This company had no idea how to do a project with special considerations…read more I helped a friend with contracting their kitchen upgrade using other vendors they could manage. Pretty simple counter top and backsplash replacement and cabinet painting around some kitchen sink and electrical device replacements that I provided. They sent in some sub contractors to deal with removal and backsplash. They screwed that up and broke the glass cooktop because they used the wrong tools to separate and remove the unit. Then I ordered a new one from my vendor. They failed to make the new opening correct though to allow for the pop up vent and cooktop to fit. Office staff through this whole process was clueless and left the client waiting..... for call backs and solutions for more than a month without being able to cook?!! They even cut off the power to the wall I ovens which were not even part of the project?! This owner had to camp cook in their kitchen for more than a month. Meanwhile the sub screwed up the backsplash that didn't allow for new devices and cover plates to fit in the openings. This was a mess. I finally had to go through the corporate chain up into Ontario Canada with people who didn't know and care to find a solution to very simple projects. They didn't seem to have a way to peel off their experienced crew from new scheduled jobs to solve a job they screwed up multiple ways the first time and kept this nice lady just waiting around until I had to get firm with them. They should be ashamed at their awful customer service!!

When we initially ordered it was going to be around four weeks, which would have been the end of December, 2025. We added another bank of cabinets before the templates were scheduled. They delayed him a few days. That, in turn, moved the install out to January 7th, '26. Apparently, they were moving their facility during the holidays. We understood that situation. On January 6th Janelle called to tell us the countertops did not make the truck. She said they were sending their fabrication to Idaho, because their shop was not yet operational. The countertops didn't arrive until the following week. They came on January 13th to install. Every piece except one corner was cut wrong, and not just a little (see pictures). The installer tried to cut the coffee bar piece, which looked like it would work. Upon further inspection it did not. On January 23rd they finally brought the newly cut countertops to install. The installer, Fabio, was fantastic. He did a great job on all of the installation. He was even able to fix the bad cut on the coffee bar. His seems were flawless. I was actually kind of sad that the corner that the previous installers did hadn't been taken, as the seem is not as accurate as Fabio's were. The countertops look very nice. I'm not sure if they did a better job than any other installers for the money, which was over $10,000. I would've, however, given them 5 stars if I wasn't so upset about how long it took, and what seemed like an unwillingness to move the project up after the first or second delay.

I hired Imperial Remodels to build a single-car garage on my property, replacing an existing concrete pad. The project was contracted to start on March 1, 2024, and finish by April 1, 2024, for $21,000. I paid a $10,000 cash deposit on March 13, 2024, but the contractor did not provide a receipt for the cash deposit. After signing the contract and accepting my deposit, the contractor told me someone would begin removing the concrete pad within about a week. Shortly after, someone arrived with an excavator, destroyed, and removed the concrete pad. They left behind an uneven dirt surface, which has created a serious safety hazard for me. Due to mobility issues, I now struggle to safely get in and out of my car. Despite repeated attempts to contact the contractor to discuss next steps and complete the work, he has ignored all my calls and messages. On one occasion, he agreed to visit my property to discuss the project but canceled the meeting and never followed up. My daughter attempted to help me by posting a review on their business page to warn others. In response, the business owner finally reached out, acknowledged their wrongdoing, and agreed to reimburse me the full deposit plus interest. However, they got Yelp to remove my daughter's post and are unreachable again. They have still not provided any reimbursement for the lost money or the destruction of my property. I was primarily in contact with Mike Isak (206-909-8125), but his colleague, Karina Momotyuk, was also involved. Another phone number associated with them is (253-409-6956). As a result, I am out my $10,000 deposit, unable to safely park my car, and left with no resolution. He has abandoned this job, caused destruction of my property, and has a complete lack of remorse or professionalism--particularly in taking advantage of someone in my position. Do not do work with this company as they pray on people.

After a few hours of setting up fancy measuring equipment they had measurement to cut off of. When the employees came to install, the measurements were incorrect so they left. The installer did quick measurements with a tape measure. Days later they were back with the counters. The textures of the counters were swapped. The island was supposed to be the rougher finish and the counters smooth. The colors were also swapped. We had them install with the incorrect surface and color just to get it over with. The installer then had to grind the counters on the island to get the stove to fit. Fast forward to 2026 and our kitchen sink is falling. The reason 2x4s were screwed in to the cabinets to hold up the sink just on the sides instead of using the proper sink mounting clips. I understand that it has been years but they installed the sink incorrectly and want $200.00 to come out and install it correctly. Home Depot contacted them for me and the $200.00 charge to correct their faulty install was their response. I then called them myself and had to leave a message, they never bothered to respond. I guess they displayed their terrible work quality in 2018 and displayed their terrible customer service in 2026. I assume some customers were lucky but id go elsewhere
