I contacted them to let them know that I no longer need the service and finally resolution was made. When a client pays for a good or service, the intention is that the goods or service shall be up to par or the vendor will honor the warranty respectfully. I have not experienced that with this company, but I do hope that they make good on their commitment eventually. I literally had to call and text without response for a week without a dedicated day or time being honored per my warranty agreement (although having a rep tell me that he could do this). My issue still exists and my money has already been spent, but somehow I have not received adequate service or response from my exterminator since the cashing of my check. Based upon my experience, I would not recommend using this service because of commitment flaws. read more

Professional and great service. I called on a Friday evening and Kofi Justice came out and serviced my condo for mice. After inspection he was able to identify where it was able to access my kitchen. He set traps and bait and I was so thankful as I am terrified of mice. He also returned to follow up and was able to further access the situation. When I called the manager to ask what the policy was on no call/ no shows I never received a call back. Primax did a great job helping me with a mouse problem. Their technicians were professional, thorough and courteous. I needed one additional follow up visit which they did free of charge to finish the job. They do the right level of intervention to address the problem without upselling you on a a solution you don't need. My only nitpick is that it can be hard to get an appointment sent up and confirmed. I let them know that and I think they ll work to fix it. Otherwise they are great. Anyone living in the City will need an exterminator at some Point and these guys will get the job done. read more

Koti and his associates are highly professional and effective at dealing with our problems in our new home, both bed bugs and mice. Yuk! This was the worst experience I ever had in my life for pest control. We had a mice problem and needed help. They sent a young man who didn't know anything about pest control. He put huge (dollar store) sticky traps with peanut butter on them all over our house and charged me $189.00. I could have done this myself for that price and built small cabins for the mice. This didn't help us at all and they had the nerve to call us again to see if we needed further assistance. I had to call them numerous times and ask them not to call again. Of course they called again the following month! It was a very expensive and horrible experience. read more

Kofi is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his trade. I've never had to deal with mice before so I was of course overwhelmed with anxiety. Unlike the other services on yelp, he was able to come out almost immediately. His rate is very reasonable and fair. Other places wanted to lock me into a contract with autopay and cancellation fees. They also included services that I didn't need. He came, did a complete inspection which included pulling out appliances to find and solve the problem at its source, which based on talking with others with mice infestations, other companies do not. He uses multiple layers of solutions of to put an end to the mice so I don't have to callback. His work is thorough and includes followup. Kofi's service is fantastic and I would recommend him over any other pest control professional 1000 times over!! read more

I called Primaxpest at 7am on a Wed morning, and they arrived 1.5 hours later. I had seen a rat in our bedroom at around 5am that morning - totally terrifying. Angelo put down traps and searched our house thoroughly for potential points of entry/signs of vermin. When one of the traps caught a rat two days later, Angelo immediately came to pick up its body - and it was the day after Thanksgiving (normally a holiday for most places - so pretty darn awesome). They will be back tomorrow to put in a bait box for our crawl space (they had to order it), so hopefully we will be rat free shortly. Also, they are referring us to a contractor/handyman that can go in under our crawl space and do some sealing as well as cement a large potential vermin entryway area, so that we don't have this happen again. I can't comment on Primax's actual ability at killing any sort of pests - that would have required them showing up to the scheduled appointment (which I had an email confirmation for). To make matters worse, when we called to find out where they were, it turns out you can't actually talk to the people who can help you. You can only talk to the schedulers who then have to pass the message along to some unknown people. After calling three times and never getting any answers I was assured I would get a call back very soon. Five hours later (after I had left work for the day) I got a voicemail. Our appointment was initially scheduled for a Friday; the following Monday I got a call telling me a technician was on their way for our appointment. Um, no. The whole experience with Primax was painful and annoying. Luckily our pest problem took care of itself and we don't need their services anymore. If anything comes back, we will be looking elsewhere. read more
