where the sun's positioned. Pick up experience was long. I was told it'll take 25 min after ordering but it took 40min.

Excellent Pizza place in Brea. I'd been meaning to try Prime Pizza for quite some time and it was worth the wait! Really good pizza and garlic knots! I ordered take out and the turnaround was very quick and the pozza was still hot when I got it home. Definite thumbs up for Prime Pizza!

First time trying Prime Pizza out as it was recommended by a friend and seeing reviews it seemed very worthwhile to try. This location is a bit small, there is no indoor seating, only outdoor seating available. However, when you walk in, you can tell that this place is serious about pizza. You have several trays of pizza by the slice right in your face the moment you walk in. You have New York Style slices and square slices to pick from immediately that they will reheat in the over for you. Or you can order a full pie from the get go. We opted to get three slices: BBQ Chicken, White, and Vodka. Of the three, BBQ chicken was my favorite - the most flavor and the most feeling of a bang for your buck. The Vodka was also good. The white was okay (I probably wouldn't get this one again). The workers here were great they. Super helpful and talkative. They shared a lot, like the fact that the crust is actually sourdough. Definitely worth a quick visit if you want Pizza.

NY pizza is best enjoyed hot, crispy and eaten ASAP. There's plenty of seating in the outdoor courtyard area and our family enjoyed our quick lunch

Four adults decide to try Prime pizza at Brea. The pizza shop is small, New York style, and welcoming. Basically all of us pick lunch special, but upgrading to pizza of our choice. For example, I have one Sicilian pizza for under a dollar more. Pizzas are thin, crispy and yummy. However one of my slice is kind of burned. Service is friendly as you can choose to order to go or wait outside and they bring the pizzas to you - which we did. It's a good pizza parlor if you are looking for good thin New York style pizza.

We arrived on a Friday night and there was a line, but it moved fast. Ordered pizza slices of: -Vodka (5/5) -White (5/5) -Cheese (4/5) -Sicilian square (4/5) All the slices had a crispy undercarriage with no flop. Ingredients were high quality. Favorite was the white pizza!! It's now one of my top 3 favorite white pizzas. Good amount of sauce & cheese because places usually skimp out on it which makes the slice dry. Also got the Caesar salad (5/5). Crisp, fresh greens, a good portion for 2 to share, and a yummy caesar dressing to drizzle. Love the late night vibe this place brings because customers are all sitting outside since there's no seating inside. Just wish the surrounding buildings in this lot had some night life or other eateries!! Maybe one day..

Was craving pizza for lunch so decided to give Prime Pizza a try. The store is nice, new and beautiful and they offer a lunch special - which I thought was a win, win. But reality is you get over cooked pizza. For starters, the store wasn't crowded, but people were waiting because one person needed to sign in and the other guy standing around said he can't clock in yet so can't take my order. I honestly don't get why he was standing by an iPad to take orders if that was the case. Someone else ended up taking my order and before I could make a receipt selection the kid who told me he couldn't take my order starts clocking in takes over the screen so I can't get a receipt or register for an account. He later had to go back to my transaction so I could get both. Now the pizza.. just my luck the kid standing around ends up reheating the pizza slices I ordered. But instead of reheating pizzas in sequence the orders came in, he took the order after mine and reheated their pizza first. The only problem is I didn't want a corner slice, but the person who ordered after me got the middle slice, so I was told my only option was a corner. When I got home to eat my pizza, I was super disappointed. If you look at the picture, you can tell my pizza was way over baked. It wasn't exactly warm either. I tasted burnt bits and this maybe my worst pizza experience ever. There's a place in Costa Mesa called Sugo that has a similar concept, but they've mastered their process and their pizza is amazing! Prime Pizza can probably learn something from a place like that because what I ordered was a super disappointment. The normal round cut was overcooked and dry - and the square pizza - it was overcooked on the sides, but the middle wasn't so bad.

