We contracted with perform to install an outdoor kitchen countertop. We ended up having two different installers in addition to the employee who took the original measurements. Clearly there was lots of miscommunication between them. There was a noticeable mis-measurement and mis-cut around a post that our builder had to be super creative to solve. Additionally, when our builder installed our outdoor grill, we found out that FloForm had also mis-measured and mid-cut around the grill which is very noticeable. We have followed up with FloForm multiple times requesting that they fix their error and have gotten no response. Super unprofessional. Unless we get some immediate resolution e would never work with them again. read more

This company had no idea how to do a project with special considerations. I helped a friend with contracting their kitchen upgrade using other vendors they could manage. Pretty simple counter top and backsplash replacement and cabinet painting around some kitchen sink and electrical device replacements that I provided. They sent in some sub contractors to deal with removal and backsplash. They screwed that up and broke the glass cooktop because they used the wrong tools to separate and remove the unit. Then I ordered a new one from my vendor. They failed to make the new opening correct though to allow for the pop up vent and cooktop to fit. Office staff through this whole process was clueless and left the client waiting..... for call backs and solutions for more than a month without being able to cook?!! They even cut off the power to the wall I ovens which were not even part of the project?! This owner had to camp cook in their kitchen for more than a month. Meanwhile the sub screwed up the backsplash that didn't allow for new devices and cover plates to fit in the openings. This was a mess. I finally had to go through the corporate chain up into Ontario Canada with people who didn't know and care to find a solution to very simple projects. They didn't seem to have a way to peel off their experienced crew from new scheduled jobs to solve a job they screwed up multiple ways the first time and kept this nice lady just waiting around until I had to get firm with them. They should be ashamed at their awful customer service!! read more

Scammers! If there was a 0 I would rate them that. It took 6 times and 4 months for them to get me countertops AND they are scuffed. No one in management would help me, they were rude, unprofessional and said "well, sometimes construction just doesn't go the way we want it" zero ownership. Tricked me into signing off on the final product and now now one will respond to me. I'm appalled by this company. We went through Costco because we trust them. They use FLOFORM in Kent. We were completely dissatisfied with the time it took. When we initially ordered it was going to be around four weeks, which would have been the end of December, 2025. We added another bank of cabinets before the templates were scheduled. They delayed him a few days. That, in turn, moved the install out to January 7th, '26. Apparently, they were moving their facility during the holidays. We understood that situation. On January 6th Janelle called to tell us the countertops did not make the truck. She said they were sending their fabrication to Idaho, because their shop was not yet operational. The countertops didn't arrive until the following week. They came on January 13th to install. Every piece except one corner was cut wrong, and not just a little (see pictures). The installer tried to cut the coffee bar piece, which looked like it would work. Upon further inspection it did not. On January 23rd they finally brought the newly cut countertops to install. The installer, Fabio, was fantastic. He did a great job on all of the installation. He was even able to fix the bad cut on the coffee bar. His seems were flawless. I was actually kind of sad that the corner that the previous installers did hadn't been taken, as the seem is not as accurate as Fabio's were. The countertops look very nice. I'm not sure if they did a better job than any other installers for the money, which was over $10,000. I would've, however, given them 5 stars if I wasn't so upset about how long it took, and what seemed like an unwillingness to move the project up after the first or second delay. read more

We were really happy with the process and the quality of the counter tops is exceptional. I was able to visit Floform's factory in Kent WA to choose the granite slab. After setting up via Lowe's, a Floform engineer came by to measure up our kitchen. The process was very impressive as the kitchen was scanned. A couple weeks later a two person team came to install. We hired Floform to install the countertops in our new build back in 2023. We opted to make the counters one of the big upgrades in this home and spent over 18k on what is a relatively small kitchen. When the first guy came out to do the template, he actually snapped at me over work performed by the cabinet installer. I ignored this and asked if he knew anything about how the pattern would ultimately be laid out. He told me that since I was not the general contractor, I didn't actually own the home until all work was complete and paid for -- and therefore, he would not speak with me about the work. If we weren't so far along, I would have cancelled this right then and there. Shortly thereafter, I received a document I was required to sign expressly waiving any reimbursement rights for design layout (ie, if I didn't like the layout, too bad). I fully understand why this company would want to have customers sign such a document -- but the customer needs to know what the layout will be before signing. At this point, I complained and was provided with a digital layout -- great, exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, in order to access it I had to pay an additional $180 on top of the 18k I had already paid. Petty. Then, when they installed the quartz (we chose a design with significant movement), they chose featureless near-full-white sections for the backsplash. This might have been ok, but they were right next to segments that had a lot of color. I was then informed they had a digital layout that included the backsplash, but they had opted not to provide that version. In the end, as other reviewers have noted, the installation was sloppy. I have quartz installed at two rentals through a Home Depot contractor, where the work was MUCH better. From reading these reviews, it appears Floform is hit-and-miss. But if you're going to drop this much money, they're are not worth the risk. read more

