We decided to use Quartzite and understood there would be a number of challenges ahead, including very tight budget and time constraints. We had several contractors working simultaneously, and inevitably hit budget overruns and time delays. We interviewed and worked with several other major countertop vendors, and not only did their customer service leave much to be desired, but our selected vendor fell through at the last minute because they oversold their material. When we reached out to Evergreen, from the start everything was different. We were dealing directly with the owner, who supported us through the whole process, from slab selection to fitting, installation and everything in between. The quote was highly competitive and market-aware, payment was very straight forward and, though we had minor unforeseen issues, they were completely and masterfully handled. Even after the installation was done, we needed help with an issue that was totally outside his responsibility. In the end, we came out ahead of our remodel schedule, within budget, and with a fantastic kitchen. Truly, cannot recommend it further!

I worked with Tomas a handful of years ago when he did our granite counters and island for a…read morekitchen. The quality of his workmanship wasn't so much the issue- but his attention to detail during the templating process. We chose two granite slabs for a large project which involved a 9 foot island and smaller project for another home. One of the slabs had a river of quartz running through the middle and was templated to be the center focal point of the island. When installation day came, we were surprised to find that the island had no quartz running through the center. We couldn't figure out what went wrong. When the second granite countertop was delivered to our daughter's home for install- there it was. The quartz was placed in front of the kitchen sink. This mistake really showed a lack of caring for customer wishes and a template appointment that was a waste of time. Pretty disappointing. Seams weren't that inconspicuous- I've since had other stone projects with smaller seams.

We had planned on shopping around but were so satisfied with the upfront communication and reasonable (to the extreme) pricing, that we decided then and there to go with Intown for our countertops. The guy that came to measure the countertops (Wesley) said he had measured and installed thousands of countertops since 2021 alone, and that was only since their newer system of measurement had began starting to count them. You can't put a price on expertise- or, well, okay, you totally can- and these guys have it through and through.

Our contractor originally…read moresent us to a place near here to pick out cabinets, countertops and sinks for our master bathroom remodel, but we were extremely unimpressed with both their products and their service. We left that place after wasting an hour going around in circles with the staff and had only 15 minutes before we had to head back home for an appointment. Since we HAD to have things picked out on that day, we yelped nearby places and found BK C&G. We walked in, found the exact same materials we had wanted at the previous place, asked for a quote, which they provided to us in less than 1 minute, and it was less than 1/3 what the other place had quoted us. Also, they could have everything ready within a week (the other place told us it would take several weeks to ship from China...and that shipping would cost several hundred $$$ in addition). Best Kitchen Cabinet and Granite was straightforward about pricing and easy to work with (we ordered over email/phone). We had our contractor install so I can't speak to that service, but everything fits perfectly.

He was easy to reach and very direct, which gave me confidence to move forward. Overall, the work was good. The flooring price was fair, but the painting cost felt high. The biggest issue was communication once the project started. I made the prepayment, met to sign the contract, and did my part. But after that, getting a response became extremely difficult. Communication with the point of contact (I won't name) was almost non-existent, which was unacceptable. The workers did their job, but since they do not speak English, any questions or clarifications had to go through the point of contact. This made resolving even small issues frustrating. On top of that, I asked for a little leftover baseboard paint for touch ups. I was told I would get it after the project was done, but it has now been four months and I still have not received anything. Cleanup was also lacking. Like other contractors I have used in the past, they left dust and debris behind, and I had to do a lot of follow up cleaning after they left each day. Prestige Flooring will get the job done, and Vlad himself was responsive at the beginning, which stood out compared to other contractors. But be prepared for poor communication during the project and less than ideal cleanup afterward. Professional service includes timely communication, not making the customer feel like they need to nag or beg for a response. That was the most disappointing part of the experience.
