Dates and times specified meant little. Installation of initial product was cancelled 3 days prior to supposed install. Lots of apologies by management for dropping the availability and installation dates but saw little change in behavior. I am a handyman and provided my own tear out, plumbing and electrical. It was a $15k install and we love the material and 1 of the installers. They will have no further contact with me nor I with them. They can call you "Boss" or "Sir" , be polite and cordial in person but disrespect your calendar and timing. Installation may not be completed as your salesperson explains, especially if it is their owner/manager. Beware of their contract requiring full payment well prior to having the material or hardened dates on hand. They may not have installers readily available even though they say they do. I had a good experience with this company 20 years ago.

Total cost: $15,000 Total duration: 2 months…read more Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Alex the owner/installer promised too much and under delivered. He promised 2 days of installation and 7 days of logistics. It took over two months for him to finish the kitchen, and a total of 7 visits to our property requiring us to take many days off work or to have to ask family or friends to be present every single time. Here is the list of major issues with our installation: 1.He never verified the dimensions we gave him for our kitchen. We measured the entire room, including ceiling height, where the window was, full blown layout. He confirmed that all dimensions were good and nothing needed to be changed. That resulted in size cabinets, and tight space for stove and microwave. Not even an 1/8" so our cabinet doors drag on microwave panel and is chipping the door away. 2. He did not open the shipment before he started the installation. He received only 40% of the material necessary to finish the kitchen so for months, literally months we did not have a Kitchen as he did not do his due diligence like any contactor should do to make sure the material he received was correct and whole. Cooking out of a microwave and cleaning in a bath sink for months, sigh. Just not what I had in mind after a long day at work and a sizable investment. 3. The quality of material is very poor. There is chips and cracks all over the place. Many of the joints are already separating either from bad installation or bad material. 4. He did not communicate with his countertop contractor and did not provide the appropriate dimensions so the stone needed to be modified in our house. Many notches and too much caulking to hide all the imperfections. 5. There was an excuse about everything but no ownership. At the end of the installation, he offered us $250 for delays and lack of performance. That's only 1.6% of how much we paid him, not to mention the days we had to take off of work to be present while he made so many trips to complete it. I strongly recommend you avoid trying to save money. Your sanity is worth more, trust me I made a huge mistake by trusting in his capability as a contractor. Just buy from Costco, at least you can keep them accountable. If I could go back and do it again, I would have gladly paid the $22k to Costco. At least you know they'll do it right.