They screwed up my basic countertop. The template was apparently way off in the beginning by being over an inch wider on one end from the other, within only about an 8 foot, straight run. I had used Lowe's in the past for like three other countertop jobs, and those were perfect, so I didn't think to look closely at the overhangs before the installers left. F'n crappy. I used this company for a kitchen countertop installation through Home Depot Victoria, BC, Words escape me as to how poor, in my opinion, this company was. The initial installation was canceled part way as the sections were of different shades. Huge difficulty in contacting floform for them to return to complete the job. Was told that the product was on back order. Only the excellent help from Home Depot resolved the issue. I would strongly advise anyone planning for a kitchen or bathroom reno not to use this company. In my experience they were unprofessional and simply dreadful. read more

I wish I could leave two separate reviews. I want to give 5 stars for installation as we were very happy with the installation of our quartz countertops. The one countertop that had to have two separate pieces has a seam that can barely even be noticed. The backsplash looks great. However, the reason I cannot give 5 stars is we also used FloForm for countertop removal and we were not happy with that service. I would have given 2 stars for this removal service. We believe our kitchen floor was chipped during that removal process and after much communication back and forth and then sending someone to inspect the floor they determined there was no way they damaged the floor during removal process. Would I recommend FloForm? Definitely for countertop installation but not for countertop removal. read more

If I could give less than a one star for Floform I would. I went through Lowe's in Monroe to get new countertops. They hired this company. Floform. Kaitlyn in the office after speaking with me for a few minutes when I asked her to set up an appointment for me measuring she told me she would not want to speak to me unless it was on a recorded line. So Veronica took over and was very pleasant to talk with and scheduled things timely. They sent Mike out to do the first measurements. The measurements were inaccurate. Then they sent someone to measure for the backsplash. his measurements were also inaccurate. Then they sent the manager take measurements. The countertops, backsplash and bar top are all installed, but have large gaps and the bar top has a three-quarter inch gap. I have spoken with Lowe's several times, but because they required payment in full prior to starting the project, they are not helping. I am still waiting for Floform to come replace the backsplash and remove the gape on the bar top. this project has taken several months. The kitchen was taken apart and had to be left that way for at least two months now it has to be completely redone. read more

FloForm was the counter provider used through the company that did our cabinet refacing (we didn't know they contracted out counters at the time since they did the cabinets in house). We had two conversations with them around what we expected from our counters and signed off on the design and requirements. Things went downhill as soon as FloForm became involved. The person who came to template was somewhat rushed and didn't callout he was changing the design on one of the corners since we assumed he we would have already had the details from the sales person/contract and the first person who came to measure. In the final design we missed that somehow the corner on the other end of the peninsula was clipped (necessary near our window but never implied for the peninsula). It wasn't called out explicitly to us by the person templating that there was a change made. We were quite surprised when our counters were installed to say the least. A ton of back and forth later and our cabinet company finally told us they would cover the cost to replace that slab with the proper corner design. FloForm came back out to remeasure and discussed with us that because we had engineered quartz that color variation shouldn't be much of an issue since it's man made. We just had the new slab replaced and are really unhappy with the the color difference. It also feels a bit careless to not make an effort to make a closer match especially when already correcting a previous mistake. The new slab is noticeably darker and it's hard not to notice the line between them. We would have opted to keep the clipped corner over this. Even the installation process itself was not great. The installers were not communicative about what they were going to do, couldn't answer any questions when I asked who was coming to install the plumbing the next day (turns out they outsource to Mr Rooter), didn't call before arrival even though the arrival window was anywhere between 12-5, and overall they lacked some basic install courtesies to protect a person's home and surroundings and didn't even talk us through the work after. They also didn't explain what could be done about the gap between the counters and wall in some spots or caulk it themselves if possible. They just wanted a signature so they could leave. The first time they also didn't remount our dishwasher and left some minor damage to our new cabinets. It took almost two weeks to get someone (our cabinet company, not FloForm) to come put the dishwasher back properly. Overall would not recommend FloForm. Communication is lacking and both times the installers were very obviously just there to slap on the counter and leave. We never felt like they really cared about the customer or quality of their work. A little attention to detail goes a long way. read more

