Infinity Stoneworks did a fabulous job with my kitchen and bath countertops. You can tell they take great pride in their work, from Karissa in sales to Doug the countertop artist, the whole experience couldn't have been better. Seamless! I highly recommend them.

I recently needed a simple removal of my old two bowl undermount & faucet sink and install a new…read moresingle bowl top mount & faucet kitchen sink that I bought from Costco. I was referred to this company from my plumber since it was a 2-service job. The only problem I had was my new kitchen sink was much bigger, so my granite countertop needed to be custom cut, which was not their scope of work, but with great customer service and management (Michael) was willing to help with me with my project. Overall, I was satisfied with the actual work done and price, my new kitchen sink and faucet looks great. They didn't have much room for error and required precision technique. Part 2, the Plumber was able to reconnect and install new plumbing and disposal.

Dates and times specified meant little. Installation of initial product was cancelled 3 days prior to supposed install. Lots of apologies by management for dropping the availability and installation dates but saw little change in behavior. I am a handyman and provided my own tear out, plumbing and electrical. It was a $15k install and we love the material and 1 of the installers. They will have no further contact with me nor I with them. They can call you "Boss" or "Sir" , be polite and cordial in person but disrespect your calendar and timing. Installation may not be completed as your salesperson explains, especially if it is their owner/manager. Beware of their contract requiring full payment well prior to having the material or hardened dates on hand. They may not have installers readily available even though they say they do. I had a good experience with this company 20 years ago.

if you go to the any showroom and think this is a professional company, come to the Seattle store…read morefirst that fulfills it in SODO. The salespeople don't coordinate with installation. They sent me to pick and mark a slab at a time at Seattle when it wasn't normally done. To make matters worse, the woman with authority in Seattle, white lady with curly hair, is a nightmare. She accused me of lying when I showed up, rather than checking around with her coworkers. When it was verified I was supposed to come, she was still condescending and never apologized. Their team I was supposed to pick with didn't speak English so asking questions was difficult because I was told I could designate where the slab is cut, which is customary, and I could mark my own center line with tape. I was not ever able to do so. He said no I had to be present at installation. In the store, they said because the installer wasn't there, I personally had to meet the installer for custom cutting. The woman accused me of lying when I told her my contractor was meeting the installer. I had to call my contractor. She accused him of lying even because of the sales error. she did not ever attempt customer service or to resolve their own issues. they did not let me mark a center line with tape for some reason. I had to send a video and hope i get what i want. Complete waste of picking a custom slab for custom cutting because they refused to understand i was marking my marks to direct the contractor more specifically than a general photo. I had scheduled to have them come a morning i would be at the dentist because the sales told me weeks prior you select slab the day before. I would have sat with no sink for over a week to reschedule over this. The woman in Seattle tried to turn me away for no reason and made every step an argument. I had to call my contractor to resolve it. She never apologized for the sales scheduling error and blamed me personally for following their directions, she was condescending, she accused me of lying, she blatantly lied several times and refused to complete the job until i called my contractor. she tried at every step to make a very simple task very difficult and she tried to punish me for the sales person error by being utterly horrible. zero customer service, only condescending authoritarian attitude. there is no coordination, they lie, you have to show them their own emails for corrections, they make everything difficult, and they have horrible attitudes. if you want to buy from any showroom around seattle, visit the warehouse store first before you decide. its cheaper because it isn't worth the hassle. cut rate shop run by crooks. they will throw off your entire timeline by miscommunication and disorganization and then sneer in your face and call you a liar. never even attempt to correct their own errors. absolute dirt bag woman at the front counter in seattle, disorganized stock, poor sales. just don't do it.

My wife and I chose to work with Granite & Marble Specialties for our new countertop installation…read moreafter visiting with several granite countertop contractors. We were initially drawn to the large variety of stone in their warehouse. While the selection of stone lured us in, the customer service, fabrication, and installation were all top notch and have made us customers for life! My wife and I are exceedingly pleased with the final outcome and know we'll be well supported should we have any needs down the road. We highly recommend Granite & Marble Specialties!

Worst customer service I've experienced in quite a long time…read more Do not give this company a deposit. I paid upfront for a countertop modification, and cancelled the order in plenty of time (the week before) and got a verbal and written notification from the sales team that the order was cancelled and the refund would be processed. Five weeks later they still haven't refunded a deposit. Even worse is the stonewalling. The sales rep I worked with has stopped responding entirely. No return calls, no replies to email. When I call the main office, I'm told each time that someone will "email a confirmation within 10 minutes" or "we'll call back once it's confirmed." That email has never come and I've never received a phone call back. This has happened repeatedly. A refund on a cancelled, confirmed order is not complicated. Holding a customer's money for five weeks while dodging their calls is a choice. Based on their responsiveness when they wanted the sale versus their silence now that they owe me money, I can't recommend trusting this company. Worse yet, imagine you do need to get a hold of someone for a warranty issue after they have done the install?

My wife and I have done several extensive renovation projects ourselves and this was the first major project in-which we used a contractor. Due in large part to our experience, we have very high expectations when it comes to contractors and Rob and the New Leaf team did not disappoint. The team was always professional and courteous and Rob consistently went out of his way to answer all of our questions which were likely significantly more than most of his clients. Like most major renovations, there were a few hiccups along the way and Rob handled them superbly. In addition, Rob stuck to his estimate even though he probably could've justified including some additional charges due to a couple of unforeseen issues. In the end, the kitchen turned out beautifully and we are very grateful to Rob and the team at New Leaf for their help in giving us a dream kitchen that has significantly improved the livability of our house.
