Pretty simple counter top and backsplash replacement and cabinet painting around some kitchen sink and electrical device replacements that I provided. They sent in some sub contractors to deal with removal and backsplash. They screwed that up and broke the glass cooktop because they used the wrong tools to separate and remove the unit. Then I ordered a new one from my vendor. They failed to make the new opening correct though to allow for the pop up vent and cooktop to fit. Office staff through this whole process was clueless and left the client waiting..... for call backs and solutions for more than a month without being able to cook?!! They even cut off the power to the wall I ovens which were not even part of the project?! This owner had to camp cook in their kitchen for more than a month. Meanwhile the sub screwed up the backsplash that didn't allow for new devices and cover plates to fit in the openings. This was a mess. I finally had to go through the corporate chain up into Ontario Canada with people who didn't know and care to find a solution to very simple projects. They didn't seem to have a way to peel off their experienced crew from new scheduled jobs to solve a job they screwed up multiple ways the first time and kept this nice lady just waiting around until I had to get firm with them. They should be ashamed at their awful customer service!!

I worked with Tomas a handful of years ago when he did our granite counters and island for a…read morekitchen. The quality of his workmanship wasn't so much the issue- but his attention to detail during the templating process. We chose two granite slabs for a large project which involved a 9 foot island and smaller project for another home. One of the slabs had a river of quartz running through the middle and was templated to be the center focal point of the island. When installation day came, we were surprised to find that the island had no quartz running through the center. We couldn't figure out what went wrong. When the second granite countertop was delivered to our daughter's home for install- there it was. The quartz was placed in front of the kitchen sink. This mistake really showed a lack of caring for customer wishes and a template appointment that was a waste of time. Pretty disappointing. Seams weren't that inconspicuous- I've since had other stone projects with smaller seams.

I contacted Atlantic Tile and Granite for a countertop project and received an initial estimate…read morefrom Tom St. Clair. Before moving forward, I asked several reasonable clarification questions about what was included in the quote, such as removal/disposal, templating, fabrication, delivery, plumbing or appliance reconnection, timeline, etc which was unclear in the quote. Instead of answering those questions, Tom responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way, asking whether I had read the estimate or looked at their website, and saying I could call him if I was "serious about doing business" with them. As a customer, I believe it is completely normal to ask detailed questions before hiring a contractor, especially for a home project involving cost, materials, and installation details. The lack of clear answers and the tone of the response made me lose confidence in moving forward with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you expect clear communication and respectful customer service.

I hired Imperial Remodels to build a single-car garage on my property, replacing an existing concrete pad. The project was contracted to start on March 1, 2024, and finish by April 1, 2024, for $21,000. I paid a $10,000 cash deposit on March 13, 2024, but the contractor did not provide a receipt for the cash deposit. After signing the contract and accepting my deposit, the contractor told me someone would begin removing the concrete pad within about a week. Shortly after, someone arrived with an excavator, destroyed, and removed the concrete pad. They left behind an uneven dirt surface, which has created a serious safety hazard for me. Due to mobility issues, I now struggle to safely get in and out of my car. Despite repeated attempts to contact the contractor to discuss next steps and complete the work, he has ignored all my calls and messages. On one occasion, he agreed to visit my property to discuss the project but canceled the meeting and never followed up. My daughter attempted to help me by posting a review on their business page to warn others. In response, the business owner finally reached out, acknowledged their wrongdoing, and agreed to reimburse me the full deposit plus interest. However, they got Yelp to remove my daughter's post and are unreachable again. They have still not provided any reimbursement for the lost money or the destruction of my property. I was primarily in contact with Mike Isak (206-909-8125), but his colleague, Karina Momotyuk, was also involved. Another phone number associated with them is (253-409-6956). As a result, I am out my $10,000 deposit, unable to safely park my car, and left with no resolution. He has abandoned this job, caused destruction of my property, and has a complete lack of remorse or professionalism--particularly in taking advantage of someone in my position. Do not do work with this company as they pray on people.

We had planned on shopping around but were so satisfied with the upfront communication and reasonable (to the extreme) pricing, that we decided then and there to go with Intown for our countertops. The guy that came to measure the countertops (Wesley) said he had measured and installed thousands of countertops since 2021 alone, and that was only since their newer system of measurement had began starting to count them. You can't put a price on expertise- or, well, okay, you totally can- and these guys have it through and through.

The team helped me choose the perfect quartz -- the color, veining, and finish all look even better in my kitchen than I imagined.
