We recently used Floform countertops for our granite kitchen countertops. We set this up via our local Lowe's. We were really happy with the process and the quality of the counter tops is exceptional. I was able to visit Floform's factory in Kent WA to choose the granite slab. After setting up via Lowe's, a Floform engineer came by to measure up our kitchen. The process was very impressive as the kitchen was scanned. A couple weeks later a two person team came to install. Prior to visits, the engineers kept me informed exactly when they were coming. Everything was done smoothly. The pieces fitted perfectly.

this picture shows the three-quarter inch wood. They used to build up the bar top and left a gap.

If I could give less than a one star for Floform I would. I went through Lowe's in Monroe to get new countertops. They hired this company. Floform. Kaitlyn in the office after speaking with me for a few minutes when I asked her to set up an appointment for me measuring she told me she would not want to speak to me unless it was on a recorded line. So Veronica took over and was very pleasant to talk with and scheduled things timely. They sent Mike out to do the first measurements. The measurements were inaccurate. Then they sent someone to measure for the backsplash. his measurements were also inaccurate. Then they sent the manager take measurements. The countertops, backsplash and bar top are all installed, but have large gaps and the bar top has a three-quarter inch gap. I have spoken with Lowe's several times, but because they required payment in full prior to starting the project, they are not helping. I am still waiting for Floform to come replace the backsplash and remove the gape on the bar top. this project has taken several months. The kitchen was taken apart and had to be left that way for at least two months now it has to be completely redone.

Second install and colors don't match and seam is very noticeable

FloForm was the counter provider used through the company that did our cabinet refacing (we didn't know they contracted out counters at the time since they did the cabinets in house). We had two conversations with them around what we expected from our counters and signed off on the design and requirements. Things went downhill as soon as FloForm became involved. The person who came to template was somewhat rushed and didn't callout he was changing the design on one of the corners since we assumed he we would have already had the details from the sales person/contract and the first person who came to measure. In the final design we missed that somehow the corner on the other end of the peninsula was clipped (necessary near our window but never implied for the peninsula). It wasn't called out explicitly to us by the person templating that there was a change made. We were quite surprised when our counters were installed to say the least. A ton of back and forth later and our cabinet company finally told us they would cover the cost to replace that slab with the proper corner design. FloForm came back out to remeasure and discussed with us that because we had engineered quartz that color variation shouldn't be much of an issue since it's man made. We just had the new slab replaced and are really unhappy with the the color difference. It also feels a bit careless to not make an effort to make a closer match especially when already correcting a previous mistake. The new slab is noticeably darker and it's hard not to notice the line between them. We would have opted to keep the clipped corner over this. Even the installation process itself was not great. The installers were not communicative about what they were going to do, couldn't answer any questions when I asked who was coming to install the plumbing the next day (turns out they outsource to Mr Rooter), didn't call before arrival even though the arrival window was anywhere between 12-5, and overall they lacked some basic install courtesies to protect a person's home and surroundings and didn't even talk us through the work after. They also didn't explain what could be done about the gap between the counters and wall in some spots or caulk it themselves if possible. They just wanted a signature so they could leave. The first time they also didn't remount our dishwasher and left some minor damage to our new cabinets. It took almost two weeks to get someone (our cabinet company, not FloForm) to come put the dishwasher back properly. Overall would not recommend FloForm. Communication is lacking and both times the installers were very obviously just there to slap on the counter and leave. We never felt like they really cared about the customer or quality of their work. A little attention to detail goes a long way.

Floform did an absolutely perfect job for me. Kitchen and baths. Large kitchen with seams on a solid color and you cannot even find the seams. They have by far the most advanced equipment on the market and their finished product shows it.

This was what FlorFORM proposed for Cooktop hole.

I'm frustrating to have the countertop installed. Actual templating to the first draft drawing took a week. I asked to move seam based on 110 inch long slab. 2nd drawing was sent a week and a half later, just a week before installation date. As I reviewed their 2nd drawing, FlorFORM chopped a piece with 4 seams for the cooktop hole. After I complained this issue, Merylin, a project coordinator told that their digitizers needed to put those seems there to ensure all the pieces would fit on the slabs assigned to the job. What a ridiculous response it was. They could order a slab more. It sounds like they were trying to make their life easier. The installation was planed on June 17th. However, florfoam delayed the schedule today (6/12). I'm supposed to get informed new schedule next Monday (6/15). It has been a freaking long journey with Florfoam to get IKEA quartz counter top to the kitchen since mid of May.

