Our serviceman today was Rico! He arrived early this morning, and did Great work eliminating ants that invaded our guestroom the day before! He was very friendly, attentive and professional throughout. Rico inspected and sprayed the entire perimeter of our house, as well as additional spot spraying, and hand applications of ant bait. He also treated the interior of the invaded guestroom (He put on shoe covers) with a new, safer, indoor spray. Rico also gave me 5 bait stations to use in the event the ants returned (Highly Unlikely in my opinion!). I am 100%, completely satisfied with Rico's thorough work! Thanks again Rico and Preventive Pest Control Office Staff! We have been customers of Preventive Pest Control (N. Shepard) for 10+ yrs! Before using them we had frequent ant incursions into our home/kitchen during ALL seasons of the year, especially early spring and the Blistering summers! Thanks to Preventive... this is no longer the case 99.99% of the time, and it's so rare we don't buy Bug spray anymore! An Excellent Company in my opinion. Office staff are schedulers, dispatchers so if you have specific pest related questions, and require technical info. just ask for a manager, or if a field staffer is available to speak with you. read more

My father signed up with this company a number of years ago. Through his continued bimonthly plan, spiders and ants are a thing of the past! Also safe for pets and having little kids around. Recently we moved in our first home and had weekly ant invasions for two months in the house and infestations throughout the yards. It eventually became a nightmare after I treated my lawn 3x, and went through a few insecticides sprays which did no good. We were losing the battle and stressing over it daily. So we decided to setup our own services. Mr. Michael came to the rescue. He was very professional in accepting any questions, took his time around the house and even debriefed us in what he did by showing us and discussing follow ups if a problem arises in between services. No joke when I saw, after one treatment and 3 gel bait setups, 90% of the ants and spiders were gone. Do yourself a favor and leave it to the professionals. Safe, fast and works. Thank you Preventive for coming through. Now we can sleep and not worry about the battle. read more

I have used this pest control company for over 10 years, but now the owner Stu and their manager Jesse has decided to start charging me for services that were never performed at my house. All of a sudden I started getting extra bills for services that never happened, and then they started calling me to demand payment for these extra services that never happened. This company must be hurting for money and business, because the owner and their manager have added false services to my bills to make extra money on pest control services they never performed. I would not use this very dishonest company, as you will get scammed by their owner Stu and their Manager Jesse, and you will be charged for services that they never show up to your house actually do. After doing business with them for over 10 years they have recently turned into a horrible and very dishonest company. I don't want anyone to be treated as bad as they are treating my family, so I am warning everyone of their very dishonest business practices. read more

I started using Preventive Pest Control to get rid of spiders and ants. After three or four treatments, I found that Preventive's once-every-three-months service was adequate to keep these two pests away. Their technicians were professional, reliable, and efficient. Over the years, in addition to the spiders and ants, I have used Preventive to rid my home of dry-wood termites and subterranean termites. I especially liked the way they handled my subterranean termite issue. Their two technicians impressed me. The anti-termite barrier they established around my home has kept the bugs away for four years now. Hopefully, it will keep working for years to come. I am not a trusting person - particularly when it comes to people and companies offering services, but Preventive Pest Control has earned my trust. I have recommended them to others, and will continue to do so. I even occasionally wear their black-widow T-shirt. read more

Preventive Pest Control did a great job getting rid of the wasp nests which were high up under the eaves of my two-story house. I sent them a text at night and they responded by 7:30 AM the next morning. They were very patient and answered all of my questions and gave me a very reasonable quote which was less than half of what another exterminator told me it would cost. The appointment was scheduled for the following day between 1-4 PM. Kang arrived at around 1:10. He was very nice, polite, professional, wore a mask, maintained distance, and took care of my wasp nests. I highly recommend Preventive Pest Control. read more

This company is really professional and the people they send out is always very thorough, respective, and knows how to treat my roaches, spiders, and rug beetle problems. They always call a few days ahead of time to confirm with me when the people are going to show up. The best terminator they have is Rico...he always does a thorough job for both inside and outside. I used them years ago and my other place was pest free when I had them signed up for regular service. I found these guys again when I moved to my new place and it has been a good decision to have them protect my home again. read more

We've had both our house, and a family members house serviced by James multiple times now. He is seriously the friendliest tech we've ever had come out (been using preventative for years). He sprays and treats whatever we ask him and never has a sour attitude about it. Also, he is willing to answer question about anything you ask and NEVER rushes the job. We've had multiple younger guys come in before who just spray the perimeter and leave within 5 minutes. James takes his time and sprays the little things that we ask him too...like patio furniture, our balcony, outdoor light fixtures, etc. read more

I have been using Preventive Pest Control for a year and have been very happy with the results! I recommend asking for Tony Alfano. When signing up he explained everything and took his time to make sure I understood how it all worked. I was left assured nothing used would be harmful to my children or animals. After meeting with him and having the first treatment I felt comfortable with him and other employees from the company coming to do treatments while I was not at home. Every time I have called the receptionist Teresa has been very nice, helpful and answered all my questions. read more

Freddy did our initial inspection. He was on time, polite and efficient. He listened, then did a through inspection. Upon agreeing to the estimate Freddy set some traps. Success!! A rat was caught that very night. Freddy was unable to retrieve the trap because he was on another service call, but John came within 15 minutes to handle the issue. They were both very professional and I like the teamwork philosophy that was implemented. I would definitely recommend Preventive Pest Control. read more

I have used Preventative for a long time now. I recently contacted them to service my second property because I trust them on doing the best job possible. I met Kyle the service technician at the property and he explained in full detail what services were needed to eliminate the issues. Kyle was very informative and a great person. I signed up for monthly services because I know that Kyle will take good care of the property and knows what to look for. Thank you Kyle and Preventative. read more

We have been a customer of PPC for less than a year, but are extremely satisfied with the service we receive. Over the years we have lived in Corona, we have tried many different companies and were never satisfied with their work, always left a mess. Our service provider is, James. He is the best!!! Always goes above & beyond to keep the pests away. Great personality & very friendly, works fast & efficiently. Good company and a great employee Jack S. read more

Our tech, James is awesome!!! He does such a great job that I've requested only him to come out. He's takes his time and ensures that the job is done right. Most of the other (younger) techs believe in quantity over quality but not James. He will go above and beyond because he actually cares about his work and workmanship. I've considered moving to a different company but now that James has been out, there's no turning away from Preventive. read more

Very professional, they only told us to service what was needed and that exact service took care of our pest problems. They actually sprayed chemicals that took care of pests and we noticed lot less of those pest and after the 2nd service we requested, we have not seen the little fuckers since. We have used lloyd before which did not take care of the problem but whatever these guys used, it just works! read more

Service technician, John Mejia, is ontime, knowledgeable and thorough. He pointed out that an attic vent screen needs to be replaced to prevent rodents from getting into my home and informed me of new services the company offers like Mosquito bug traps that can be laid out a round my backyard pergola. I recommend the company and especially the technician. read more