Recently went into their showroom looking for countertop material. They only had one that I kinda sorta liked. When I asked what the price was the woman that was helping us absolutely refused to give us any kind of price. She didn't even try to explain the process she just implied that we have to go thru the whole process to get the price...measuring etc. We googled other companies and ended up going around the corner to another company that was absolutely fantastic and they had no issue telling us prices. We understood that FloForm could not give us an exact price but they could have at least given us a range or explained the process better. Via Thomas Builders, FloForm fabricated and installed my new kitchen countertops. I worked primarily with Bella, who was very kind and happy to answer any questions. I found the process efficient and effectively communicated. If you are thinking of getting a countertop with much of a design, I recommend you purchase the photo layout option, to insure that prior to the stone being cut, you will see the pattern you envision. The installers were efficient, friendly, neat and did a lovely job. My contractor was here just in case they had a question or two. We ordered a quartz countertop via Ikea and the initial installation (done by a different company / I believe Ikea does no longer business with them) was horrendous. After contacting Ikea Floform was assigned to remove the old countertop and install a new one. The entire demo and reinstallation took just over 2.5 hours. I'm frustrating to have the countertop installed. Actual templating to the first draft drawing took a week. I asked to move seam based on 110 inch long slab. 2nd drawing was sent a week and a half later, just a week before installation date. As I reviewed their 2nd drawing, FlorFORM chopped a piece with 4 seams for the cooktop hole. After I complained this issue, Merylin, a project coordinator told that their digitizers needed to put those seems there to ensure all the pieces would fit on the slabs assigned to the job. What a ridiculous response it was. They could order a slab more. It sounds like they were trying to make their life easier. The installation was planed on June 17th. However, florfoam delayed the schedule today (6/12). I'm supposed to get informed new schedule next Monday (6/15). It has been a freaking long journey with Florfoam to get IKEA quartz counter top to the kitchen since mid of May. read more

Floform cut and installed out countertops. They badly miscut one of our slabs that left a large gap where the counter should have been flush with the wall. We needed to put our kitchen back together so we tiled over and filled in the gap best we could. We suggested they give us a discount but they refused. They offered us a free backsplash a month or so later, but we had already finished that work in the kitchen. We also realized they cut the hole for the sink in the wrong place/too large. As a result we can't connect all the plumbing and have the sink cover the hole in the counter. We've suggested they pay for a plumber to come out and re-do plumbing so that the sink can cover the hole. Waiting to see if they follow through on that. read more

The WORST!!! We had a lot of renovations this year (2 bathrooms and a kitchen). Dealing with people is never easy (especially in the construction world) but these people are extremely disorganized and terrible with scheduling. They outsource from other companies and they have the worst attitude and manner. Ikea, Home Depot and even Costco work with them so you are pretty much stock with this company. But, if you have any option to change or tell the firms that this is a bad one-- do it! We told it to Ikea and we'll tell it to every friend. I don't accept this is what you pay for reviews as well. I paid A LOT for a quartz countertop (more or less same with Home Depot quote) so I expect things to be done in a timely manner and with excellent quality. Yeah - I'm going to have to give Floform a less than stellar review. We worked with the company to choose our new countertops, tiling and sink, etc. The demolition went fine, as did the countertop installation. The problem started when it was time to connect up the plumbing. The countertop installers had left the garbage disposal, etc for the plumber, who immediately noticed the garbage disposal provided wouldn't fit under the sink where the previous disposal had been located. This was a problem, we wanted the disposal in the smaller sink - and to my considerable surprise, Floform told us that they didn't care what I wanted, they would do it their way, or I could return their garbage disposal, buy my own, and hire my own plumber to install it. I have to say, I'm not used to spending $20K with a company, then being told it's their way or the highway. Now you know why one star. But wait - there's more... The plumber, on the other hand (who works for another company) - he was a superstar! First, he tried to persuade Floform to let him use another disposal he had that would fit - they said no. So, he had to go to Home Depot to buy more pipes, since there wasn't going to be any disposal now. Then, he had to return to Home Depot for a different size attachment... and while he was there, HE BOUGHT ME A GARBAGE DISPOSAL!! Yep. While taking his second, hour-long trip to Home Depot to buy more fittings, he looked at the cost of a new disposal, then looked at the cost of his time and the fittings he had to buy to avoid fitting the disposal.... and he worked out that, maybe just maybe, they shouldn't be screwing the customer around for a few bucks - so he bought me a disposal, and wouldn't take any money for it!! In total, he was here for six hours. So - Floform gets one star - but five stars for the plumber. He saved the day for me by going above and beyond. Thank you, sir! read more

