Update 24 Dec 2020…read more If you want a good company, go with First Gen Pest Solutions. First Gen Pest Solutions was awesome. When I called and explained the issue and where I was located he said I doubt it's wildlife cause you aren't near any tall trees or power poles that would enable access. Well huh, someone actually knowledgeable. He came out and inspected from top to bottom and found evidence of mice. Took pics to show me. He came up with a plan of attack and over the last couple of months he caught a couple and eradicated the others. Now I hear nothing and he was reasonably priced. Unless Mr. Harris plans on giving me a refund for the maintenance plan, I have nothing to say to him. After the fact he says he "ALWAYS strives for excellence"...two words - bovine defecation. He was adamant about not even inspecting the space. If you have to force someone to do their job, where's the EXCELLENCE? I wasn't going to argue with him which is where the convo was going. First Gen found evidence right on the ledge of the attic door so if Harris had come out and looked he wouldn't have needed to even go up in the attic.

I live in an old historical part of Baltimore and came home to the lovely surprise of a thick swarm of flying ant-like insects all over the property. They were congregating around the old wood piles, so I was certain they were eating it and called up in a panic. (I had never dealt with a pest issue before and I was terrified at the thought of something possibly eating my recent purchase). So I called and he asked me to text him a few pictures. Turns out it was just citronella ants. (Generally harmless and definitely don't eat wood.) He could have easily taken me for a ride in my naivety, but he didn't. I'll take expertise, honesty, and integrity in a heartbeat. I'll also have him first in my recommendation list for others or in case I have an actual problem in the future.
