He wanted me to take 3 months of service on them, so they can show us it works, and if it doesn't, then they'd let us cancel. When I declined that, he said something to the effect of "well, you know how this is going to go..." meaning we would be charged a cancellation fee.

I insisted that someone call me back before end of day and the agent (Ann) sheepishly assured me someone would call me back. Nine hours later, I've heard nothing from Front Line. Seems to me they are trying to make cancellation of service incredibly inconvenient for its customers such that we may give up and suffer the service another month, or two, or three. Notably, I could not cancel on-line. They make you wait on hold only to be told an "account manager" is not available. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Find a local option that will be accountable to you.