I am really hoping that my interaction with FloForm was a once off...But it was for sure that last time I would ever use them and & 1000% would not recommend them! - Install was 3 weeks delayed...Then cancelled on the day of install! - When they finally arrived the back splash was the wrong size... Needed to wait another week for final install. - Install team arrived with no masks and wore shoes in my home up and down the stairs! Even after telling the Manager (Jason) the first time about masks the same team arrived back to finish install again no masks! - First install... Showed up 30mins late after a two hour window & I had to call Floform to see if they where still coming, Second install window was 8am - 5pm LOL - When I spoke to the Manager (Jason Nissen) and asked him what he was going to do for me he said I will "try" finish the job... UP DATE: Flo Form has followed through with compensation for my shower pan. The mishap happened on August 24, 2022 and wasn't addressed for a month, not resolved for closer to 2 months. The technicians were skilled, polite and responsible. Management should also demonstrate these same skills. When there is a problem, address it immediately, it may not seem like a major issue to you but the homeowner is the client and should be treated with respect. Their concerns should be the priority, not trying to get the client to settle for less than their vision. The women who contacted me were very polite, understanding and demonstrated empathy for my frustration with this situation. read more

Stay away from this business. They are using the Costco name to get sales. Once you have made your purchase you will have no support. Phone calls go unanswered, voicemail box is full or not set up. Their customer service is terrible and they are unresponsive to scheduling appointment requests. I was unable to schedule a template appointment even though I called 3 weeks in advance. I ended up canceling my order which put our whole remodel at jeopardy. This company only cares about getting sales and is unwilling to work with you to make things right. The product they sell is good but they come up empty in customer service. I found another local business that was able to accommodate our schedule at half the price for the same product. Infinity Stone Works. And their customer service was awesome. the installers were very professional and took care to ensure a quality fit. The absolute worst experience in all my life with a contractor. Too many things went wrong to list them all, but here are a few. When the template maker showed up, the kitchen sink and faucet were not what was agreed on in design. The demo team damaged a brand new range fixture delivered by Costco two days prior. The install team showed up with the wrong sink a second time. Backsplash installers butted splash up against outlet and stuffed paper towels behind splash to keep caulking from sinking, It did not work. Ignored many of my calls and emails. Both bathrooms also had countertops and new fixtures. They never responded to the master bath drain leaking. They damaged my walls in several places and claimed it was my responsibility under the contract to repair them. I would never recommend FloForm to anyone. Under no circumstances should you use FloForm. I decided to go through Costco to help with the remodel of our home, which included kitchen, bathrooms, flooring... My first contact was Tammy with FloForm, I heard the story as to how FloForm was the only company to have never been let go by Costco. Costco needs to look at the reviews by the FloForm customers and actually listen. We met Tammy, designed a kitchen, bathrooms and a laundry room, this was going to require time, cabinets, countertops, tile, plumbing, and lots of money. I was told the valves would be changed out to give us new plumbing to go along with our new kitchen and bathrooms, nope! Many emails, and phone calls, were sent to Jason, the plumbing manager who denied the replacement of the valves. After many calls and more emails it was finally decided they would replace almost all of the valves. This decision was never communicated to me. Jason will never call you back directly, he'll only go through the plumbers, why would you put your plumbers through that. BTW the plumbers had to come out three times to fix the mistakes they had made, one of them; the water lines weren't connect to the faucets and the water flowed out under the sink when you turned the water on. Still Jason wouldn't call you back and would only go through the plumber no matter what the problem or how frustrated you were. Next is Bri, Bri is supposed to be the customer service/coordinating person to help you through the good times and the bad. Emails go unanswered, until 4:45 on a Friday, this way you'll have to wait the weekend for resolution. Tammy said she was overwhelmed and the company was really busy. If you can't handle your current customers, don't take on so many or hire extra help. You need to pay for your invoice up front in order to complete the work. Bri had ask me to pay one amount which was $10,000 more than it should have been, oops we forgot you made that $10,000 payment. My gosh really, who's doing the paperwork over there? Countertops were ready to be delivered to find out they forgot the countertop for the laundry room, another delay and a very late night while they corrected the problem. Our tile was installed in the kitchen incorrectly, one side of the window needed to be corrected to match the other side of the window. Because the tile had to be replaced it caused a delay, the tile sat on the wall for a week without the grout. Once the grout was complete I noticed three tiles had chips in them, really who installs chipped tile? Back to have them replaced and another wait, mess... Bri had indicated she was working with a manager to get my remodel accomplished. I finally asked for a name and number because things weren't happening. When I reached out to Laura, she had no idea what I was talking about. After all the delays I had asked from some form of compensation. I sent over the email conversations, photos, gave an account of my struggles, delays, what poor customer service we had received. Laura finally got back to me to say, there would be no compensation, things had been handled fine. If you need customer service, not to have to stay on top of things on a daily, weekly basis, do not use FloForm, they will only disappoint. read more