We came for their grand opening and had a wonderful experience. We waited about 45 minutes to get in, but once indoors, we were greeted by the friendly staff and our order was ready in less than 10 minutes. We grabbed individual slices, and were able to try a combination of their thin crust, as well as their square pies. Their thin crust pizza held up well and could easily be folded. It was good, but my favorite was definitely their spicy pepperoni square pies along with the Sicilian. The crust was crispy and the pizza had great flavor and texture. Definitely will be back to try more flavors! Parking is decent and we didn't have any issues finding a spot.

So here is my take on the new pizza shop in Brea...Prime Pizza delivers a classic New York-style experience, especially when the pizza is fresh out of the oven. The thin, crispy crust is perfect, and the slices are impressively large. They also have proper ovens for reheating slices, which is a big plus if you're grabbing pizza by the slice. I had a pepperoni slice and we also ordered a full pepperoni pie. Both were quite good when warm. Once the pepperoni pizza cooled down, though, the cheese became a little plastic-like and lost some of its flavor. They're also fairly frugal with the pepperoni, which ends up putting the spotlight onto the cheese. Overall it was a good experience. I enjoy my New York-style pizza, but I probably won't drive 15 miles just to grab a slice. Service was faster than they quoted. The space inside is standing only. Not much space to order really. The surprise standout was the garlic knots--they were really tasty, and honestly, I would drive a bit out of my way for those alone. All in all: decent pizza, great garlic knots, good stop if you're nearby--but not quite my pizza.

No organized line and it took forever.
    John M.

Waited 2 hours and the line devolved into complete chaos. I only got my pizza just as I was asking for a refund. I didn't trust they would process it, the haphazard way they were calling out orders randomly and holding a bunch of orders in the back. No organization. You can't do this to pizza. New York slices has to be fast. They also should have started handing out freebies or coupons. It was a real waste of a Friday night when you're trying to get something quick.

Prime Pizza in Brea exceeded our expectations! The pizza was absolutely delicious and had that fresh, homemade taste that is hard to find. Usually when we order pizza, we always end up with leftovers, but this time every slice disappeared, and we were actually wishing there was more! They also offer a great variety of pizzas, so there's something for everyone. A special thank you to Billie for giving us the opportunity to try Prime Pizza. We truly enjoyed the experience and will definitely be coming back. If you're looking for high-quality, flavorful pizza, I highly recommend giving Prime Pizza a try!

Best pizza I've ever had in my life. Easily 5 stars and the staff was super friendly & nice and the vibes were immaculate

Apparently everyone knows about Prime Pizza except me lol. This new location is close to home, and we were in a pizza kinda mood, so I decided to check it out. Inside it's small, and it's more of a take out or order ahead type of place. There are a few tables and chairs outside if you do wanna eat there. I ordered ahead and had to wait a few minutes which was fine with me. However, their line and pick up system is a little chaotic and they had people coming in and heading straight to the counter for pick ups while the rest of us were waiting in line. Customer service was friendly overall. The pizza itself is good, but honestly it isn't going to replace my go to spot in La Habra (Blackjack). It's a bit greasy and didn't really pack a flavor punch.

