As a result I called Front Line earlier today to cancel and after sitting on hold for 20 minutes, I was told that no "account manager" was available to speak with me (apparently only "account managers are able to cancel or terminate an account) ... but that one would call me back. I insisted that someone call me back before end of day and the agent (Ann) sheepishly assured me someone would call me back. Nine hours later, I've heard nothing from Front Line. Seems to me they are trying to make cancellation of service incredibly inconvenient for its customers such that we may give up and suffer the service another month, or two, or three. Notably, I could not cancel on-line. They make you wait on hold only to be told an "account manager" is not available. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Find a local option that will be accountable to you.

Never trust a business who will take you money, make errors and lack flexibility to self correct errors. Never again because the monthly cost is actually too much for a service that's every other month and you MISS some months. Not the first time this has happened which means this is a habit.