I went through the Gig Harbor Costco and they used the Kent, WA Floform as the supplier.

As a homeowner, I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them. Vitaliy was excellent to work with throughout the process. He communicated openly about costs, risks, and timelines. His initial quote was the most thorough and detailed among all the bids we received (e.g. including a potential subfloor leveling cost range upfront to avoid surprises later on). He was also open to incorporating a written addendum I provided alongside the standard contract so that all project expectations were clearly documented from the start. When a supplier mistake from Shaw Floors delayed materials and forced my family into a longer Airbnb stay, Vitaliy stepped up and helped cover the ~$1,500 extra cost. That meant a lot to us. The crew treated our home with respect, the floors look beautiful, and throughout the project I felt I could truly trust Vitaliy and David's Flooring. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to other homeowners for flooring work.

They gave me a ball park price, and directed me to the showroom. I wanted flooring that matched the other room of the house. I was provided with samples (kind of large slabs), and was free to bring back the samples whenever it was convenient to me. Overall, they were relaxing to work with and not pushy at all. I made the date for them to come to rip the carpet out, and install the flooring. They were able to complete one room in one day. My request was finished within 3 weeks of contacting David's flooring. The additional great thing is that since my floor was already pretty level, the need to level out my flooring was cleared out of my invoice. So, they gave really great estimates. There were no hidden fees or surprises when I worked with them. Overall, that room was about 2k. The convenience and quickness was really worth it to me. Additionally, they removed and reinstall the baseboards which makes the finish much more professional look.

We had 3 quotes and even though they were the least expensive, they did an outstanding job. We met several of their team and every one of them was courteous, friendly and hard working. It's my understanding that they have the ability to do just about any home improvement project so if you have a renovation of any kind, I would recommend you get a quote from Prestige and give them an opportunity.

He was easy to reach and very direct, which gave me confidence to move forward. Overall, the work was good. The flooring price was fair, but the painting cost felt high. The biggest issue was communication once the project started. I made the prepayment, met to sign the contract, and did my part. But after that, getting a response became extremely difficult. Communication with the point of contact (I won't name) was almost non-existent, which was unacceptable. The workers did their job, but since they do not speak English, any questions or clarifications had to go through the point of contact. This made resolving even small issues frustrating. On top of that, I asked for a little leftover baseboard paint for touch ups. I was told I would get it after the project was done, but it has now been four months and I still have not received anything. Cleanup was also lacking. Like other contractors I have used in the past, they left dust and debris behind, and I had to do a lot of follow up cleaning after they left each day. Prestige Flooring will get the job done, and Vlad himself was responsive at the beginning, which stood out compared to other contractors. But be prepared for poor communication during the project and less than ideal cleanup afterward. Professional service includes timely communication, not making the customer feel like they need to nag or beg for a response. That was the most disappointing part of the experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Rainier Bath and Tile. If you're reading reviews trying to…read morefigure out who to trust with your bathroom, stop here and call them. We found them on Yelp after discovering water was leaking from our upstairs bathroom into the ceiling below -- the drywall had already started to collapse. It's a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washer/dryer, and we assumed it was just a grouting or caulking fix. Timothy came over within hours after I contacted him for a free inspection. He did a series of tests with me that revealed that the entire shower had been built wrong and had been silently leaking water into our walls and ceiling for years. If we'd hired someone who just slapped on new grout and called it a day, we'd still have water destroying our home from the inside out. Their systematic approach caught what a previous contractor missed when we had them out for the same issue two years ago. They rebuilt the shower completely and repaired the damaged ceiling below. The whole project took about two week, and honestly, every single day of that process was impressive. Their communication was outstanding--they stopped to ask questions at exactly the right moments, walked us through every decision, and never once made us feel out of the loop. And they listened to the issues we had with the shower and make awesome design suggestions like a ceiling mounted shower head for our tall daughters and making more storage in the walls that were there. They worked clean, treated our home with genuine respect, and made smart calls throughout the entire project. And then there's the finished product. Wow. This wasn't just a repair--it was a transformation. The attention to design detail is incredible. Tile work is flawless, grout lines are perfect, everything has a high-end, intentional look to it. Our bathroom has never looked this good, not even when we moved in. They clearly take enormous pride in their craftsmanship, and it shows. Pricing was fair for the scope of work, and when you consider they uncovered years of hidden damage that no one else would have found, it was an absolute bargain. We would hire Rainier Bath and Tile again in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to everyone we know. This is a team that does things the right way--no shortcuts, great communication, and exceptional work and accountability from start to finish.
