Never trust a business who will take you money, make errors and lack flexibility to self correct errors. Never again because the monthly cost is actually too much for a service that's every other month and you MISS some months. Not the first time this has happened which means this is a habit.

When I called and explained the issue and where I was located he said I doubt it's wildlife cause you aren't near any tall trees or power poles that would enable access. Well huh, someone actually knowledgeable. He came out and inspected from top to bottom and found evidence of mice. Took pics to show me. He came up with a plan of attack and over the last couple of months he caught a couple and eradicated the others. Now I hear nothing and he was reasonably priced. Unless Mr. Harris plans on giving me a refund for the maintenance plan, I have nothing to say to him. After the fact he says he "ALWAYS strives for excellence"...two words - bovine defecation.