Like many others here i went through Ikea. After a more than 2 month wait, they finally showed up (late) for the templating appointment, then made me wait another month for the install. During this time, the countertops went on sale at Ikea, but instead of lowering the price FloForm added $600 in charges and told me if i didnt pay them my install wouldnt go forward. I spent literally weeks and 20+ phone calls trying to contact them and Ikea, never received a callback. When i finally reached a person i was told he would research it and get back to me. All i received was another invoice with the same charges. i asked Ikea to look into the issue, but they completely ignored me. Florform seems to be aware that Ikea doesnt care what charges they add, even when it is things listed on Ikea's website as being included such as faucet holes. Now im stuck paying for things like a $200 fee for "pieces over 24 sq feet" when none of the pieces are bigger than 18 square feet. 24 square feet wouldnt even fit in my kitchen! This company is awful, and made me think really poorly of Ikea for allowing the behaviour. Avoid both if you can.... dont be fooled by the low prices, they will add enough extra charges to make Ikea a more expensive option than anywhere else. I have wound up paying more than $80 plus taxes per square foot for what Ikea advertises as $45/square foot. read more

Costco supplier but prices were the most expensive of all my quotes. Double in one instance. Corey came to the site and was not the most personable. I was very clear with what we wanted and also wanted a few options as this was for a rental and cost is factor on the decision. He created a quote in real time when on site which was very pricey. I said so and he seemed a bit put off by my surprise at the price. I then waited for many weeks for the email with the formal quote (though he should have had a few data-points in case a similiar color or edge would be much better value but it was radio silence). Finally I reached his boss Michael, who after two calls did get back to me. They are overly busy probably due to the Costco relationship. Do not go here. Go to Home Depot and schedule with a home consultant. Time it with a sale on the type of countertop and you will save a bundle, get good service and be much happier. read more

Wish I had read Yelp reviews - generally think it is a place for people to grind axes, but the experience was so common. Favored it through Costco as a long time customer. Assumed it would be a great experience. Wrong. They threw out a date without asking for the first measure, by e-mail. Called next business day that the date wouldn't work. Next date given was a MONTH later. Not Costco level service. Had an install scheduled within the window of time between 2nd measurement and fabrication which they said was critical. Given a window of 1-3. No call until 3:15 indicating they'll be at least 2.5 hours longer because they were waiting for "decisions to be made at their install". Wut? The crushing irony in this was they sent me a condescending email they day before the install because I hadn't deigned to reconfirm the install date. "If the crew arrives onsite without notice to cancel we will unfortunately have to charge a fee for a return trip and the new date would most likely be well into next month". Karma. Do I get to charge them a fee? The advice "run, do not walk" is the best. I would never shop here ever again. First - I paid for my order on April 22, 2019, then was told that they would be there 10 days (puts the max date at May 2nd ish) for measurements. Second - Measurements did not happen until May 10th (over a week past the original date), then installation was scheduled for May 22nd. May 22nd comes, they cut the wrong size pieces for my counter top, so they had to go back and re-cut Third - May 28th they come back a 2nd time to put in the right size counter tops.. guess what.. its the wrong size again! i have been without a sink now for almost 2 weeks because they keep cutting the wrong size counter tops... I have still not had my counter tops installed.. I will update this review once things have been taken care of.. Pros of this company: None that I am aware of Cons of this company: -Ever after multiple mistakes on their end, never once offered my any compensation for their mistakes, paid over $ 7,000 and got multiple delays, multiple wrong cuts, and all i got was a sorry. -Don't stick to dates as stated -Has consistently cut counter tops wrong which delays a remodel -When choosing a "waterfall" option, which is what i did, they only offer 1 type of edge, which i was not told that was the case until the date of the installation -Bad communication overall read more

Please do yourself a favor and run the other way! I have never dealt with a company is so irresponsible! It has been months and my tile has still not been installed, no response no nothing! I have now resorted to hiring an attorney to deal with Floform. read more