I tried Tony's Little Italy Pizza in Placentia for the first time and I can attest that THIS IS IN NO-WAY AN "AUTHENTIC CHICAGO DEEP DISH PIZZA" as advertised. It's not even close. I can't fault the enthusiasm of family frontmen like Taylor or his Uncle, Tony, for their contagious enthusiasm for their product, but all other comparisons end there. I lived in Chicago for more than a decade working for Leo Burnett Advertising/Chicago where the real Chicago deep dish pizza's, the standards by which you would judge "authentic," are Giordano's, Gino's East, Pizzaria Uno, and Lou Malnati's (a distant 4th in the rankings). These pizzas are HEAVY with quality ingredients and though deep dish, the crust is something that never gets in the way. In TRUE CHICAGO DEEP DISH PIZZA ingredients are 90% of the pizza, the crust 10% or less. The opposite is the case at Tony's where they make pizza's that are ALL dough and FEW ingredients. Tony's Little Italy Pizza offers a poor rendition of true Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. I ordered a 12" sausage, spinach, and mushroom - the exact same pizza I'd order at Giordano's, Gino's East, Pizzaria UNO, or Lou Malnati's countless times. What I got was a pizza that is 90% tasteless dried bread called a crust and a few tablespoons of ingredients (sausage, spinach, mushrooms) disguised under a heavy tomato sauce. In many places the unappetizing crust extended all the way to the surface hidden only by the tomato sauce topping on my pizza. Looks good but the deception ends there. I got almost no cheese, few mushrooms, skimpy sausage, and miserly spinach. This may be what one call's Chicago STYLE (and that's what Tony's should call it) pizza out here on the west coast, but this pizza definitely would not carry its own weight in Chicago. If you've eaten Chicago Deep Dish Pizza in Chicago where I've been you will easily be able to relate to everything I am saying. If you've never had a real Chicago Deep Dish Pizza then be forewarned. This isn't the real deal. It's what Little Caesar's would do if they tried to sell Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. All dough, no substance. As Scotty said in Star Trek TOS, " Fool me once-shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." We won't be going back. Appearances are deceiving!

The wings were very meaty, so much chicken compared to almost any other wing supplier out there. Overall delicious, this is the feedback I am getting from those who had some.. The cheese sticks were a solid choice for those looking to warm up to the monster pizza. The marinara dipping sauce was oddly thick and we had to scoop more than dip. The mountain pizza was decent, I personally loved the cheese and crispy crust. It is drenched in oil, not appealing but comes with the understanding of what we ordered. Soaking the obvious up with napkins can save your body a little drama. Decent indoor seating, but what sold me is the outside seating. Very roomy, tons of 4 person table/chair set ups. Tables are anchored into the ground so they cannot be moved. The little water fountain play spot and small grass areas give some run around fun for kids... My sister originally chose Terra because she saw a picture of one of their salads with salmon and knew immediately that was what she wanted. We had no idea we were about to discover a new favorite restaurant. 10/10 -- I've already bookmarked Terra because I will absolutely be back. When we arrived, we told our server we had never been there before and asked what she recommended. Her descriptions of the food were fantastic, and she steered us toward the wood-grilled peaches with burrata and arugula. Oh. My. Goodness. Absolutely delicious! The grilled peaches, creamy burrata and arugula were such a wonderful combination. Then the salad came out, with salmon added. I took my first bite and was literally speechless. It was an explosion of flavor -- the avocado, salmon, sesame dressing and everything else going on in that salad just worked. The salmon costs extra, but it was absolutely worth it. The peach dish and the salad were completely different flavor experiences, and honestly I would happily order both of them again. We were talking about how we were gonna come back and try to resist ordering the same thing over again, but that will be a challenge. Of course, we were at a wood-fired pizza restaurant, so we HAD to try the pizza. We ordered half-and-half. One side was the fingerling potato pizza, especially after our server told us the story about the owner's daughter wanting fingerling potatoes on her pizza and how that helped inspire the restaurant. Obviously, after hearing that story, we had to try the pizza that started it all! And it did not disappoint. I can definitely see myself ordering that again. The other half was the salami pizza with the honey drizzle. It was supposed to have some heat -- my sister could taste it, although I couldn't -- and the honey made it a really interesting combination. Not something I would normally think to order, but definitely worth trying. I also ordered the citrus agave, thinking it was basically a fancy name for lemonade. It wasn't! Lemon, orange and lime made it much more interesting, with just a slight bitterness from the citrus that balanced the sweetness. Delicious and different. We sat upstairs, where there was a wonderful breeze coming through on a summer evening. The whole atmosphere was charming and relaxed, the service was excellent, and the food was memorable. The biggest surprise? Terra is right near my office, and I never knew it was there. Definitely a 10/10. I came because of a recommendation, and now I'm recommending it to everyone else.
